Calling the pharmacy it rings, rings,rings then an automated picks up states you're the next person to answer. Never happens. I go to the pharmacy & they state their phones haven't worked for 2 weeks. Not sure when they will work again. Seriously in the electronic day we live in. Funny but 3 months ago same thing with the Rite aid in Camden City by Cooper hospital. 🤔 Or are they just turning the phone system off

I’m tired of the pharmacist or there assistant’s giving me a call saying meds are ready & when I go nothing is ready & like my insulin they been say it’s ready & when my his go’s too get nothing is ready. It supposed was ordered two days ago. I’m sitting here with my sugar sky high & no insulin.most of the time they only got one person working & act like they don’t know what they talking about. I done with ride aid! Go back too my old pharmacy they always had my meds before, I had too call for them. This need too be fixed or close the store done. It’s very pathetic that peoples messes are never ready on time the phones keep bringing and nobody answers and then they call you saying your meds is ready and when you get there they’re still not ready no

I have been trying to get my daughter meds for a week now. Last week I go to pick it up and they say it's not ready. So I go in on Saturday and they say it will be ready Monday of this week. Well I go and the script isn't ready, the med tech says it should be done by 5. I go back at 5 to get oh one script is ready but we can't give it to you because the second script the insurance didn't approve yet. I asked to just give me the antibiotic that was approved and she tells me she can't she has to give it to me at one time and to call the insurance. So I called insurance today, and it's at another rite aide which is the next town over. My insurance said it's paid for and the millville rite aide should see that when they pulled my daughter name up and all they had to do is call the other pharmacy to have it transferred. Now I been calling millville all day and the phone just rings. They need to be shut downn or get new staff that knows what there doing. Because now I have to go to Bridgeton to pick my child meds up. Ridiculous..

The pharmacist at the counter was rude. the one with the piercing in her nostrils. I think if she is not ready for this job she should not be there she needs costumer Service classes she doesn't know if patients are in depression or in need of psychological meds. and things could be worse

Store employee’s are so rude. The older man and the older woman need to be replaced with people who are customer service appropriate. The older woman is immature and the man is ignorant.

This rite aid is a complete joke. A week straight trying the drive thru and always closed. Started there and they said medications would be transfered. Half never were. Laziest bunch i have ever had to deal with. No wonder rite aid is going chapter 11.

Apparently their phone doesn't work or they've just forgotten how to pick it up. On the off chance that they bump into it and answer by accident, you have an almost guaranteed chance you'll be greeted by an attitude. You can always go into the store, just be prepared to experience that same great customer service, just in person. The crackheads that periodically grace the store usually have better attitudes then the employees.

Called in my wife script waited 3 hrs and zip. Finally went in to Puck up and still not done. The next day a black woman at the counter told me I gotta wait my turn. Then I'm sitting there for over an hour walk up to get an update only to be told she left for the day. Needles to say my wife ended up in the hospital that night due to rite aid

This riteaide is the biggest waste of time. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, always mess up medications, my doctor called in two scripts today (that I need asap) and yet the people behind the counter said "we only have one , our phones aren't working" what the heck does your phone have to do with you dummies only filling one script, when I know he called in both, cause I was right there. So I contacted him and he tried calling it in again, and he said they didn't pick up the phone, and that he left a message. And now tomorrow when I go there again to try and pick it up, they will say "we don't have any messages" and that's only because the dummies didnt check them or they just simply deleted them, cause they have done this before to me as well. And I'm not saying all the employees there are useless, cause there are at least two people there that are great, but as for the rest of them..... nope... and I'm so sick of the stupid customer messages, saying to contact customer service, because I have done that plently of times already, and guess what, they don't care either. One time this place gave my then infant son someone heart medication. And all they said was "oh sorry can you bring that back please''... useless people...

This rite by far is the worst pharmacy in Cumberland county. I have been having great deal of trouble with them with getting my prescriptions right and especially never answering the phone. I had called from 10/10/2022 until 10/11/2022 until finally someone answered the phone. I was in need of a prescription that my dentist had called in and there was nothing for me. Today 11/01/2022 I spoke with the dentist at 10:55am and they had the same problem and my dentist tried numerous times since 10/10/ 22 to send my script to rite aid on high st and was even hung up on 3 times. Even left rite aid pharmacy a message in reference to my prescription and nothing was ever done. How can a pharmacy be so irresponsible especially with peoples medications but more importantly peoples lives that they have been trusted with. I have had enough so as of this day I will be taking my business to CVS in Millville. I would suggest you do the same.

This used to be a great place for prescriptions but that was when you could get them. They change pharmacy hours like the wind. I went tonight after work and now they close at nine instead of ten so I was out of luck. Pick the hours and stick with them! You can forget the drive thru, some days they’re open for awhile and most days they aren’t. Something needs to be done or I’m moving my scripts out of there.

Ever since I’ve moved here I have had the worst experience. You are lucky if they answer the phone at all. 11 months living here and I tell them every month I need the brand name and they fill generic. Told me I have to wait hours for a partial and give medicine back and trust that they will properly order and fill my partial in time over New Years. My doctor isn’t open so I just took the generic rather than risk having a seizure which is what happens when you suddenly stop this medicine. Zero stars. Worst ever pharmacy. Go to Main Street they answer phone and are nice.

I continue to have horrible service at the pharmacy. I have been waiting two days for a prescription that my doctor had sent twice now and I have verified with the doctor and the tech again told me they didn't have anything. I cant call to get an answer about fixing this because THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, which means you have to drive out there and wait in line only to be told they dont have it. And when I asked how to resolve the issue, the technician got an attitude. Please Rite Aid don't respond with your "sorry call customer care", because I have already tried that and the message says try online they have large call volume. If you were worried about customer service you would make changes. This isnt the first complaint about this pharmacy.

I have been trying to get my medication prescriptions and histories moved to Walgreens for FIVE DAYS because no one answers the phone at this rite aid. Not a single person. I had to physically come to this rite aid and watch the pharmacist pick up the phone to call Walgreens to make sure my prescription was filled. Five days without my medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

The pharmacy is horrible. I've been going here for years and I dread it each and every time. My prescriptions are always late and they are very basic medications. Last month I went to pick up the same medication that I had been prescribed for 3 months, and they told me they would call when it is ready. The call came so I went in to pick it up. BUT, when I arrived they told me that it wasn't ready and that I never received a call. WHAT A JOKE. They said that there was a mix up with my medication another time and that they called and spoke to my doctor to get it resolved (Which they never did) and I didnt have my medicine for another week. I've waited in line with NOBODY in front of me for an hour before any of the workers even acknowledged me! Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If you don't absolutely have to go here, don't!

I drove a friend from Brick, NJ to get the Covid vaccine today. I need to use the bathroom but was denied entry. I am from the Philippines and I felt discriminated. The cashier and another tall, skinny male employee were very rude. I should have called the police on them or relieved myself inside the store. I went to 7 11 across the street but they don't have bathroom. I had to empty a soda bottle and did it in my car. Your employees should be disciplined. I learned from my friend who is waiting for the Covid vaccine that other people were given the bathroom key after I left to go to 7 11.

I'm given Rite Aid and Millville New Jersey 5 stars. I know everyone is upset because their medication isn't right on time but it's not a fast food restaurant it's a pharmacy. Give the pharmacist in the employs some kind of credit because they are busy all day long. The medication comes in it gets verified it gets verifield and there are lots of people that try to get medication early.There are people that are calling and complaining all the time.

this place never answers for the patients meds to be called in by a doctor's office. i am a nurse that has been trying to call in medication for a patient for 2 days. shes going through withdrawl as i type this because they keep picking up and hanging up on the office.

This pharmacy has got some serious issues. No one at the pharmacy knows what they are doing. I’ve been calling for days asking if my prescription went through for my nausea and they kept telling me they haven’t received anything. Forward 5 days and I call my doctor asking them why they haven’t sent it and they tell me they did and so they check the status and it was there the whole time! Why can’t a pharmacy just do there job
