It was around nine at night and I was craving a burger so I go to Wawa and I noticed a manager was training new hires for food orders and all seems fine and they were very friendly and from my side from what it looked like they were doing well, making the orders. I waited patiently to receive my food and they were very friendly, I go home and then I check my order and they got my order wrong. I’m not too upset. I still ate the food. Good customer service. It’s just that I wish the manager was supervising all of the new hires when assembling the orders to make sure that they got the order correct. I ordered a burger with pickles and hot peppers. The only thing on the burger, shredded lettuce, onions, and cucumbers.

Don't go before sun-up and if you do carry pepper spray.Also just like every other Wawa that refuses to hire perfectly able and qualified people for a rotating door of people that can't even make a sandwich properly.

There is a gas attendant there named Elizabeth who is the meanest most rude gas attendant that I've ever encountered at Wawa. In fact, I've never had poor customer service at any Wawa and I only go to Wawa for gas. I asked for her manager and Bill came over. Bill was fantastic and he was able to give me the help I needed. Wawa, please do something with Elizabeth...she is destroying your brand!

Whoever made this drink please give this barista a raise I watched her make it and she had so many orders yet she put so much effort and care into this drink. I wish I got her name but please look into this employee and give her something she did a great job and she deserves it. Best frozen coffee I ever had by the way.

Used to go here a lot, but the staff only cares about running their mouths instead of working. Iced latte is consistently wrong. Now drive past here just to get my coffee else where. 10/10 don't recommend this business.

Busy business.I am able to locate what I want every time and if not sure, an employee with stop what they are doing and assist me with finding something. Food is good and I love the beef jerky there. The gas attendants greet you and are friendly.

This wawa has been the worst one I’ve ever been to. They are always packed with people, short staffed, and the employees they do have move slower then molasses. Don’t order any food from the computers their system likes to hiccup and loose paid for order slips and you’ll end up standing there for 20-30 mins before they say anything. The bathrooms are always sketchy and overall Your customer service experience is equivalent to a dirty boot. Avoid this wawa unless you need gas the Riverside one is less then Two minutes away.

Bathrooms haven’t been properly clean in a long time. The urinals have not been wiped down in a very long time. Please hire someone outside of your staff to clean because they do the bare minimum. I cant imagine the manager doesn’t see this. So sad.

I wish I could rate the store and gas station separately. The store is great and staff are friendly and they get orders out very fast. Lines move fast and your not waiting too long. I love coming to this Wawa. I don't like going to get gas there. One day I went there to get gas and I was treated different all because I had an equality sticker on the back of my car and he shoved my change into my hand really hard and scoffed and said "nice sticker" sarcastically and walked away annoyed. No "have a good day" or anything. He discriminated me all because of a bumper sticker he didn't like. So my rating reflects on the gas attendant.

I have to say that the service is getting worse. The food service is terrible and no one is friendly. Even though it seems they're trying to break time constraints, no one works smart. I like the Wawa near blinker custard so much better. Everyone is nice and goes out their way to help you.Junkies are becoming more aggressive and often nod out in front of the doors. Very sad. I say something to employees and Mgr. They ask me if they begged for money and several times said Oh, unless they ask for money, we can't chase them away. Wow...

this store late night is a disaster! I came in after work to grab a quesadilla and a small mac and cheese and it took them 20 minutes not exaggerating! to get the food out. the two older ladies were in such a bad mood and arguing over who was gonna get the bacon from the back. the one lady even said out loud “im tired of this and im ready to walkout” just because there were 4 people waiting for orders after mine. Im not management but if i was i would pick people that actually want to work and dont complain when it is their job to make food. it is not just these two ladies there is a disgruntled man that hates his life when there are more then 2 orders on the screen past 10pm and they should not work there if they are gonna be like that.

Always very organized, clean and spacious. Workers are very helpful and polite. I usually don't use public restrooms because of the bad smell and dirtyness but at this wawa I was extremely impressed on how clean and fresh the restroom was. I travel extra miles just to go this wawa. Hope they keep up the great work...

Undeniably the worst Wawa I have ever been to in my life. I was a former employee of Avalon Wawa and the Wawa across from blinkers and I always knew our customer service was top notch. To see a Wawa lacking so badly in the core values of the company disgusts me. You’re supposed to have excellent customer service skills to even be considered for employment at any Wawa store; however, I guess that rule doesn’t apply here. I waited for 15 minutes for someone out in the fuel area to even begin pumping my fuel, as well as for a simple salad to be made. The lines in here are also rediculous; they are so short staffed! The only person that even had any idea how to care for customers was the manager on duty Dom. To everyone else at this particular Wawa, you really need to get it together and go back to your trainee days to learn how to properly handle food, customers, and fuel. The next time I come in at 7:30 p.m. I hope to see some type of improvement in the attitudes of the associates.

I visited on July 21st and as usual I bought gas. I went inside and purchased lottery tickets,cigarettes, milk, Pepsi 2liters, candy, bread, large coffee, used the ATM, and bought some donuts. I love Wawa because it's a huge convenience because I'm in and out. When I lived in Florida I missed Wawa, but now they are starting to put up wawa's all throughout the East coast.

You would think since this is a bigger wawa it would be better. But no. The food is alright, but they barely give you anything. The one at Riverside Dr. is way better. It’s only a few minutes down the road. Go there instead.

The food is great and the gas is convenient.This a convenient location heading west out of Millville toward Bridgeton on Route 49 and also the only one from Bridgeton heading toward downtown Millville.It's right at Sharp Street which leads from the west side of Millville to northern Millville.
