Boarding is expensive in general, but camp bow wow in Middlesex is definitely our go-to. I haven't tried the other locations but love that they have the camera access to check in on my pup. My boy is always a happy camper when coming and going, so no complaints.

This is a fantastic doggie day care. Always clean and smells good when I drop off my pup. The staff is super friendly and I can tell that they are animal lovers. The Camper Cams are great too! I can check in on my dog when I’m at work to see what he’s up to.

I'm really not sure about this place. Our normal place was booked so we had to use them to board our little mini bernadoodle. He's really sweet and doesn't prefer other dogs, but we didn't have a choice because our travel was booked . Let's do the positives first. I love that they have cameras so that you can peek in on your fur baby anytime you want to. I love that the dogs have a private sleeping place so that they can rest undisturbed. Things I didn't like my dog came home smelling a little bit like pee. The place itself smells like pee and I'm not sure how often he was let outside to go. So the first day he came home he peed on my floor. He hasn't done that in many many many months . All in all, I don't think it's a bad place but I really don't think we want to stay there again.

Camp Bow Wow takes amazing care of Kyrie! We are greeted as soon as we walk in with friendly smiles ! I love the way they remember my pet’s name and greets him at the door. The place is always so neat and clean. Kyrie LOVES Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex! Thank you for having amazing staff!

Camp bow wow has taken care of my Great Pyrenees pup-Winter many times over the past few years. They have been very responsible caretakers when I travel. I love I can watch Winter 24/7, which is precisely what I needed. Her suite was super clean and always had food and water. Since they have cameras in the suite, I noticed that staff members (who are really impressive) would regularly pet Winter as she craves human attention, and they understood that well. The playtime is also monitored so they can make sure the pups are not playing rough with each other.Overall, they're reliable, friendly, and attentive, and it's been a great experience so far, and will continue to use them to care for my Winter.

We take our dog SYDNEY, a female German Shepherd, to Bow Wow 2 and/or 3 times a week and we could have not chosen a better Dog day care for her. The place is always spotless and the Staff is extremely professional, very caring and Sydney is always excited when she gets there. You always take great care of my buddy JoJo. I also like that there are camaras, so I can peek in and see him whenever I want. The only time JoJo wears his collar is when we are visiting CampBowWow and he gets so excited every time I get his collar to put on. He knows where he's going and he loves it there. As a dog owner I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in the care of camp bow wow middlesex. My dog always appears to be having a great time playing with other dogs when I watch him on camera. When he goes for sleep away services I send him with - pillow toys treats. It's nice they allow him to feel like home away from home when we travel. We have been using them since we adopted our dog 3 years ago and have no complaints.

My dog has been boarding at Camp Bow Wow Middlesex since she was a puppy - she's now 12 years old. Her stays have ranged from 3 days to 8 days. She's always had a good experience there. The staff is friendly and they make your dog feel special particularly upon arrival. I like that I can see her on the camera throughout the day. At the end of her stay, I can opt to have her bathed before she goes home - she needs it - but I prefer to wash her at home.

So I brought my blue nose out yesterday for an interview so I could board him while on vacation .. my daughter sat in front of the computer for the whole 3 hours he was there . She was yelling she said that 2 dogs were hitting my dog around the neck and just being aggressive . Around 3pm I got a call that my dog was not accepted due to him being aggressive . He was in a room with 15 dogs and he seem to be doing good about 2 1/2 hours they brought 1 New dog in the room and of course my dog would go by it as dogs they have to smell them . Well the girl told me that he was a little aggressive towards this dog and they had to put him in a cage alone . After picking up my dog his pad on his foot was flopping over the place and bleeding and he has a chunk of hair missing from his neck . I should of listened to my daughter when she said there are 2 dogs attacking gunner . The person watching them well he didn’t do anything about it

Very clean and friendly staff! I like that there are both indoor and outdoor spaces for the dogs to use, that the area is cleaned frequently, and that there are cameras to watch the pups from; one issue is the app has some issues with creating reservations so I have to do it over the phone or in person instead of via the app (I would give 4.5/5 for this reason).

Camp Bow Wow staff was so friendly! They gave me a tour of the facility went asked and I was surprised how very clean it was. I was provided with a schedule and reading material for Mia’s boarding. I loved the concept of all day play and the web cams. Having the option to put her in the suite so I could check in on her have me peace of mind for her first boarding experience. I’ve already recommended Camp Bow Wow to my dog mom friends. Thank you for providing exceptional service to our fur baby ❤️

My husband and I love Camp Bow-Wow, for our beagle, Petunia! Petunia loves Camp Bow-Wow and marches happily back there with the staff!We have been loyal customers for upwards of 4 years, mostly overnight stays because we have complete trust in the staff and appreciate the care and love they give her and the other pets! We watch on our app and see they treat Petunia as if she was theirs! They are safe because no vicious or sick animals are allowed. Shots must be up to date and dogs are kept by size. She always returns to us happy, clean and relaxed!Remember their services too! A bath is a must and so is Snuggle Time!! Teeth Brushing great too! Please never change your ethics or high standards and you will always have our loyalty! Thank You to all at Camp Bow-Wow!!

We have been taking our dog, Odin, here for years. The staff has been pretty consistent over the years, so it is a relief knowing that he is with people who know and understand him. We have never had any issues while he has visited, and I feel completely safe and confident knowing that he is in good hands. Although I don’t personally know the awesome people in the back who play with him, I do know that Kim and Travis in the front of the house, are excellent at accommodating us—especially with our last minute trips! Kim, in particular, is incredibly receptive and friendly. We recently brought our newly adopted (and formerly abused) dog in, and I felt completely reassured that our new girl would be ok. Kim has a calm and natural demeanor with dogs, and is great at handling several dogs coming and going at once, which reassures us that she will be able to handle any incidents that may take place while she is there. I highly recommend this business, mainly because of these amazing canine professionals :)

I love how amazing everyone was from my first call all the way though the in person interview. Tig was so excited to go back the next day for day camp. He didn’t hesitate to go back with the girl and even sat and gave her his paw. It also was super cute he got a photo and a certificate that he passed his interview. I highly enjoy being able to watch my dog play on the cameras too. A+!

I have a very energetic,120lb, 15 month old Black Russian Terrier. He loves going to play at Camp Bow Wow! I Love It Too! The staff is very nice and friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. The place is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend bringing your dog here either for a few hours of play or for an over night stay

I love the people & my dogs are treated like they matter! I have taken my dogs to multiple other daycare facilities outside of NJ before moving here, and this is our best experience to date. Bentley's new favorite worker seems to be Connor. :) The facility always appears to be very clean, and organized. I like that they don't make you commit to certain days and times, and there is always an option for half days at a discounted rate.I also appreciate that any concerns I have about my dogs handling daycare and boarding at their older age seem to be listened to and help met with some solutions to improve their stays. I also appreciate that I have witnessed the owners doing good for dogs in need!! I have personally referred numerous friends to this location, and will continue to do so!

The location and the place itself looks nice. However I did not receive good customer service. I took my puppy there for daycare and was rejected because he played too rough. Which was understandable but what I did not like was the method they used which determined his behavior in less then 5 minutes whereas another place took him for 5 hours and thought that he was a good playful puppy.Their customer service was also frustrating. After my puppy did not get into daycare I asked about their dog training, which they said may help me and my puppy I gave the trainer my number and they said they would call me back. They did not call me back and I called them to ask but was told they would call me back. I waited for 2 days for them to call me back and by that time it was too late to sign up for training. Going back to the day care I asked if they would like to evaluate my puppy again because it has been months since he was last rejected and he showed signs of improvement. They told me they don't normally evaluate dogs that have failed before but were willing to make an exception and said they would call me back. Since then I never received a call and decided to stop wasting time with these people.I wouldn't waste time with this Camp Bow Wow if you have a puppy that might play even a little rough. You're better off going somewhere else and not dealing with customer service that doesn't get back to you

I had our first Boston Terrier Leo at this location about 6- 7 years and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We moved out of the area 5 years ago and since have returned thrilled to bring our second 9 month old Boston Terrier Jasper to the same location. Still the exceptional caring service we received with our first dog.The staff is always super friendly when I drop off or pick up, Jen is an amazing owner and does everything she can to help. I look forward to boarding Jasper the end of this month and won't have to worry about him while we are away knowing he is in great hands! Thanks Camp Bow Wow Middlesex!

My dog loves camp bow wow and I cannot say enough good things. We board our dog once a year while we go on vacation and it's so nice to know he's being well taken care of. It's also great you can see them on the camera which is an added bonus. We decided to get Marley groomed at camp bow wow after having horror stories from other places. Whoever we take him to he usually ends up to short and cut up. NOT at camp bow wow! He looked beautiful. They took the time to brush him out and cut him perfect. I keep recommending this place to everyone. It is a 20 minute drive for us but it is SO worth the drive everytime. We never end up disappointed!

In the last couple of weeks, I have tried to book my dog into Camp Bow Wow. Now because there are several in the area, an error occurred, and I presented myself on your doorstep at at 8am with my dog for her expected "meet and greet." The guy at the reception was obviously confused and so was I. I am relatively new to the area and didn't know several franchises were around with the same name, so I clearly made a mistake. And this should have been incredibly simple and straight forward to sort out. It was just his tone and the way he handled the issue.Surely he could have pointed out there are several camps around and maybe I have the incorrect one? Or been more helpful in offering to call one of the other camps to see if I was meant to be there. But nothing. I then asked if there was space for my dog to do the meet and greet there and he said sure, "IF my vaccines were ok" with a very strong emphasis on the "IF". And that surprised me and really took me aback. Now, why wouldn't you just ask to check out the vaccines and then point out an issue with them if one arises? Instead of starting with the assumption that the person doesn't make the effort to vaccinate their dog on time? He wasn't professional, or helpful and his tone throughout was condescending and impatient. I ended up just leaving at a complete loss over his rudeness. No offer of his to work with me to arrange a meet and greet if I could get my dog vaccinated quickly for the outstanding vaccine. Nothing. Now, I can't convey tone here, but all I can say is that it really stung and wasn't the best start to my day. Especially as I adore my dog and work closely with my vet for her care. Suffice it to say, all vaccines are updated, I found the Camp Bow Wow that I meant to go to off exit 14, and they have been incredibly helpful.What a difference! Tone can be everything and I write this, the tone still bothering me over a week later because otherwise I would have simply written it off. And I say this as someone who works in customer service and has never been compelled to write a poor review before.

Love this doggy daycare! They always have room for my dog and are reasonably priced. My dog has a great time there and is always excited to go and play. I've recently started getting my dog's nails clipped there and his teeth brushed and I think they do a fantastic job!

The person at the front desk is so welcoming and informative. Every person there seems like they truly love the dogs and want to be there to take care of them. Whenever I look at the camera, they are interacting with the dogs and maintaining the space. It's a wonderful place!

My dog stayed at Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex for a week this summer. It was the first time overnight here & the first time at a kennel. He loved it. We watched him on the monitors & called to check on him (which they were very kind to give us details on his visit to be sure we were comfortable). We would definitely bring him again & know he would be well cared for by the amazing staff at this kennel. Thanks so much-our vacation was so much nicer knowing he was doing great at CBW.

Definitely love taking my dogs here. They drag me in the door every time lol. I also love that I can view their love cams to see my dogs throughout the day if I choose to. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My dog has been going to daycare at Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex for several years now and really enjoys it. The place is clean, good temperature control (AC in summer/heat in winter), and the staff is great. The front staff (Angela, Stephanie, Natalie, Lydia) are wonderful; always friendly and pleasant and go the extra mile to make sure my dog is well taken care of and happy. I board him a few times a year for business travel and vacation, and they don't mind if you call them frequently to check on them. Also, being able to view my dog on the webcams is a big plus. Grooming services by Stephanie is also excellent. There is even a great pet supply store next door (One of the Family), so you have 1-stop shopping for all your pet needs. I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would!! My dog has been going here for a while, this was his first ever daycare, so I was nervous but honestly, I had nothing to be worried about! They have cameras, so you check on your fur babies whenever you want! (Which I love). The staff is amazing! They’re honestly the most understanding, I’ve ever encounter. They’ll answer any of your questions (all of them).Love it here!
