Dormann’s HVAC was such a pleasure to have. I am 8 months pregnant, new home owner with my husband so when the temperature sky rocketed to find out our AC was not working, I was immediately let down. Dormann’s made sure to have someone out as quick as possible. Mark was very kind and personable. He was efficient and double checked all of his work. We had the AC running the day he came in. I am very grateful for the kindness and efficiency provided. I will definitely be using Dorman’s for my maintenance from now on. Thank you!

Great experience with Domann's! Our water heater died late last night, we reached out and Eric from Dormann's got back to us in under 10 minutes. They were here this morning at 10 and done around noon. The work was excellent and the work area was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend and am so thankful for the quick response and excellent service!

What can I say besides I was totally satisfied with Dorman’s service today. Called in the morning, technician Keith arrived early afternoon and performed a complete check of our heating system. Worth having complete confidence the heating system is operating safely and efficiently. Will definitely be calling Dormann’s for our plumbing and heating needs.

We had our heat stop working on a Sunday and Dormann' s came out right away and were able to get our heat back on. Excellent service, and the technician that came out went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but to explain why it was happening. He also helped us to understand how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

Very happy with my experience. Needed a new furnace, AC, and water heater. I received quotes from multiple companies, but Eric at Dormann really stood out making sure to get me the absolute best value for my dollar, as well as ensuring i got a system that would keep my family comfortable long term. Also, he wasn't just the sales guy, he was on site making sure the install was top notch. Can't recommend this company enough. Super responsive, very professional, and the instal team was great.

Our blower motor on our heater went on 1/5/24. My husband called another company initially who said they couldn't get the new motor until 1/9/24. I called Dormann's at 3pm on 1/5/24 and explained our situation. They drove to get the part somewhere 30-40 minutes away and installed it the same day. Also their price was half the price of the other company. Great service. Dormann's will definitely be our first call going forward for any heating/cooling issues. Thanks to Dormann's, my aily is spending this weekend in our nicely heated house.

Dormann's sent their technician Eric out to fix my ac within 3 hours of my calling on a 100° degree day. Luckily, we just had to replace the Nest thermostat with a working Honeywell one. When your furnace goes out and you start smelling gas during a snow storm, it can be a stressful. From the initial inspection through completion and financing, Dormann's has been top notch. Eric was honest and thorough when deciding on a system. Noah and his partner (didn't catch his name) were friendly and fast while still providing quality. The office staff actually seemed to care! Save yourself the headache of just being a number to the big companies and go with this family ran business.

This company rocks. I called Dormann's in June 2023 initially to switch HVAC companies. Always follow your gut. Sherri in the office was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the yearly contract. I dropped the ball and did not change companies. Fast forward to November when my Navien tankless combi unit died 2 days after it was serviced for the Winter. Doh. My then HVAC company could have cared less we not only had no heat but no hot water with temps in the low 30's. By the third day with no return call from my HVAC company, I called Dormann's. I hired them on the spot and the unit was picked up the next day and installed the day after. YAY ! Also, they know how to service Navien tankless combi units which is key. Big thanks to Mark for coming out the night I called, the installers (Malcolm), and of course Sherri for coordinating all and being super nice despite my panic. Since the install in November, 2024, Dormann's has come out twice just to make sure everything was running proper with the unit. I highly recommend Dormann's.

Eric drove to the supplier to get the parts to my broken heater and then came to install them after hours. He was amazing and really helped us out! Wow during covid our furnace went down. We had a few plumbers in costing 800.00 and no fix. The last 3 told us they just needed to bleed the lines. Basically no hot water or heat since sept. 2020Mark and Dan from Dormann's Heating & Cooling, were very professional. They were polite knowledgeable and identified the issue right off. Yes it wasn't bleed issue. Needless to say we have heat and hot water now. I would recommend them over ANYBODY!

We called several companies when our AC died..This company was the only one to call us back and get us on the schedule within 10 days. Honestly, they were the only ones who returned our call at all. They were not quick to sell a unit but gave alternative fixes first. We ultimately decided on an entire new unit. Yes, they are slightly more expensive then the competitors, their customer service far outweighs the price difference. Every issue big or small, their equipment installed or not and they have quickly and competently addressed it. Dormann's will definitely be our goto for the future and we have already recommended them multiple times. Thank you Dormanns for keeping us cool this summer and warm this winter.

I recently had a new tankless hot water heater installed and couldn’t be any more happy with the quote, scheduling, install and professionalism of Dan and Noah. Most companies wanna overcharge in todays world and I felt their price was right in line of what I researched. I didn’t have an urgent need to replace my existing one so we worked together on a good date for both of us. The crew of Dan and Noah was exceptional. They explained everything they would be doing and was done in a fairly short time. They were very personable to speak to besides my dog not liking Noah. :) I’d highly recommend Dormann’s to anyone needing services they provide.

I called at 9:30 with an iced pipe coming out my air conditioner. They told me how to prepare for them to come the next morning and made an appointment for me. Very helpful and friendly on the phone. They arrived the next morning letting me know when they were arriving and checked out my system and made sure everything was alright. The technicians were also helpful and friendly. Awesome unit. Reasonable cost. Efficient and tidy crew. Great improvement to our 12 year old home. Yes, 12 years new and the unit we had failed. Rather than fix it we replaced it with a modern Bryant unit. Quiet, uniform, cooling and heating. Mark and the guys answered all my questions before I decided to go forward with this team. I have compared my energy usage, before and after. No question that it is paying for itself in energy savings. The comfort and humidity control is outstanding. I tell people all the time that it was worth the cost for the improved quality of the climate control; really cool thermostat too. Definitely one of my best home improvement decisions was to go with Mark, his team and Bryant.
