Tell you what..this place is pretty good. Nothing special on the inside but it's clean. I'm a huge fan of thin and crispy pizza. This place has that along with good a good sauce. Definitely hard to find in this part of Jersey.

My family ordered some subs and a wrap from here. My wife's wrap was supposed to be a turkey wrap and it was literally a wrap with turkey. No lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.My wife called to let them know and didn't want a replacement, just to inform them of the disappointment. Whoever was on the phone insisted on making it right. Roughly ten minutes later, the driver delivered a new, properly-made wrap and zeppolis.We really appreciated the commitment to a positive customer experience. Thank you.

This is my third time having an Italian meal at this dump! And the third time I finally learned my lesson, boy did I learn my lesson tonight! I was hungry after working a double shift, I ordered an eggplant Parmesan with angel hair I live around the corner, so it was so hot when I brought it home. It tasted like sewage watered down tomato sauce!! Why would any restaurant water down their tomato sauce? I understand maybe they were close to closing but then they should have said we don’t have any tomato sauce instead of watering it down the way they did it was disgusting! Even though I live two minutes around the corner from them I will never ever ever eat there again! The only reason I did was because Candy’s ‘s on 206 didn’t answer their phone. But I have a feeling after taking a couple of bites from that sewage watered down tomato sauce eggplant that was hardly any eggplant at all Parmesan, I have a feeling I’m going to be hugging my toilet tonight! GROSS!!!!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a good slice of pizza and this is the place!!! Their regular pie and Sicilian slices are delicious. Last night I tried the penne vodka and the sauce was so good and flavorful. This is my new go-to pizzeria!

Always the owner Jose very in sunc to his customers individual tastes n needs. He remembers if you prefer ice...seasonings...to your drinks and food. Pizza always fresh...meals come w an excellent salad w olives...tomatoes...cucumbers...dressing is in a steel gravy boat. Most meals come w a small braid of homemade bread n butter as is his cusyom in portugal. Evetything very clean...quick service...easy parking...a post off ice right next door....and other stores . He has many specials...and all you could enjoy in variety of choices from drinks to ice cream. A nice country pizzeria.

I have lived in Montague for years and have always ordered food from there. But lately the food has gone downhill. The pizzas have huge crusts like they are skimping on things. I have gotten pizza with two inch crust very little sauce and cheese. I ordered a chicken Parm dinner. They always had large real chicken fillets. This last time instead of real chicken it was like a large chicken nugget. When I called to let them know mgr was rude. Found pizza places in Milford pa that deliver to Montague for a $3.00 delivery charge and better quality food

The only reason they stay in business is because they are one of two of the only pizza places in montague. If you get anything but pizza you will be disappointed. And the pizza is not much better it’s very thin…. Candys Pizza in Montague is so much better and is doesn’t have thin pizza. The one guy in there looks scary and the whole staff is just very passive. And their prices fluctuate. If you use a credit/debit card make sure you get a receipt they do over charge if you don’t pay attention.

Ordered from there twice after saying I wouldn’t go there again after the first time. Tried to give it another shot. Tried a few different foods each time, The food is not made well, and has a weird taste, no taste or is cooked incorrectly. and they overprice their food. Even after being told how much the meal is going to be, it somehow comes out more expensive after I pay.

Make sure you do your research on the prices for this place! Then call and ask the prices before you place your order. Every day the owner answers and changes his prices depending on his mood. I have been charged almost $50 over on an order and when confronted he got mad and tried to tell me it was the right price.. then when I asked detailed prices he tried to tell me that they must have had the prior customers charges still in there.. I'm an understanding person and would have believed him if i didnt go back and check all the past charges from this place in which was way overcharged by 40 or 50 dollars. I used to order weekly until that point. Guy has a bad attitude and no respect for peoples hard earned money

I admit I don't really like their regular pizza as much as others I have tried. However, everything else is top notch. My staff and I go there weekly. They make an awesome cheese steak and mozzarella sticks. Their other Italian specialties are great as well.

Whomever wrote that this place has the best Italian food and Pizza in the area is grossly mistaken (must be the owner or a friend).While the decor is typical of an average Pizzeria, the food is far from the best. This is the only one in our area that delivers.It's been a year or 2 since we stopped ordering from here. Too often the food would leave us with bowel problems. I recall on at least one occasion having to throw away an entire eggplant parm sub away because you could actually taste that the eggplant was bad. That was our last order. They had their good days and their 'off' days but the off days were far too many.I'm not the only one that feels this way, but...the entire mini mall has some stigma about it when it comes to places that serve food. Probably originated from Bella's Pizza that left here years ago. After they moved out, you could see the vacant space through the window. It was disgusting, so many flies and bugs. Supposedly, there is a Chinese Take out place opening next door...lol...no thanks.

3rd time is a strike out. Negative stars,there food is so generic and disgusting. Fishy tasting fish,nasty clams. Old salad,gross fries ughh I could go on but im not wasting my time. Im glad I made awesome french toast for my husband today. At least he got one good father's Father's Day meal. How u stay open is beyond me. Also thank you for hanging up right after my order. The food and customer service is gross.

My dudes, I've been getting pizza here for awhile. Never been fond of it, however, recently I had a horrible experience at this place. They burnt my pepper pizza and gave me an attitude when I returned it. This place has really man.Dude, dont eat here. (Unless you live in the Montague CC... dude)

Should have took the post serious that said they ordered and paid and didn't receive the food they ordered! I'm sure it happens WAY more than people post here about.I I could post NEGATIVE stars I would! DO NOT visit this place. We were on vacation, ordered food for delivery, and by food I mean a pizza. (We are staying within 1.5 miles of this place) We were told it would take 35 minutes. At an hour I called to see where it was. I was told it was 5 min away. At an hour and a half I called again and asked to cancel the order. By now it's 9:50 and they close at 10. No food delivered. While asking about it and asking if they weren't delivering my food I wanted a refund. The guy who portrayed himself as the owner started yelling /arguing with me and hung up on me.End of the story I ordered AND PAYED for food that I NEVER received!!!

Jeanne and I stopped their on our touring and stumbled on this Pizzeria.Best meatball sandwich ever. Coming from NJ that says alot. Bread was store-made and baked to perfection. Nice crusty bread, perfect to have oval, yes oval meatballs placed on it.Sause was good also.Made from a great lunch-well done. Owner was very friendly.

I ordered a chicken cheese steak which had no flavor and the chicken was disgusting. I was very disappointed. My friends ordered bacon cheeseburgers and asked for CRISPY bacon and the bacon was no where near crispy. The chicken fingers and fries were not bad.

I was in there a few days ago, there were a couple of "no hablos" in there working, and of the three in there, only one of them knew the price of a slice of pizza, or even really understood what I was talking about. Lousy service, I did not order food, I walked out. Once I found out the price, it was high. That is pretty pathetic, charge alot, and pay "foreigners" low wages. Not ever going to bother going back.

Not very good pizza and the order was messed up. Good if you dont have any other choice but definitely better in the immediate area.
