I've been bringing my handsome golden retriever, Chewy here for over a year. I've tried many local places and did not like how they groomed a long haired floofy golden. I think they do a great job! The price had increased from before, but I have no complaints because he looks and smells great.

I’m super elated at the service my dog received here. My groomer was professional and did an excellent job. Look how cute she looks after her cut! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

Picked up my 6 yr old cockapoo after a $115 grooming with these welts on her belly. Was not told until i started asking questions after checking her. Groomer came on telling me how hard it was to groom my dog that she had to tie her on her belly !!!! Not even a phone call to me while she was having this huge issue grooming my dog. My dog is 6 years old - one can only imagine the number of times she’s been to the groomer and THIS is the first time i was told this!!! I am including her other photo (with shoer cap on) from another groomer from another town where we moved from - these are people who know how to treat a dog - definitely not with animal cruelty.I have a n appointment to see vet in the am to check out for other possible injuries.

I had an excellent experience at Pedigree Pet Spa for my puppy's first haircut! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring towards my Ellie. They did a fantastic job, and she looks adorable with the new haircut. I'm grateful for their expertise and the loving environment they provided. Highly recommend! 🐾🐶

I wanted to bring my puppy here after reading all the amazing reviews. I was always super scared for his first cut because I was scared they would do the opposite of what I asked for and that is exactly what happened here. I asked for a teddy bear cut, a teddy bear cut is characterized by a round face. I showed pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. Even brushing my puppy regularly he had some matting and they cut him low, which I am fine with I instructed the groomer to use her judgement. My issue is with his face, I asked for a teddy bear cut not for them to cut his face. It’s so sad because I’m not sure how much more you can explain what you want besides showing reference pictures and explaining thoroughly what you want. And I still got the opposite of what I asked for. His hair was long enough on his face to shape it like the teddy bear cut is supposed to look. There’s nothing that can be done at this point it’s just so disappointing because I was looking forward to going here after all the great reviews. He was there for 4 hours, I’m not sure how they couldn’t at least get the face right. Luckily, hair grows back. See attached the first picture is what I asked for aka a teddy bear cut second picture is what my puppy’s face looks like

75 dollars is the cost of the grooming service (only cash) to a little poodle doggie no more than 20 pounds. Also i asked for summer style that is pretty short but i did not get it.It is a shame that i want to consume and help local bussines but it's not worth.

I have been bringing my cat her for about 9 months, she’s a big girl of about 17 pounds and needs to have her girly area groomed. Since I’ve been bringing her here, I’ve seen such a wonderful change in her behavior. She never liked being held or snuggling with me, know she loves it all. I also bring my 10 year old poodle here and she looks absolutely beautiful when she’s done. I highly recommend for both cats and dogs!

I had the worst experience here with my puppy, it was his first grooming/haircut ever. His appointment was for 12, no updates were given throughout the day and they kept him there until 4:45 PM with no food, no water, no bathroom breaks and in a cage the entire time. The inside of his ears are red because they treated him so roughly, the lady cutting his hair manhandled him so hard that she was almost choking him. The people working here were so rude when we were just trying to make sure our puppy was safe and well taken care of, especially since he is so young. They also did not take card for an almost $75 grooming. I will never be taking my puppy here again and no one else should either. My puppy is very excited and happy, he was traumatized when he got home and wouldn't interact with any of us. This place is not worth the trouble of leaving your poor dog there for hours on end with no proper care, especially since they claim they are a spa. The person who admitted my dog was a young girl, extremely unprofessional service. I brought my dog here in the first place because one of my friends recommended it, and instead of taking responsibility for poor treatment and rough handling and apologizing, I'm sure the owner will be responding to me in the same nasty way she has responded to all the other bad reviews---which I'm not surprised are there for a reason. Do not take your dog here, the few good reviews are not enough to justify the best possible care for your dog. Maybe this is what I get for putting my puppy in the hands of a Trump supporter.

Very friendly staff. I took my cat there for a nail trim. No appointment needed. They were super gentle with my cat who was terrified. It was a quick and easy service! Will return for sure.

They took many Covid precautions. I took my dog a 9 pound Shih Tzu here to get groomed. She was done in two hours and her cut looked great! The owner was very nice to my dog and when I got back I found her playing with another pup in the back room.

I have been bringing my dogs Pedigree Pet Spa on a regular basis for upwards of 15+ years. In that time I have had 4 different dogs who aged over the years.I have also brought in dogs from an animal shelter I managed as well as a rescued dog from Cozumel. These shelter/rescue dogs had never been to a groomer before, were taken extra special care of by these folks, and their new appearance enhanced their adoptability.I just brought my current dog home from being groomed today and she was done perfectly and with the same care and quality that I have come to expect from Erica and her staff.I certainly have many choices as to where I could go for pet grooming; but, I will not go anywhere else.I highly recommend Pedigree even in these challenging times with restrictions being placed on groomers due to covid. They just do a terrific job!Also know that Erica and Sam have rescued their own dogs and it certainly seems to me that they treat their clients dogs with the same care and compassion as if they were their own.

This is amazing place. Krishna is my favorite groomer because she handles my pup very well. I was concerned about his fur due to another groomer, but she fixed him all up. My family and I were very pleased that my pup was well groomed and fixed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place ❤️

The absolute best in town for caring for your pets grooming needs. We tried to take our hyper wheaten to another groomer for awhile. At some point, the groomer told us the dog was too excited and that we would not be allowed to bring him back unless we drugged him with Benadryl first. So, we switched to Pedigree and never looked back! From day one they handled our pup like he was their own, did a beautiful job with his cuts, and never had any issue with his behavior. We have a standing appt every 8 weeks are happy every time.

They did an amazing job. I used to go to a big box store to get our grooming services and recently found Pedigree Pet Spa. I did not realize how much of a better job they did compared to the big box store. Our dog came out looking amazing. Will be going here from now on!

I have two dogs, one who's an old man about 10yrs and he has very sensitive paws. After bringing him to two different places where they treated the animals very poorly and cut my dogs paws up so bad I needed to bring him to the vet for treatment (I will not say where) I finally found pedigree. They love my dogs so much and take such good care of them, I'm not denying past accuisations but I find it VERY HARD to believe they would ever raise a hand to another animal. I would never take my dog sons to any place I even relatively believed they would do that. Sorry but I've had nothing but wonderful experiences and I'm very happy to have been recommend here.

Terrible experience! I have two dogs both are extremely calm and well behaved. When I came to pickup my dogs, one of them had a huge gash on his face. It wound up getting infected and he went through a lot of pain. When I asked the owners what happened to my dog they denied knowing anything about it and said to me "your dogs must have been fighting". My dogs are best friends and would never hurt one another. Clearly they cut my dogs face while cutting him and they caused him a lot of pain when it got infected. I never brought my dogs back. My mothers friend had brought her dog here and the next time she went to bring the dog back in, the dog started shaking and cowering. Her dog loves going to our new pet spa. THEY MISTREAT THE ANIMALS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I don't understand how you can own a pet spa and dislike or mistreat animals. Dogs are family members and should be treated as such. Don't ever bring your dog to this place!

Erica and her staff are tremendous. We bring our Britney Spaniel and Puggle here and she treats them with kindness, respect and love. They always look phenomenal when she's done with them. I trust no other groomer with my dogs either. Thanks for all you do, guys!

I took my dog Daisy here. She is 1/2 White Westie & Mini Schnauzer. She is very verbal.I have to say they did a fabulous job on Daisy. Her cut is so amazing. Especially around her face. I'm actually surprised to see all these negative reviews. I've been taking my Shih Tzu here since he was born in 2007. He looks forward to going there and by far the best cut he's ever gotten. I moved a few years ago and took him to several local groomers. Nothing compares and I drive over an hour just get his hair cut now.
