Booked a NAIL TRIM and a bath for my dog. He had cracked a nail and my vet specifically told me to take him there to have the nail fixed and the rest trimmed. They didn't even touch his nails because my dog “wouldn’t let them” so my dog is just to supposed to suffer because you didn’t try? Even had the gall to admit he broke a nail in THEIR kennel and they didn’t treat it! Most dogs are weary about nail trims, thats not an excuse. Extremely disappointed and appalled at the lack of professionalism.

Took my golden doodle for his first groomers appointment. The groomer was awesome. I was able to discuss how I wanted the cut to come out before leaving him. It turned out perfect.

Prices are competitive. Cashier was competent. Dog food purchased was actually 5 or 6 dollars lessthan competitors. My wallet was happy.

I bought 2 beta fishes for my son(12 yrs. Old) and daughter (2 month old).Named fishes after them. 🐠🐠We love the aquarium. Need to get more plants .Update: bought my son a new Electric glow betta fish because 1at one died on us on the 1st day.New one doing great!!!

I had a complicated appointment making experience one day and ended up here in Millville for my dogs’ grooming. She usually goes to Mays Landing, and have had no problems there, but the woman who groomed my Amy In Millville did such a great job that I’ll be going there from now on. They were so kind and willing to take her even tho the scheduling had gone awry that morning. And doesn’t she look fantastic?!?

Staff was amazing! Took my son to get a snake and the staff member was so knowledgeable about the care of the snake, current health, approximate age, and more! They were super helpful in knowing where to begin with it and temperament and all. So glad and my son is super excited about having a new pet!Old: Friendly and helpful staff! Had a decent selection of fish and plants.

Always wonderful to walk in and see the animals. (Do people count here? :P ) Bought a little Parakeet that was energetic. Casey also helped me with seeing if the cage I bought would be a good match for Kiwi (the energetic one, green) and the one my wife and I bought a few days before, Skye (blue).The people have always been nice and, dare I say, almost loving as family. Can't ask for better then that.The two pictures provided, though not the best, are of Kiwi and Skye. They have since been put together and all we hear are the chirps of courtship. It's so cute. (Aka Kawaii)Back on topic: Petsmart has helped and my wife and I truly appreciate it. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

I'm reviewing this place according to the price. I got my dogs groom at this location. I got charged with extra fees, and the end product didn't meet the standard. I highly recommend looking for a different place to get your dogs groom
