The store was clean and the shelves were organized and products displayed very nicely. However, the store was understaffed and it was difficult to find someone to assist me. I was looking specifically for specific decorations which they did not have. I will probably visit the store again when I am in the market for discount merchandise. The main reason I only gave three stars was because of the lack of staffing.

As far as a discount store goes it's very clean, a large variety of items and a pleasant staff. My wife and I enjoy stopping here when we are in the area. Lots of good prices on quality items (no dollar store type products). Everything from furniture to potato chips. A+

Big Lots used to be good when they were an actual close out store. And FORGET their furniture. It's expensive! Why I would pay those prices at Big Lots is beyond me. I could probably do much better at a regular furniture store.

My husband and I purchased 2 patio sets for pickup online. When arriving to the store we were made aware that one of the sets was a display item. A bit frustrated since we expected a new item at pickup. The store manager, Tammy, was apologetic and compassionate. To alleviate our frustrations, Tammy was able to give a small discount on our item, which was more than accommodating. I must also note that the two associates that assisted with loading the merchandise were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at Big Lots Millville.

Was there to check out mattress sets, we find help , but right from the start she had a attitude, barley wanted to answer any questions we had . Not only there was no proper greeting , she barely spoke, no smile ,headphones in her ears where we had to repeat our selves,we did purchase a mattress set, but I was so upset having to deal with her she definitely doesn't need to be in customer service .as I was leaving I asked for her name and she ignores me at first then finally says Tam, she needs to learn about customer service, there's nothing friendly about this employee,

Big Lots located at Union Lake Crossing in Millville,New Jersey right next to Lowes and Planet Fitness.Big Lots has weekly specials and I usually go to bargain hunt.I found some nice end tables for $15 each,a lamp for $10 and bought kids each $5 toy.Watch out because some items you can get cheaper.Its your choice what you buy.I know I like to save any chance I can and I bought cell phone cases at Big lots for $10 each and saw them later at flea market for $5.They have name brands at Big Lots like Sony,Legos,Panasonic,Marvel,Disney,and Lots more.

I wish I could give negative stars I paid for something set up a date for Delivery and verified with the manager. on the day of delivery I've been sitting around all day waiting for them to tell me they never set my stuff up to be delivered! Now I have to wait an extra WEEK for something I paid for that's gonna be 3 weeks total for something that I've already paid for and shouldn't have had to have waited one! I will NEVER use this store again I feel like I have been in some back alley deal gone bad unreal!

Readying for Springtime. Good for general housewares, kitchen gadgets, tableware, bathroom essentials, window covering, curtain rods, wall decor...a refrigerated isle to pick up milk etc. Seasonal section is great but sells out quickly.

Well I went about a week ago to big lots in Glassboro New Jersey me and my daughter was walking around and I said I needed some pillows so I see pillows with the sheep on it ,saw two for $20 And said cooling pillow so I said I’ll try it I’ve been having a lot of bad luck with comfortable pillows ,well I slept like a baby my first night with the new pillows I slept so good I went right back to big lots in Millville where I live in New Jersey and I bought another set and I’m gonna go back again today LOL and get another set.. Nice price and trust me it is so so so worth it???

They did not have what I actually went in for, which was a replacement canopy cover but did pick up some other good buys was I was there. Or should I say my wife found some good buys that I Happily paid for. 😘

I work there and I appreciate customers even the ones vaccinated wearing their mask. Granted NJ hasn't lifted the wearing the mask law. So all those who don't wear their mask,please put their mask on

Im not sure who Katie Harker dealt with, but Leilani is an excellent asset to the store. My guess is she was a nasty customer, but respect given is respect earned. The staff here will help you and I have always enjoyed my big lots experience.

Shopped Millville store this afternoon. A young man named James was extremely helpful. The first employee I saw, a woman, was brusque and seemed quite unfriendly. She was assisting another customer but walked away from her and left her standing. I stopped James towards the back of the store to ask for help. I mention the customer in the front was waiting as well. He helped her then came back to assist me. I purchased a recliner that my son would pick up. The logistics of the pickup required extra steps on your employees part. James made it possible. If that young man isn't in a management training program then someone at Big Lots is making a hugh mistake.
