Love Family Veterinary Services!! I have been taking my Dog and Cats to them for years! Dr. Zaccone is fabulous and I am going to miss her!! I have had the pleasure of meeting the other vets in the Practice and they all have been wonderful with my pets, the assistants, techs, and office manager, everyone in this Practice are just fantastic. Highly Recommend!!!

We arrived at about 1:30 am with our golden retriever who had cut his paw badly and was bleeding badly. They took us in and the vet checked T-bone right away. He needed 7 stitches. They explained everything to us and when T-bone came out of the anesthesia he was a happy guy.I want to thank the Quakertown Vet Clinic for doing a wonderful caring job on my boy.

We love Family Veterinary Service. Dr. Zaccone was so good with our new Rottweiler. The entire staff was so nice and gentle with my dog. They do not try to push anything on you. After a bad experience with my last vet, this experience was refreshing!

The whole staff at family vet are so great. Both of my cats have seen Dr Z and Dr Piehler. They are both so great with my cats and really do care for them. I always recommend this practice to anybody looking for a vet.

Thank you for taking care of my sweet Pelley. He was diagnosed and given some quality time. In the future I would "trust" the diagnosis of the Vet..and not have a Radiologist review-- the same diagnosis, at a large expense. Pelley had been a patient since he ran across my yard as a 5 week old kitten...thank you. Dr. Piehler and team have also done great things with my other babes.

Let me first state that I haven’t used their services in two years. During the pandemic we were required to wait in our car while the doctor brought our dog inside. OK, fine. But this continued post pandemic; I don’t know if it’s the case now but I was somewhat irked by this.But the big issue was this: we began using Milford Animal Hospital instead. They obtained my dog’s record from Family Vet, and when my dog tested positive for anaplasmosis I learned that he tested positive at Family Vet as well. It was in the record Family provided to Milford A/H, and I was never told or provided the necessary medication.Thank God Teddy is OK. Another dog might not be as fortunate.

I truly wanted this vet office to work, location is so convenient, and I’ve only heard good things from locals.But after the first visit I may take the trip to my old vetMy pets are extremely calm and lovingNot here. I’ve never seen both my cats hiss and swat at techs and vets beforeI don’t know if it was the stress of the other pets procedures happening that dayBut I never wanted to get out of an office so fast in my life (and I’m sure my pets as well)I would’ve understood if I needed to stay in my car longer (my fault and definitely will if I ever have to come back here, I’m not stepping foot until right before the appointment) but I also hated I was in the busiest room where everyone was walking in and out ofAlso extremely annoying that the one thing I asked the vet to look at, was completely disregarded because everyone just seemed annoyed from the previous procedure they were dealing with, this is hard earned money going to you.Also no, I will not be calling you to give more money for something you all forgot to bill me on.

Love, love, love! We wouldn't trust the care of any of our dogs to anyone else! Fast appointments, such a loving and caring team! Cozy country farmhouse office! Highly recommend! They truly love the animals they treat and when it comes to losing a beloved dog like our Buster, we felt nothing but compassion from everyone! They treated him for many years and he loved visiting them! I know they will miss him too! We will never go anywhere else! Superb!

I was visiting my parents and my dog Stella had a medical issue. My mother called and got an appointment that day since this was her dogs vet and came highly recommended. Marlena Piehler and staff are so kind, gentle and friendly. We discussed a few options for treatment and talked about what was best as far as cost and regiment. I definitely recommend them for all your pets needs!

Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, kind and knowledgeable vet tech and caring and thorough vet. It was a long visit since we were new clients, but the vet was in the room for over half of the visit and answered all of my questions and was great with my dogs. I look forward to taking my pups back again!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr. Lind-Wilson has been the most compassionate vet ive ever met. We had to put our two rats to sleep and were really struggling to know if we made the right decision and she went above and beyond to show us we did. She even went as far as showing us that after the rat passed away she found blood in the mouth which indicates they wouldnt have survived surgery if we chose to go that route instead. While im devastated we lost our little friends, she helped me not feel guilt about putting them to sleep and I cant thank her enough for that.The vet techs are super kind as well and were super sweet with our saint bernard puppy when we took her to get fixed, they even let her bring her stuffed goose into the crate :)I will NEVER go to another vet even if we move 12 hours away!

this place deserves 0 stars! I have been using this vet since 2018, but have now learned from personal experience they are incompetent and should have their license revoked, & be put out of business. My 5 year old Pitbull (who has been in their care since a little puppy) was experiencing some bladder issues.Week 1: they saw him and gave him some inflammatory medicationWeek 2: it didn’t help, so they did a urinalysis, told us he had a UTI & gave meds for that and pain/inflammation meds.Week 3: he still wasn’t better, was told to come in for an X-rayFRIDAY OCTOBER 13th: brought him in for the X-Ray, Dr. Piehler came out & said he had an INOPERABLE MASS IN HIS ABDOMEN and we had to discuss quality of life (was told the only option was to have him euthanized)MONDAY OCTOBER 16th: had made an appointment at NVH to put him down, got there and asked for a second opinion before making the decision on euthanasia (they didn’t have a DR on call so they sent us to AERA, who also didn’t have a specialist on call, so we were then sent to VEG)THANKFULLY VEG IN CLIFTON NJ DID THEIR OWN X-RAYS, URINALYSIS, BLOODWORK, & AN ULTRASOUND BECAUSE HE IN FACT DOES NOT HAVE A MASS, BUT BLADDER & URETHRA STONES!!10/17/2023: He is in surgery right now having the stones removed! THANKS TO VEG!!!!! ❤️this doctor here at F.V.S almost had me put down my dog for no reason :(Please Do Not Go There! They can’t read x-rays properly! They told us HIS BLADDER was an inoperable mass! Please for your dogs sake go somewhere else, I’d hate to see this happen to anyone else, this experience with them was just absolutely horrible and disgusting. Dr. Piehler didn’t give us any options besides euthanasia! You’d think they’d send him for further testing, nope it’s all about money. DRIVE STRAIGHT PAST HERE!

Staff is very friendly. From the waiting room to the exam rooms are clean and bright. I had to pick a vet when I got my dog in 2000 and have been there ever since. I started out with one one dog now I am a 3 dog family. All of my dogs are from shelters. Dr. Zaccone and her staff have seen me through getting a new "baby" to add to my home to helping in the difficult times when it was time to say goodbye.I had a dog that suddenly started to look different shortly after her second birthday, she started to loose muscle mass around her head. I started out with Dr. Zaccone and after exams and testing and nothing was matching up with anything. Dr. Zaccone gave me a referral to Cornell in Ithaca NY. After 4 months back and forth, I got the news from the neurologist my Cheyenne had a congenital neuromuscular disease they never had seen before and I will not have my girl for much longer. Dr. Zaccone was in the loop the whole time and when Cheyenne took a sudden turn for the worse she was there to help. She spoke with the neurologist and we got in to see her same day in a late afternoon appointment (I don't think there were appointment times left, I feel that we were given this time slot, that is how they are). My husband and I went and after her exam. The three of us had that so very difficult talk. We agreed that it was best to put her to sleep, and Dr. Zaccone was right there to offer strength and support for both of us. She was the first dog that I ever had get sick and then loose at such a young age. She will be the one who broke my heart.I can not imagine a better place or people for the easy and hard decisions, the happy times, the day to day regular visit and, for the sad times. I know with all my heart my furry family gets the best care possible.Thank you for all that you do!Deborah Jennings

Vet docs and staff are the best and the kindest people.Their prices are reasonable, unlike some in this area.I discovered Family Vet when I was unhappy with another vet telling me my cat was just old. Family Vet took a blood test, gave me an affordable medication and my cat lived another 1.5 GOOD years.Thank you Family Vet.

For end of life service I would not recommend this vet. Took our dog of 15 years to be let go & the doctor had no sympathy and yanked him from my mothers arms while he was still awake because of “miscommunication” my family’s last memory with our dog is now this. How the new doctor thinks this is ok is unacceptable. My mom BEGGED for them not to take her dog & they didn’t listen. Having them see our dog since he was 8 weeks old we expected differently how this service should have been handled & performed.
