I went to this place following my cats groomer, Shanna. She was in another place and as soon she moved here I had to go there. She's the best, most patient, and caring person. My cats used to go to Petsmart, and after one of my cats got nervous, they didn't want to see him again 😞. I don't know what magic touch this girl has, but he does great with her. Definitely recommend this place if you have cats. I brought them around 4pm so is not a lot of dogs left at the place and is quieter. The whole staff is great .

My Dog Merlin and I both love Ted's Pet Country Club! Merlin has been going there since he was a we pup, for training and grooming. Ted and his Staff always go out of there way to help you, make you feel at home, and treat your pet with love and kindness. I highly recommend to others , and if you have a training problem Ted is the man to go to for help! pictured below are pictures of Ted with Merlin training him, and him after he was washed and groomed. Because of Ted he has helped me with having a happy well adjusted adult dog!

Ted has been training our Cavapoo puppy for the past three months , and we could not be happier with the results! We contacted him because the puppy showed some aggression from a very young age. The transformation we have seen in our boy, now nine months , is incredible . He has gone from growling and biting with many resource guarding behaviors, to a well-mannered and sweet little gentleman! Ted was caring and patient throughout the experience, and he worked with us every step of the way . He is very professional, always punctual, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this training program to anyone with a new puppy, even if there is no outward aggression or concern. Every dog could benefit from this training process!

Take my dog here every 6 to 8 weeks. Always do a fantastic job on grooming. Staff is very friendly, and I like the fact that they always call the day before to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

Just had our 9 lb yorkie mix get a grooming. As soon as we walked into the place they took our dog right away without giving him a chance to get used to the smells. Called us 2.5 hours later to come pick him up because he was “ready”. We get there and we hear a dog screaming and yiping. The owner Ted said that’s our dog. Of course I asked what are you doing to him ? He said he’s just getting a hair cut. He proceeded to ask us where we went before and we said to you guys. He’s never done this before. I made them grab him and give him to us. Ted proceeded to charge us 20 extra for “behavioral issues “ and that it took an extra tech. we are never coming back here again.

As always my experience with Ted's is excellent. The staff is always warm and friendly. I have been making the drive for years with my pets because I appreciate not only the superior service but the family atmosphere. It's more than being a customer...I feel as though we are old friends. My dog always looks great when I pick him up and it's obvious that the groomers love him.I cannot recommend them more strongly. 5 stars for sure!!

I've been going to Ted's for almost 3 years and have never been disappointed. Ted and his staff are always pleasant and professional. More importantly, my cat Harley loves going there for his grooming. Whenever I pick up Harley from Ted's, he looks and smells wonderful! Ted is awesome! I got a 9 week old German Shepard puppy and he was such a handful when we first got him. I was referred to Ted through multiple people and I am so glad we took our puppy there. He puts so much heart into training each dog and my dog loved going to see him. After only 4 weeks I now have such a good puppy!

Decided to get our new dog trained to break some bad habits. We decided to call Ted after a great recommendation from several people. I will say i am very impressed with him and his knowledge. Took my two shihtzus to get groomed a couple days ago and was very pleased of how well they looked when they were finished. They smelled and looked so clean compared to a previous groomer I took them too. The staff was so nice and friendly. Definitely taking them back there again. I took my Maine Coon to Ted's for a complete groom and trim. I was nervous because I have taken my guy to another groomer who butchered him. I am so glad I got the nerve to take him to Ted's. They literally executed the picture I had in my mind to perfection. The staff is super friendly and really took their time in listening to what I wanted. My boy came home still looking like a Maine Coon and not a cat with a dog haircut!! I am beyond happy with the results! He had a lot of shag and undercoat and Ted's sent him home looking fabulous! I definitely recommend going to Ted's and I will from now on Never go anywhere else!! Thank you Ted's!! You guys did an Amazing job on my cat!!! You have a customer for life!

Ted's Pet Country Club and Ted's training was the best thing we have ever done. Adopting a rescue, we had some issues that we needed help with. Ted helped us to learn about our dog, and working together, we gained a mutual respect. Now, my 105lb dog is constantly glued to our hips and think he's a lap dog! He is obedient and the best dog and friend I've ever had! Also, Ted's grooming is spot on, and he is the only one that my dog will let cut his nails! Thank you, Ted!

Absolutely great service , very friendly people and I think that is so important! Even called me to follow up and see if I was satisfied with my puppy’s results. I was so nervous for his first cut and how he would come out due to so much hair on is paws but he came out completely unrecognizable ! He smelled amazing and felt so soft. I will definitely be coming back for all his grooming needs! 100% recommend ! They also have such cute puppy clothing!

My father has been a loyal customer at Ted’s for many years. We’ve always experienced great customer service and quality grooming. My young dog got a grooming a few days ago, his second hair cut at Ted’s. We were surprised that we were being charged extra because my dog was moving a lot during his hair cut. In all the years of being a customer, we’ve never experienced a “holding fee”. When I got home, I realized my dog had a big cut on his neck and many other cuts along his body. It was disappointing that none of the employees apologized for accidentally cutting my dog, nor did anyone even acknowledge it. I’m giving 3 stars because my dog looked excellent after his grooming, just thought the “holding fee” was uncalled for. It is very unusual to be dissatisfied with Ted’s, as they usually do a good job.

I've been a customer of Ted's for over 15 years. I'm not going to comment on how beautiful my dogs look after being groomed by him. (You won't find or hear anything bad about their skill and high standards)He and his staff have always kept my pet's... and family's, best interests first.Whether I needed to drop off my pets early, pick them up late or, asked to make an appointment for the very next day they, were able to accommodate.Lastly, they listen to and execute what you want for your pet to a "T". And you can rest assured they have the knowledge and skills necessary to make you and your pet happy.

I went to Teds grooming the other day and this was the greatest business I have ever been to period. Better then any and every chain and family owned company in existence. My dog has ascended to the higher plane and achieved enlightenment in one session. 12/10 would recommend.

With a pack of dogs ranging from less than a year thirteen years of age I had reservations when we started but Ted was confident. Within a few lessons it was amazing to see the difference in all of our pup's!We are near the end of the sessions and seeing the difference in all the dogs can wholeheartedly recommend Ted.

My dogs have never been to a groomer before, but they will definitely keep going once a month after the amazing treatment today. Everything was smooth, from dropoff and pick up. My shih tzu puppy was taken care with love by Teddy, Monica and the entire staff. This was his second grooming. Monica did an amazing job with his grooming. I am so very happy with the results. He had no anxiety when I picked him up and that was important also. I would highly recommend Ted’s Pet Country Club for your pets grooming needs. My husband and I rescued a rough collie puppy, Findley, who is very energetic and a little stubborn. We hired Ted to help us train Finn and have seen a remarkable transformation in our puppy's behavior! We really appreciate the time Ted takes to educate us and answer any questions we have. Finn also gets his grooming done at Ted's. The staff is caring and kind and Finn looks like a show dog when they are done. I think the best way to judge the service at Ted's is Finn's reaction when we pull into Ted's Pet Country Club; he is always excited and can't wait to get out of the car to go see Ted and the staff.

Ted's Pet Country Club is one of the best family owed businesses in Cumberland County. People are greeted warmly and the pets are made to feel like royalty. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone with a loved one as they'll receive the highest is pampering services and training. One of the best features of this establishment are the people who work there. Each person loves to be with your pet and will do anything to make them feel loved. I wouldn't take my pet to anyone else but Ted's Pet Country Club. Trust me, your pet will thank you.

Absolutely horrible service. I called 2 check on my dog after 3 and a half hours and was told he wouldn't be done anytime soon. I told Ted nevermind and that I was coming 2 get my dog. However, when I arrived 10 minutes later, they said they started to cut him anyways and were almost done. Seriously! They rushed to get him done b4 I arrived after I told them I no longer wanted them to. My poor dog has bald spots everywhere and his hair is all different lengths. It is so unprofessional looking. I feel so disrespected and will never take my dog back there. Call Petsmart, they are so much nicer and friendlier. Hope this helps anyone interested.
