Catering is AMAZING! Sandra and Beth Ann were so kind and helpful. We have used twice now in the past couple of months, and everything has been delicious! Prices are beyond reasonable. Thank you for helping making our events less stressful!

Sadly, a man who works the self check out at this store named David, is a very rude and unkind man. He speaks to people in a harsh and snippy manner and we have heard him use foul language with others. Last week we used self checkout when he was there. We needed his help when the system got stuck. He came over and said " what was that item you didn't scan? " I said, what item? I scanned all the items. He was trying to accuse me of stealing when I don't steal. I told him to scroll up to see that I had checked out the cheese that he randomly choose to see if I checked out. When he saw that I had checked it, he then told us instead that we caused the system to stop because we moved our bags and rearranged things in our bags as we wanted room for the frozen chicken with the freezer bag we brought. Instead of getting the system restarted he then accused us of causing him to switch us to a different check out line because he claimed we caused the system to freeze up by moving our bags and things in our bags which isn't true. His tone towards us was very unkind. He needs to be fired. When we reported what he had done to the manager, she told us he has done this to others. Clearly, this store left an unkind employee to continue being unkind to customers. Falsely accusing someone of stealing is soooo wrong. I saw some posts that state the store profiles. I am a white woman and he treated me poorly also. I want to warn others about David. Hoping the store corrects this problem. We had enjoyed this store til now. If people are stealing at the self checkout, as we have been told, it is the stores fault for not wanting to pay employees to check people out.S.

jacob in the kitchen made my day, friendly and helpful guy. was looking for sum quick to eat for dinner. Recommended me a new tomato soup they just started making. Made a grilled cheese with it and it’s really good.

It was a super busy/crazy day at Shoprite (Friday before Christmas). But in the craziest, but I came across this, a great employee, Annie, at the sample area of the desserts. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!! Merry Christmas

The day before Thanksgiving i went to get my groceries. Despite how crowded it was the staff were polite. Helpful. And everything was well stocked. I found everything on my list with ease. It was extremely crowded yet the check out was going smooth

Ordered thanksgiving dinner. Outside of Braddock taverns dinner last year it was the worst. Turkey covered in heavy paprika and very dry. The only thing that was good was the gravy. Not worth $200.00

Great produce , deli, and seafood departments. Usually stocked and if you don't see something just ask. Most times they have stuff in the back. Good selection of premade meals.

Very nice how they've updated all of the produce and fresh items area. The new restrooms away from the front entrance are greatly appreciated. The staff are very, very helpful. If you can't find something, just ask and they will go above and beyond to assist you. I love that they have the best bakery in the area. The cheese selections are superb and rival higher priced stores. They seek many English items and that's a plus as you don't have to travel far for some favourites like HP Sauce.Update on 28 January 2022. I custom ordered some cupcakes for a birthday party, and they came out delicious. I even decorated them a bit for the theme. The attendant in the bakery was very kind and helpful A+ service! Thank you!

The deli in Medford is hands down the worst operation of it's kind that I have ever encountered. This isn't based on one visit this is over twenty or so years.I go back because of convenience but no more. It is not worth getting aggravated every time I drive home or unpack my bags. It seems like there are multiple items that I have on my shopping list is not in stock.The straw that broke the camels back was going very early on my way back from the airport on Monday. There were no customers so I thought it would be fast. I ordered four items at the deli counter, and it took over twenty minutes. I asked for the two cheeses, salami and ham to be sliced thin. I foolishly figured it was going to be perfect. The ham seemed like it was ham steaks. Everything was not thin but very thickShopRite Medford you have last a customer forever!!I never have problems at either Murphy's and although it isn't convenient that will be my go-to supermarket.

My favorite shop rite. They have a nice selection of organic products and their sales are always the best! It always smells like fresh baked goods when you first enter the building. They organize special events and are active within the Medford Community; like the Dickens Festival and other events along Main Street. Currently they are decorating for the partners in caring event which helps raise money to feed the hungry.

The worst thing about this ShopRite is the people who work the customer service desk. They are always in a bad mood and will argue with you before even checking a receipt if you can get them to crawl out of the back room. They will make any excuse of why the price is wrong and shouldn't follow their Price Plus policy. Even my daughter commented to me on how miserable they are.The setup of the store is a bit odd. The self checkout is much better than the Hainesport location. They always open on time or earlier. Prices have been more accurate with the electronic tags.The meat department usually will package meats on sale at slightly over 2.5 lbs if they have a limit of 5lbs to reduce you can buy on sale. I have nothing but positive experiences with their deli department which operates better than the Hainesport ShopRite.Overall I usually drive to the father ShopRite due to the poor customer service desk. I'd rather deal with another store than having to walk back to the awkwardly placed customer service that you have to walk backwards through the registers and then deal with the poor customer service desk enployees. It's a shame because the cashier's are very polite.

Thats how produce is supposed to look like. Went for mustard greens which no one ever has but other than that it's a nice store. Way better than my local ones and so much bigger and more variety. Got many fresh foods that they make in front of you like sushi. Very nice store.

Beautiful store, great vitamin section. At the seafood counter they will prepare and cook your fish selection while you shop! The front section of the store has been reconfigured. Produce, Floral, and Bakery departments are updated and product looks more inviting. Two self checkouts that were recently added make quick stops even quicker. Check out all their Halloween candy and decorations. Spring / summer items and plants have arrived!

Bought a corsage and boutonniere for my daughters prom last year.... they were GORGEOUS!!! This year ordered the same thing, different colors. First off when I called to see when to pick up they had no record of my items...... then I was told they'd call back with an update and never did. I wind up calling and being told "they're ready for pick up"Head right over and what a joke.Price went up.... understandable!?! Everything in this world has gone up. Then she hands me the flowers and I was disgusted. They were half the size and dead!! LikeLiterally brown and yellow roses that were supposed to be white. I told her I didn't want them. How can a service so wonderful the past few years be so bad this year?!? For the record they were over $60 for the flowers. I spent over $1,000 for my daughters tickets, dress, hair, make up, accessories, and ShopRite leaves me with SH!T arrangements.Never ever ever ever again. Worst experience ever.They should be ashamed

There was only one clerk ringing up carts when I checked out on Friday night; she was violently coughing and hacking directly into her bare hand, then touching all of our groceries and continuing to ring us up. Clearly ill, no hand sanitizer, no food safety practices, and touching all of our packages and produce. It was absolutely the most shocking, grotesque and disgusting thing I have ever experienced. I’ll be placing a call to corporate during business hours, and hopefully this person will be penalized and the smallest amount of basic food safety will be implemented in the store. If I get sick with whatever she had— RSV, COVID or otherwise— I’ll know who to pursue a civil suit against. Absolutely grotesque.

Always check ur receipt. Just about every week I 'm at customer service. Why? Mistakes on the receipt. Cashiers putting in the wrong code on veggies, double scans on items, coupons not taken off, items on sale, but being scanned at the regular price. I am always getting money back from these mistakes. They must be tired of correcting receipts 😴 and giving back money!

Horrible experience at check out. Cashier did not offer to assist bagging our outrageously high priced groceries. He stood there and watched us two senior citizens bag.Between Marlton and Medford, we are not sure who is worse. Very disappointing...We are returning to the Acme. Much better customer service.

My favorite part of this store is how they follow black people around. Went with my Caucasian friends and as they took two steaks, the store was too busy following me around and staring at me at checkout to notice them walk right out the door. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK!I love when ignorance gets us a deliciously free Friday night dinner.Your Medford self-checkout crew is the best!

I love this Medford store. However, beware of Michelle at Customer Service. Thankfully, I've had minimal interaction with her the few times I had to. Yet, each time I found her to be a miserable unhappy non-smiling unfriendly employee working in that store. It's shows all over her face! Even how she speaks & her tone of voice with customers reflects all the above. She is more like Customer DIS-service! I purposely wait til she steps away now to walk up there when I need to. Put her in a stockroom away from humans! Most every employee in that store is approachable and pleasant- what happened to Michelle??

Too small of a store with narrow aisles. Glad they put in more self checkout so you can get out quicker. It's much smoother shopping now. Love when they have the lady with the samples. Good stuff

This Shop-Rite is a very small store, which makes it feel cramped and cluttered, and dark. I frankly don't like it and only go there when I really need something in a hurry. Whereas, the Shop-Rite in Marlton is a large, spacious and light store - well worth the extra drive down the road.

I pulled into the parking lot and a pick up pulls up to my driver's side door a drunk older man gets out of the truck and accuses me of taking his groceries out of a cart at the front of the store he said he was calling the police. I said I will open up the car so you can take a look inside. He did went into the store and his cart was brought back in. It turns out he was an employee. I just wanted to share my experience I mentioned he was drunk right! Leg over leg drunk so if anyone has a budweiser cap in their London broil thanks good night .

Their deli is THE worst. First, I stood there for 15 mins while 3 of them were laughing & carrying on, they were not attending to customers/orders, they watched me grab a ticket & just stand there. Because of their lack of acknowledging the customer, I assumed maybe they’re not deli employees, so I didn’t say anything. The employees that were attending to orders, all popped their heads up, looked at me & then continued on with their order. Not one person said, “be right with you” or delegated the others that were standing around to make a point to tend to the customer. Then, when they were completed with their personal convo, one of the young men approached me and said, “uhm miss, are you being helped?” I said, “Nope, but you all looked over at me several times, I assumed your convo regarding your weekend plans were more significant.” He proceeded with, “Oh whoops, sorry. What can I get for you then?” I’m home now, I just unpack everything & they only gave me 1/2 lb of ham when my request was a whole lb. I’m unbelievably annoyed. Also, this is not a 1 time occurrence; I’d never go the length to make this review if it was. I cringe every time I have to go in here because something at the deli always gets messed up & most of the employees are disgruntled & miserable. The most pleasant ones I’ve come across are the Shop from Home people, so the only reason there are 2-stars earned is solely due to that department, otherwise there’d be zero.

we had a family get together on Sunday 5/21/23 ad hadshoprite Medford cater all the food,they did a great jobeveryone was very happy with everything. the cajun shrimp.was excellant. the gentelman who delivered had a very goodattitude. Thank you

The Deli department is horrible! If you shop in person you have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to help you, even if you are the only customer. Then It takes them a very long time to cut your meats. They are unfriendly and rude. I thought to order online so I don't have to deal with them in person. It says your order will be ready 1 hour after ordering online. It has never been ready on time, you have to go to the counter, ask them where your order is and then wait another 30/45 minutes. Also, it does not matter to them how you want your meats cut. I specify I want my meats cut thin, but they figured the thicker they cut it the less effort for them, I have gotten salami so thick that I got only 5 pieces in a 1/4 lb.Shoprite from Home is another nightmare, I get old vegetables and bruised fruit every single time. I chose not to get the substitute they suggest and guess what? I still get it. I ask for 3 lb of chicken breasts and I get small 0.75Lb package. With groceries's prices they way they are they shouldn't give you old veggies, bruised fruits, wrong cut deli meats, etc... Next time I will got to the customer service counter and return everyting that is wrong.

Store is of the older style but is very clean and is usually stocked we'll. I'm a bit of a night owl. So I enjoy that their hours are later and it's mostly empty if you like to avoid crowds.*Remember to bring your bags, also more recently they have converted to mostly self check out, which I find highly annoying when buying tons of items such as a grocery store.

Usually a great store that I would rate a 4 star store all day but I am giving it 2 stars for what happened on the 11th of October. I got to the deli counter around 11:15. After noticing that they were taking a looong time between orders I checked my watch. It was now 11:25 and there were still close to 10 people ahead of me. That wasn't the biggest issue. One of the ladies behind the counter (she had a bandana uner her hat) was coughing on her hands and on the food she was slicing. The other two people back there were just super slow. The other lady was very talkative and would walk around to talk to people between orders, further slowing down the process. The man that was back there was literally taking 6 to 8 seconds between slices. Myself and another lady actually timed it. Between them coughing on the food and being so slow. I will NOT buy anything from their deli again. I didn't get my order until 12:10, almost an hour later! I finally made it out of the store at 12:25.

I favor Medford’s ShopRite supermarket ... they sell a variety of goods to please any household budget ... I rarely eat protein whey bars but necessity guided me to purchase isolate protein supplement ... no refrigeration needed to store this long lasting protein.Vhuntermassage LLC
