Super nervous boarding our 6 month old for the first time. He is going through his fear stage and is not super confident with dogs or other people. I cannot say about great things about the staff at Morris Animal Inn. From the very beginning, they make you feel so comfortable, answer all your questions, schedule tours…etc. On the day of drop off, the trainer, kennel attendant and groomer all came up to introduce themselves and answer any of my questions. The daily updates we received were incredible and immediately confirmed we had made the right decision. Our dog had a fantastic time, we had peace of mind while away and he is so much more confident around other dogs and people now. Cannot wait for his next stay!

My dog Ollie is 2 and has been going once a week for daycare since he was about 6 months old. We absolutely love Morris Animal Inn. The staff is incredible, and I never worry that Ollie isn’t being cared for. He is excited to see all his friends as soon as we pull in the parking lot. I can leave him there for the day or 2 weeks and always have peace of mind that he is being loved on and properly cared for. I wouldn’t send Ollie anywhere else.

Morris Animal Inn is a wonderful place for my two Scottish Deerhounds to play with other dogs and humans too! Everyone is very caring, happy and professional. My dogs always look forward to going in.

We board our lab here from time to time and they are always extremely nice and professional. On her most recent visit over New Years she got kennel cough. They covered her vet bills, followed up to see how she was doing, and event sent her a doggie “get well” package. You just don’t receive service like that these days!! Definitely give them 5 stars!

We started out by taking our cats here when we needed boarding and they were so pampered they were sad when they came home. Now we bring our dog, Delta, in for daycare and Obedience. They are patient with her and we appreciate updates when they care for her.

Our dog had gotten a few shots we had a vet appointment right before we attempted to board him here. He was very out of sorts due to the shots he had just gotten. They banned him from this place in Montville and the other one. I wouldn't bring your pet here

I am very fussy about where I leave my fur babies. They are very sweet poodles! Morris Animal Inn has activities for my dogs with other dogs and with the staff. So they were not left all day alone. Plus, one day, I signed them up for a one on one training session with a trainer we had already used before. So they had alot of attention and good care. It is a very clean facility as well.

Our dog Bonnie recently stayed at the Montville location for over a week. I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful care they gave Bonnie. This was the first time we boarded our dog and the staff checked in with me every day to give us updates on Bonnie. All staff members were so patient with her. We will definitely use the Inn again to board our dog.

Our dog, Sammy, loves coming here. We started bringing him around 14 weeks old. He was so scared at the beginning (still just trying to figure out life) but the staff were great to work with him and not rush anything. With demanding jobs, it’s been a great place to bring him to run around and socialize. I forgot how much work a puppy is!(We took him to the Morristown location on a Saturday since Montville wasn’t open and they even took his picture. <3 )

Being a new resident of the community and hearing good things about the facility I thought this was the Premier location to care for my fur baby. Unfortunately in the course of one weekend, they claimed there were multiple emergencies ( that's a concern in and of itself) and that is why the care for my dog resulted in a subpar performance. I could imagine why there would be multiple emergencies when you have staff misplacing medication that was prescribed to my dog and said it could have potentially fallen on the floor resulting in another dog eating it. The question I have is what medication that was prescribed to other dogs fell on the floor that my dog ate? In addition to medication being haphazardly dropped in the common areas for anyone's dog to eat, there was a breakdown in communication and performance of the staff to follow through with what I was told would happen. If you DO NOT care about your animals this is the best place for them. Let me repeat that if you DO NOT care about your animals this is the best place for them. If you love your animals as much as I love mine I would not recommend this facility to even my worst enemy.

Saw the special on this place on channel 12 and I’m so glad I did! Made an appt for my dog Brady and I’m beyond pleased, relieved, and excited we found this place! From the first phone call, to email/text correspondence, to finally a day session, I am super impressed. We have been to many dog “kennels” and they don’t even come close. 5/5 starts all the way!

Granted when they first opened their second location in Montville, back in October 2021, I believe they were short staffed, as was every where you went back in the Fall of 2021, due to covid. By the start of 2022, they are up and running seemlessly! I take my 1.5 year old mini goldendoodle there every other Tuesday for daycare, so he gets used to the facility and staff for when we really need to board him to travel. Tucker likes dogs but LOVES people so I choose the one on one experience for him which is basically his kennel room, which is spotless and santizied daily unless needed more due to illness or potty accident, he has two play sessions one on one with a staff member for 20 minutes, twice daily and 2 elminations breaks. He loves the freedom and the quality time he gets with the staff member outside in the fenced yard all by himself. The staff is warm and friendly and the facility is spotless. You can add more play sessions if you like for a fee or your dog can group play for an hour, twice a day if you choose. Your choice whatever works for your dog! I highly recommend this location and facility!!!!

I can't recommend this place enough! My dog is usually very nervous going to previous daycares, but Pepper can't get out of the car fast enough to be with her new friends; humans and the other dogs!

Called this facility up to inquire for pet day care. Called several times in the AM before somebody picked up and took a message. At 4pm they called back. Person answering the phone wanted a lot of information and was speaking very fast / rushed. When I asked if I can see the day care I was told that this was not an option. "You can see they day care after you make an appointment for your pet and you can see the place when you drop off your pet". They must be overwhelmed and understaffed. That probably reflects on quality of the care for our pet as well.For now ... I do not recommend this facility for any of your pets services.
