Took my little Paris there for a haircut. Her hair texture is a little complicated because she is a mix of Yorkie and Pomeranian. Jamie did a phenomenal job. I used to drive quite far for her haircuts so Im very happy to have found her. She also was very pleasant and kind with Paris. Best haircut she has ever gotten!

New store policy on buying fishes is to strict, asking me what size fish tank i have, how many fishes, like its relevant.. Wont sell me fishes for refusing to answer, its none of there business... Allegedly store management was fired for not following petsmart corporate stuck on stupid guidelines an reasonong behind t.m.i questions, Many years of coming to petsmart, will no longer visit any of there locations.. Petco is better, my money is good anywhere

I’m not going to sit here and lie they were nice but not patient with animals. I booked my grooming appointment oct 1st Sunday for 9:15. Warm greeting. I have a Labrador female about 70 pounds. Very hyper maybe a little nervous but she does not bite. She would not go in but they acted like they could not lift her. This is why petco wins! There was a whole man in the back from grooming and they acted like I had a Rottweiler. Horrible service for that! 1 star and a lost of service now.

Today I took my yorkshire Brook to cut HIS HAIR just a little BIT and comb it, when I picked it up I see my shaved dog without hair, after two years taking care of him and Now she shaving his hair because she says he had knots, for that reason I pay for him comb not to have all hair removed without permission; Or consult, I wonder Elizabeth-rose if you have knots In your head do you shave it?

Sadly enough, PetSmart doesn't provide proper animal care for their pets. For example, they put their beta fishes in containers only a size bigger, leaving a minimal amount space for the space for the fish. Don't buy from PetSmart because if you do, your supporting animal abusers.Thanks for your timeSheedsa Ali

Staff is always helpful. The only thing is; help is not immediately available. To circumvent that; upon entering, I ask if anyone is in the Dept that I need something from so that they can contact an associate via their mic letting them know that a customer needs assistance. When I get to the section I need something from, an associate is approaching the area to assist.

The staff was extremely helpful in finding the fishtank filter I needed. There was a discrepancy with the price, where the website showed one price and the shelf showed another, but they were going to honor the web price. It turned out that the shelf price was actually incorrect and the web price was correct! Nathaniel was able to help me get the needed filter/pump and successfully get my wife's tank running again. This is by far the best PetSmart in the area. Courteous, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable! Those are my words about the staff here. The store is super well kept, clean, and neat! A++. The grooming section it TOP NOTCH, no question!Keep up the great work PetSmart Millburn!!!

Horrible place. Staff lazy. Rood to petsand owners. Never go there.I brought my 2 dogs there. They refused grooming for one of my dogs.Accusing him to be aggressive. He was not. My second dog after their grooming came out with 2 bold spots. Manager said that she moved. Her skin was bleeding and she was crying. I hope everyone reads my review and stay away from this disgusting place.

Dropped off my dog at 11:30. Groomer said to come back in 3 hours. It's 3:22 and he's still not ready. Waste of time. Waste of money.Update: In additional to the terrible grooming job, the groomer had me convinced that the I took the harness with me when I dropped the dog off. Now I have to drive 36 miles round trip just for a harness.

This was our first time taking our new Husky to get a bath after a great day at the park. We walked in, we were seeing with no appointment. After 2 hours, our Puppy Siberian Husky looked AMAZING, FLUFFY AND ARTIC WHITE!!!! Ms. Jordan did an outstanding job with our puppy. She was really nice after the fact that our puppy bites a lot and has a lot of energy. While we waited, We met Mr. William, the dog trainer. Mr William is very attentive, he provided is with information. We love the customer service oriented staff!!! We will back for sure!!!

After having a terrible experience at PetSmart in Lyndhurst Dave the manager at Millburn was wonderful. Not only did he hear me but he assured me I’d have an excellent experience at Millburn. Today, I had such a wonderful experience in Millburn PetSmart. My dog was groomed by Sakoya. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked key questions to assure my dog had the correct treatment. He came out with a wonderful haircut. I can’t say enough about how polite Sakoya was with me. I highly recommend her. Thank you Millburn.

Stephanie Margotis of the Petsmart Grooming in Millburn NJ is an excellent groomer. She is very pleasant , patient and makes inquires as your pets likes & dislikes to assure your pet has a positive experience. My dog Lola had been groomed by Stephanie for over 6 years and enjoys her grooming sessions. I would highly recommend this grooming salon very professional staff & clean , organized environment.

I come here often because it's convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would've given it 5 stars but too often items are not restocked or ordered in a timely basis, forcing me to drive farther to another store. Reordering has been a problem for years.

Not much to choose from. I took my daughters in to get two leopard geckos and a tank they could've stayed in together just like in the store. Difference is, the tank my girls picked was way bigger. At least 17 gallons bigger. The associate Reagan, she was rude & very unpleasant!! She kept insisting my girls would not get sold what they wanted because it wasn't what she said. They've done their homework on the that lizard. They would've been in better Care with my girls than her at that store!! Made our decision to shop there VERY UNPLEASANT!! I still want to talk to the manager or owner!!

Petsmart on a whole has average or below groomers.Ive more or less made peace with it. However, this was the worst experience Ive had when it comes to quality of hair cut (ive had worst where my pet was actually harmed in another location). The haircut looked as if this was the groomers first day on the job. She did a HORRIBLE job on my dog's face in particular. I asked her to take the face all the way down, there were single strands hanging from one side of her face. Around her snout there were small patches missing. The general mouth area was absolutely uneven. The more I look at my dog the more horrible it becomes. One side of her face is maybe half an inch longer than the other. It is absolutely horrendous for a company this scale. I started to wonder if she started the job and maybe forgot to finish it? I'm not sure if i'll ever go back to be honest, I've given the company on a whole enough chances.

Everyone working there is really sweet and knowledgeable. I have rarely encountered pet products not in stock and the few cases where they were out of certain cat food they made sure to order it for the next truck delivery. The store itself feels really homey, not like a warehouse.

The grooming department is TERRIBLE. They cancel on you last minute constantly and don't even apologize or try to find you another groomer for the same day. NEVER take your pets here.

Since moving here I would buy my small pets’ food at this location. Never had a problem, except today. The store was busier than any time I’ve been there, and one employee, the older woman with blonde hair was busy yapping with one customer even after she checked out, meanwhile there were customers on line waiting to check out, I was waiting to pick up my online order, and another customer requested help reaching an item from the top shelf. This employee didn’t care she continued on with her conversation. I’m all for being friendly with customers, but you’re getting paid to work not chit chat. I work in a hospital and if I’m having a causal conversation and I see someone waiting for assistance I’m going to tell the other person to hold on while I help them or I’ll catch up with them next time. The other two younger employees were helpful.

Shelves are always fully stocked. You can often get good 2 for 1 deals. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Love the variety of brands to choose from.

I brought my dog to this grooming facility for the first time 6/8My usually groomers were completely booked so I went out on a whim.Well I regret it 100%The reason this millburn location has so many appointments open is because they overbook their groomers so your dog does not get immediately serviced they have to wait.I was told it could be 4hours before picking my dog up.The issue here is when I picked my dog up she was complete DEHYDRATED!She was having labored breathing with a raspy choking sound!You can only imagine how horrified I was to be excited to see my freshly groomed baby and have her looking so anxious and upset and struggling to breathe.They had her for 3hrs and seems to not have given her any water. It was 90 degrees , I have no idea how hot it was where they keep the dogs waiting. But no water?! And if you don’t check on anxious dogs and leave them there they can seriously hurt themselves.But I can only imagine since they were so busy they just leave your dog however.I was not told of any issues before coming to pick her up. The groomer didn’t even notice her struggling to breathe. Like really?!? Open your eyes!Do not take your dogs here! If you love and care for them go somewhere else!They also do not have a banefield attached so I had to rush her to another vet to get her checked out.Again DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONMILLBURN PETSMART!
