Ordered a print to be spiral bound and it was not available at the correct pick up time. I ordered it in the morning and it was supposed to be ready at 4 pm. It wasn’t and the employee had to call someone else to do the printing. Went back the next day and a different employee had to call someone about it as well. When I did get the order, the spiral binding was not cut to the correct length. I will not be returning here. Would not recommend for any kind of printing job.

Don't fall for the 5 star ratings. Reality is horrible. I had the worst experience with these guys recently. Staff in the store are very rude. No respect to customers, not friendly at all, any ask/question quickly leads to an argument. Beware that they have a mindset of selling every small thing like a pin, a tape, even if you need to sign, you need to buy the pack of pens as it costs them so much literally said by staff. If you need any help on packing like attaching the label, extra tape either you need to buy the big pack of tapes for $15 or pay $3 to $5 if they put a ft long clear tape. You're not allowed to ask anything like asking for a dust bin to trash the UPS label sticky papers, etc. It's a big offence and they got very upset when I said trash bins are not easily locatable for new customers as it was placed somewhere in the corner with a tiny label. Management, Please teach your staff that, how to receive the customers and answer questions politely if there are any from customers instead of arguing with them. Hope it gets better...

The UPS store did everything within their power to rectify my claim with the contracted company Tforce Freight. They care about their customers satisfaction and understood my frustration with Tforce losing my items. I advise not to do business with Tforce but this UPS store does its best to satisfy and support their customers.

The employees are extremely rude. I was returning my items to Amazon and apparently I was taking too long to find my return QR code. So they took the person behind me and then made me wait until they were done.I could not bring up the QR code quick enough. Maybe the reason for this is that the UPS store does not have Internet service for their customers.

Normally they would get a 5 but tonight was a 1 star ..I went into the store at 6:40 pm Tuesday Nov 28th. I went to the gentleman in the front . I could barely Breath .I almost threw up from the Musty Smell . It's was SO Overwhelming . The Stinch was SOOO Bad . I had to walk away . I couldn't even hold my breath. It was soo BAD!!! and the heat mixed with the Funky UnderArm smell was Enough to turn my stomach. I really like these people and they are always nice , but Hygiene is a Must when serving the public. I hope I never experience that again.

Daylight robbery. They charged me $1.33 to print out a prepaid shipping label. Do not have them print shipping labels, you can get it printed for 0.19 at Staples. Will never use them again.

Never once did I have any issues at this location. The gentleman at the front desk is always kind and cooperative. I sometimes drop off a bunch of items but he is always patient and helpful. I have been to many UPS stores but this one is the best in customer service.

They have bad service , owner is very rude and not welcoming.Even never apologies for letting 1 client to cross the line in front of me and serve him before me .(maybe cause she is from his mother country!!)He wanted me to buy a scotch tape for 6.99$ (saying its cost price) to stick 1 side of the box … or pay 2 $ so he puts only 1 little scotch tape !!!!!I dont recommend you to go to this branch UPS is more professional than that …I hope such example wont take more franchises or branches …

I had visited this UPS store which is the closest location to me and is located in my town (Monmouth Junction). It is family operated business literally, the owner’s work is supported by his wife and some times by their cute young daughter (less than 8 ?) “who will ask how can I help you” will melt any one’s heart.This family team is so focused on customers that they don’t make any customer wait but jump on to service them. Always smiling, have patience in explaining in detail any customer’s query, I have no hesitation in naming them and their store as the “best UPS of all the stores I have visited so far (at least 15 of them

For my media production business we occasionally have to ship gear to our interviewees. It was my first visit to this particular UPS location and the manager Thomas Gomes welcomed me and allowed me to configure my gear kits and even lent me some tools to get the job done. When one of the gear kits got returned to his UPS store (by mistake) he immediately called me and paid to have it shipped to my home in PA so I could avoid the hour drive. This UPS store deserves 10 stars!!!
