A small Shop Rite that caters to the area which recently underwent a very large renovation which made it modern with more choices. The employees who work here are all very nice and accommodating.Parking lot is small and unfortunately, many people park in the fire zone. I wish someone would regulate the carts which are usually left all over the parking lot.

I don't recommend Online orders... There's a five dollar online order fee along with bag fee and delivery fee. Not to mention driver tip. They don't have delivery staff at the store. My last order was delivered by Door dash. I didn't know about the online fee until everything was paid for..😡

Like other shop rite but the vegetable sections little bigger. They have self pay section which make the checkout little faster . Usually not busy most of the time . If you are price plus member they always have good deals. They have a big parking lot. Always Recommend shop rite .

A smaller ShopRite store, covers many of the basics for groceries. Various deals and a ton of aisles filled with brand name and generic items.While not as varied on the meat cuts compared with the Jersey City version, this does fine for the simple needs.

Had a terrible experience today at the millburn shoprite. I bought bread on 12/1 and the bread went moldy. I checked the expiration date and realized the bread they sold to me expired on 12/2 - so it was only fresh for 1 day. Thus, I went back to get it replaced and the manager told me it was my fault for buying bread that expired in 1 day! So they wouldn’t let me exchange it. I mean seriously…when I go shopping I don’t have time to check every item I buy expiration’s date. That’s the job of the store and to not sell expired food!

This is a small ShopRite, but they always have what I need. The fish is NOW prepackaged, so the fish counter is gone. The deli is still there.They are in the process of updating the store, I am not sure when they will finish.UPDATE: 10-12-2023 I was very impressed shopping at the renovated store. The fresh fish department is back, the deli and customer service counter has a new look. Exterior: decorated nicely with fall flowers; the parking lot is newly paved. Great job to whom ever is responsible for the store update 👍

Very good fresh produce and meats! Where are the warm and friendly employees that used to work there??? I’ve been going to this location for 20 years and use to look forward to the rapport between myself and the people that worked there. Now there’s less smiling, less customer care and personable people working there….. I hope it improves soon.

Deli department is an absolute nightmare both when it's slow and busy. Ordering on their tablets is a joke. It's consistently so bad...orders rarely ready..or even received. ..I just gave up and now resort driving to another store just for deli items. IrritatingUpdate: So I decided to give the deli dept another shot. And things went well for 2-3 trips to the department over the last few weeks. Then....once again...the same old issue. I order on the I-pad... return an hour later only to be told that they didn't have my order. I was told by the employee that they had just started their shift and that it was the prior shift that made the error...The deli was void of any other customers or orders...and I wasn't even offered to have my error corrected. Just finger pointing and the people working there earlier. I get that there are technical glitches at times and human error. But 50% of the time..there's a problem. The lack of customer service and employees blaming others as an excuse is just plain sad.Do better ShopriteBack to Kings I go again for deli supplies.It's my fault for thinking somehow things might have improved with all the positive changes to this particular facility. Just not a place for fresh deli.

They have revamped the place. The aisle are a bit wider there is more room at the ends of the aisle. No more huge end caps to fight around with people in the way. Of course everyone had a look on there faces like “ where is that?” It will take awhile but nice and clean and helpful staff.

UPDATE: They did a complete makeover and the place looks much more like the good ShopRite in Springfield. We still have been unlucky a few times, but the shelves seem better stocked overall.Original review: Their produce selection is almost always out of what we need. We call this “the bad ShopRite” because they never stock their produce section enough. Often no broccoli, red pepper, red onion other basics, especially pre-chopped options. And the self checkout machine always has issues. The employees are very friendly and nice.

There are more self-check aisles now and fewer open manned checkouts. The cashiers seem miserable. I don't want to deal with self checkout but I don't want to encounter many of these cashiers either. I don't know what Trader Joe's management does right, but the crew there is always pleasant. I'm just going to get deliveries plus TJ runs and avoid this Shoprite. The unpleasant staff, while I'm sure they have good reasons for being in a bad mood, is just not something I feel like dealing with. I had shopped there for twenty years and always liked it. Time for a change.

Newly remodelled (updated)store. Same footprint, aisle organization, but less congested. Still expensive, less organic produce. But good in a pinch.

I love this store. Yes Kings is fancier and Trader Joe's is trendier but this store has everything you need, laid out in a way that makes sense and great prices. What else do you need!

I have been coming here pretty often for a few years now, always been pretty good. But this morning I bought lambchops, they looked pretty good. But when it came time to cook them, I opened them and I was appaled to see that the sticker on the package was covering the fact that the lambchop was GREEN at the bottom, and was probably rotted. I thought "ew", threw it away and I check the other two in the package, and they're also starting to get the same green look to them. I wasted $10 on that, and I can't refund it because I am too busy. So I have to bite the bullet. The fact that a half rotting lambchop was even PACKAGED is horrendous, this isn't the first time something like this has happened, but the other times it was never ever really bad, so I shrugged it off as a mistake, since it was easy to miss. But there is no way you could've missed this. Never buying meat here again. I'm actually sick to my stomach. The attached pictures are one of the less bad lambchops. I couldn't dig out the really bad one from my trash, nor did I want to... do better please.

Very FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF!inside this quaint little, "personal"store; carries MOST basic items,I sometimes PREFER this "SHOP-RITE" when you wanna dash in,without all the waiting in check-out lines of the larger establishments,and you DONT require a "map"to navigate inside the store!!!LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

This ShopRite is uncomfortably small and the food isn’t fresh. I ordered 2lbs of Atlantic salmon and when I bought it home it had a rancid smell like it wasn’t fresh. 2 out of the 3 oat milks that I purchased were spoiled, even though the expiration date said July. I’m totally disgusted and disappointed. Avoiding this location.

The layout of the store seems a little off; products seem oddly placed, not where you’d expect. As I was shopping, I picked up a pack of protein bars, only to discover at checkout that you can only buy per bar, not the pack, which is odd. Other supermarkets allow you to buy the box. I believe other ShopRites even allow it.Then, as I was exiting, I noticed the sign saying hand baskets must be kept inside the store. Annoying if you’ve done you’re shopping with a basket, and don’t have a personal bag. You could buy one, but it means going back to the checkout area, possibly standing in line, then transferring everything. To make that situation better they should either keep a few carts at the checkout area, or remove hand baskets from the store, or put hand basket stands outside with the cart stands, or somehow inform customers before they use a basket.

You can get all your essentials here, but this store is way too small and too many displays in the aisles. Checkout was good though. Barbara who I guess is the lead, is simply phenomenal.

Great staff, good hours and very clean! The parking lot could use some serious updating (repaint the arrows and lines because I constantly see people driving in the wrong direction almost causing accidents). I would suggest putting up cart holders in the lot because they are strewn about and ALWAYS taking up parking spaces. This needs to be fixed pretty badly.

Super clean and they have the mini carts for your kids tonoush around while u shop which is great to keep them entertained and have them help u a little. Their employees are also so nice and helpful, they gave my daughter stickers and helped me load the belt when they saw I was doing a big shopping trip with a 2 yr old alone.

Small store so selection is limited compared to larger newer stores, but they make up for it in service and quality. Good prices, good availability of products they carry. No bags though due to local ordinance. Bring your own or purchase a reusable bag at checkout.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite and met me with a smile. Very pleasurable experience as compared to other shoprite experiences I've had. The shelves were stocked and everything was organized and clean. I wish I lived closer and this was my Neighborhood grocery store.

Don't go during the weekdays because there is this bitter senile worker. Other option is to useful self check-out, which I normally use but I didnt today because I needed to buy bags to carry my groceries. The one lady that I encountered today (she was two registers away from self check-out) is cranky and told me to learn how to read signs.

Nice and small Shop Rite. Was relatively quiet when I came on a weekday in the mid afternoon. The selection for ready to go meals is less than other larger ShopRites. Nevertheless, what I chose was delicious.
