This will be my new spot. It is a far drive from me, but I was recommended it when I was having trouble finding the food I give my dog. The service was very personalized and attentive from the moment I walked in. The bags of food are smaller than I purchased before from another place where I used to live and the employee even told me he can find products for me if I wish. Outstanding service. Will make the drive again!

Great local pet business. They really know their stuff about quality pet food. They helped me find a good quality chicken free food for my dog who has an allergy to check. Its also nice to to support a small business rather than a big box pet store.

Came upon this shop after moving to the area. Not only will you find a friendly staff but they are knowledgeable as well. Prices are very fair and the layout of the shop is very clean and easy to navigate. This is my go to place for my dogs from now on.

The team at Medford Pet Supply has both the daily staples to keep your pet healthy, along with a beautiful assortment toys. They carry foods for those pets on a raw diet too as well as the top brands you used to seeing elsewhere. During a recent visit, they offered to order something they don't normally carry, since I was shopping there often. Courteous, helpful, and eager to please this is a local pet shop I would highly recommend to help care for your pet.

The staff is amazing and extremely nice. I came in searching high and low for a particular dry food brand for my cat and they ordered it for me. They got in pretty fast. I've yet to have an unpleasant experience. I prefer shopping here over PetSmart or Petco for sure!

We really, really appreciated their care and concern, especially since we were first time customers. Hands down the best pet supply store around. Not as big as your major chain stores and for good reason. Everything they stock is the very best. They've already done most of the homework for you and selected only top shelf products to sell. You don't have to question the quality of anything in the store. But if you do have questions, the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is my pet supply store for life.

Yes, Medford Pet Supplies is a little more expensive than most other pet stores, but they have a fantastic variety of high-end pet products and a very helpful, friendly staff. Sometimes when Fido needs a new chew, time is of the essence! I like this shop for the previously mentioned reasons and because it's pretty conveniently located (and sometimes simply not having to deal with a huge parking lot at a huge strip mall is worth paying a few extra dollars).

Excellent customer service. They have always offered to help walk items to my car after purchasing them. They have also offered for me to call ahead and they will bring things out to me. Tonight I am so thankful to take them up on this in the rain and dark with a sick baby in the car.

The knowledge and help you will get at this store is second to none. And it's a good thing too. I was overwhelmed when I first stepped into Medford Pet Supplies. They have a huge selection of holistic and healthy food alternatives for your pet. The staff is very friendly, and they have obvobviously put a lot of time and effort into researching each of the brands they carry. They stay current with any news about these companies as well, and will not carry a brand that is being investigated or was recently found to have contaminants in their foods. Thanks to the help I have recieved from the folks that work at Medford Pet Supplies, my dog is now eating much healthier, and it shows.

They don’t allow dogs. Are you serious? It’s hard enough to keep my dog balanced because so many places don’t allow dogs. And shame on you people who have made them have this rule. Went out of my way to try and support local during this time and won’t be back. If any place is responsible for facilitating a positive dog culture, it’s a local pet store.
