Exceptional Pet Grooming Experience!I recently took my beloved furry friend to pampered pooches, where Ashley was our designated groomer and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the staff showed genuine care and concern for my pet's well-being.The groomer, Ashley , was incredibly skilled and attentive. They listened carefully to my requests and paid close attention to detail throughout the grooming process. Not only did they exceed my expectations in terms of the grooming itself, but they also handled my pet with the utmost care and compassion.What truly impressed me was the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the entire team. They were knowledgeable about different grooming techniques and offered valuable advice on maintaining my pet's coat between grooming sessions.The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for both pets and owners alike. This was my dog Cola’s 1st grooming at Pampered Pooches at the Midland Park location. Jake was our groomer. He was friendly to us and gentle to Cola. He did a wonderful job! Thank you Jake!My 4 year old Maltese dog is sensitive that had been sick from other groomers many times in the past. I was in search for a groomer that would take good care of him and he won’t be sick after. Now I believe I found the right place! Cola came back today beautiful and happy without any health issues. I’m so glad we found the place. We will be back and I highly recommend this place!

Hi, I wanted to thank the friendly and welcoming staff at Pampered Pooches. I was looking for a new and hopefully permanent groomer for my 1 year old Rex and I think I’ve found it here! Ashley,our groomer was amazing and super attentive to the details I wanted in Rex’s haircut. She was quite efficient and she really had a way with Rex who has a lot of energy. My favorite touch was the cute complimentary scarf that along with the full groom really brought Rex’s sexy back lol. Again, My compliments to the staff and we’ll certainly be back soon.

This is by far one of the best places to get your pet groomed. My little pooch was handled by Ashley and she did such an amazing job. He came out looking so clean and groomed, I was honestly amazed he can be that white!

BY FAR my favorite grooming spot! Ashley was amazing, took such great care of my puppy and was super attentive to all our needs. So happy to finally have a go-to grooming spot for my fur babies. Midland Park -Location! Oh my goodness!!! Wow 🤩 I couldn’t be happier. Took my dog here (Pampered Pooches in Midland Park) for the first time and I don’t have enough words to describe how awesome this place is….the staff is amazing and you can just tell they care so much about the animals. My puppy looks so beautiful and the best part smells super!!!! Like no puppy smell- just fresh/neutral. I couldn’t keep my nose off of her hahaI highly recommended Pampered Pooches. Just had my dog groomed at Pampered Pooches (River Edge location) and I couldn’t be happier! After having a bad experience elsewhere, it was so nice to feel comfortable having Barley groomed there and I left already scheduling my next visit! Can’t wait from my handsome pup to go again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Alex is a master at grooming; but more so, how she cares for your pup! We have been customers for four years and the love she shows our Archie, is a quality I wouldn’t trade for the world! When Archie hears her name, he is so happy! Alex is a wonder you don’t want to miss out on for your precious fur baby! We love you Alex!

They do such a great job here! Pepper is not the biggest fan of getting groomed, but they take their time getting her comfortable and making sure she looks her cutest! 100/10

Not so great for older dogs/dogs with health problems. Her name is Sophie and you talked to my mother. First time I was there I told them she had a heart problem. No notes were put in and the second time the owner didn’t groom her. Three hours of being under stress my dog got sick. And she looked terrible like a 5 year old cut her hair. I do a better job. No vet bills were payed. Which in my opinion should have.And a note should have been put in about her heart problem. Anyways. Younger dogs should be ok. Make sure your dog isn’t being used to train there new workers how to groom. Besides that the owner does a quick efficient job. But that’s the owner who did the haircut the first time. Definitely not the second.

Jake grooms my Luna and I love it at Pampered Pooches! Jake goes out of his way to make her comfortable and takes his time to get through her coat which is not the easiest task! They go out of their way to care for Luna and that’s the best feeling!

We used pampered pooches mobile grooming and it was fantastic. Junny took great care of our pup and listened to our needs. She restored our trust in grooming after a previous grooming experience gone wrong with a different company. We will definitely be booking with Junny again in the future. Everybody there is so friendly and nice, they truly love caring for our dogs. Nellie always comes out of there smelling great, looking cute, and wagging her tail. Prices are very affordable as well! They don’t upcharge for doodles which is a plus :) definitely recommend.

Kerri is awesome! So happy I found her. I have a nervous dog and Kerri always takes great care of her. She takes her time letting my dog acclimate to the salon/Kerri, and is always mindful of my dog's stress levels - careful not to push her too far. She really does care about each dog and the quality over quantity.
