I am so pleased that I decided to give Bond Vet a try when my cat was not feeling this weekend. I cannot say enough good things! They were so kind and treated me and my kitty so well. They already had my cat’s records from her previous vet when we arrived. My kitty was thoroughly examined and a course of treatment along with costs, which were very reasonable, was presented to me. I am sure that I will continue to use Bond Vet for both of my cats’ needs going forward. I highly recommend them! Follow up: my kitty is feeling much better!! I am so happy I went to Bond Vet!!

Such a neat place, welcoming staff, and kind front desk associate! Wish I knew about this place years ago~ George was well taken care of and even had a treat! He got to explore the room while we waited (which wasn't a long wait), and the exam was very VERY thorough - he got his vaccinations and some lab work. Great experience!! Doctor and Nurse were both very attentive, caring, and patient with Max. They answered all concerns. Were detailed and not pushy like some vets can be. Super clean and beautiful inside. They gave max really good treats. Julia whom was the nurse was awesome and extremely welcoming. Max new Primary Care for sure!!

"I don't think my words can fully express just how amazing this veterinarian clinic is. You need to experience it for yourself to understand how truly incredible they are. Dr. Fitzgerald is an absolute wonder, and we are so grateful for her ethical practice and kind heart. She is attentive, honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about every pet that walks through their doors. We appreciate everything she has done for our furry family member, and for us as pet parents. We've also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jimenez, who is an experienced and wonderful doctor who treats us with open arms.After one of my dog's visits, he wasn't feeling well, and I called to inform the clinic. Leslie G was awesome with following up on my baby's status. She even called us in three hours to see if his condition had changed and walked me through everything to ease my anxiety. The staff at Bond Vet Clinic is also incredibly pleasant. Each time we visit, they welcome us with smiles and handle Mr. Grigio with great care and kindness.This team is exceptional and well-trained by phenomenal leaders who have created a remarkable culture. I have to admit. I was apprehensive about going to Bond Vet. My guy seemed to have an ear infection but my vet was fully booked. I didn’t want my guy to suffer so I took a chance and went to Bond Vet. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised. The space was super clean, and the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable. The vet was also amazing. Turns out there was no infection and only needed a good ear cleaning. I loved their honesty. I would easily recommend them. And I will absolutely go back 🐶🐾

Absolutely the BEST!!! My dog had to go in for wellness, and they were so welcoming it was a nice new experience. I have never seen an animal hospital be so clean and not smell like urine. I had to go in two different times and saw two different doctors and both were fantastic. The nurse was so lovely and happy; she even took the time to explain everything to me. They gave me an estimate before doing anything. They told me they were going to work on Marina in their treatment area, but I preferred to be present and they more than happy to accommodate that! They even took the time to explain what they were doing. Overall never going anywhere else!

I don't know where to start. My whole experience was deeply humbling. It is great to see that good, professional and patient people still exist. From the start, they were flexible with me in scheduling the appointment. When I entered the place, I was greeted with kindness and it was so clean. The nurse Julia was wonderful. She was engaged, attentive, understanding and patient. I found it very comforting. If you have any questions and concerns about dog insurance, training or understanding your dog, she will be patient and take the time to walk you through it. Dr. Kay was beyond knowledgeable, compassionate, accommodating, patient and an absolute delight. LOVE HER. If you have any question, they will answer it! They will not beat around the bush....Oh, and their prices are reasonable! My past experiences had me jaded until I came to this location. I drive 40 minutes to come here so I Highly Recommend!! If you love your pet, this is the place to go.

If you’re looking for an animal hospital, that cares about your animal and your feelings as the owner and what you’re going through then this is the place to go to!!! I had a horrible experience at Banfield pet Hospital on may 4th and Bond vet went above and beyond their jobs to squeeze in my beautiful cat to put him down. He was suffering and Banfield was not only closed early without informing their patients but showed no signage at their front door. The lack of unprofessionalism from Banfield is beyond any words that I could say about them without saying words that are not proper.Leslie and Liz, went beyond their job to not only assist to help him cross over therainbow bridge, but showed 1000% empathy for my husband. They told him to take his time until he was ready to leave our little family member. They even gave him choices to pick for an urn for him to come back home in. They make you feel like you’re talking to friend and they care about YOU. I can never think these ladies or this place enough for making such a difficult day, easy. Their customer service is really unheard of for an animal hospital. I’ve had many animals in my past, but never experienced such care and professionalism as my husband and I experienced at Bond Vet. I took my other two cats out of the system of Banfield and will be looking for a new insurance company to make sure that I will continue to go to Bond vet.

Found Bond Vet while searching for a good place to get a second opinion for my 12 year old cat’s growth under one of her nipples. When I tell you (hi reader!) that this is the best facility for your pet, I’m not exaggerating. The way the folks are will put other clinics/hospitals lower on your list. Transparent, kind, accommodating, understanding, and above all: fantastic service providers. My sweet girl is in the last bits of recovery from her mastectomy and I could not be happier with the staff and the outcome. They keep you informed every step of the way. And as a person with severe anxiety, this is an amazing thing for my peace of mind. “We see it as your pet being your child so we want to provide the best care possible them” is an exact quote from a lovely staff member by the name of Liz. Please visit Bond Vet. Thank you Liz, Doctor Jimenez, Jodie, Julia, and Diego (who helped me when I first made the call to the facility and also helped me find the online appointment maker which provided me with a discount code. I found Bond Vet through a friend who highly recommended this office. I love the fact that I was able to make an appointment online; the staff was super friendly. My dog had surgery there. Although he is not the easiest dog to deal with, the staff was great with him. They are definitely my new vet for all of my dogs.

Had a great experience at the Paramus location. It was my puppy’s first time at the vet and they were patient, caring and explained everything very well. They gave me the option to select what vaccines to chose and which they deemed important at his age. The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. Happy to return.

I have been to 4 vets (Bond Vet would be the 4th) and the staff at Bond Vet have shown my TNR cats the most empathy and care. While I understand that there is an added risk of dealing with TNR cats especially ones who are near feral or only have exposure to certain people, they are the only vets who haven't threatened to euthanize my cats in retaliation if they don't behave.The reason for my visit to Bond Vet was that my cat's health was declining (trouble eating but wanting to eat and scratching at his mouth in pain) and one of the vets who actually did take a look at him charged me $750 for procedures to extend and safe his and after I agreed to those charges told me that he probably has cancer and should be euthanized and if I would be willing to pay for euthanasia which they also couldnt give me a price for which would be a minimum of $400 for an 8 pound cat.Not only did Bond Vet actually evaluate my cat while unfortunately reaching the same conclusion as the other vet, they actually showed me his tumor and the degradation of his mouth they didn't waste my time by trying to get me to pay for procedures that ultimately wouldn't help and explained that my terminal cat wouldn't have a good or long quality of life and the kindest thing would be euthanasia. They gave me treats and time alone with my cat to say goodbye and they only charged me for euthanasia.They are very kind and competent people (especially to cats that many vets do not have sympathy for and view as dangerous or burdens) and I highly recommend them.

Got a same day appointment for my dog due to an injury on his paw. Dr. Fitzgerald and the team were so incredibly helpful and really took the time to care for our dog. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us feel at ease during a super stressful time. The place is also super clean and nice and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommended this place to all of my friends with pets and will definitely be returning if needed in the future.

FITZGERALD …truly you’ve all have shocked Me and the Mrs. with how immaculate the service has been from when we called to inquire about the pricing, all the way to the end of the visit. It truly feels like an absolute privilege to be able to have found an entire staff that'll make the experience for first time puppy (SHIBA INU) owners extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat ( Literally have complementary treats for your pet to make them feel welcome and at home). BOND VET has managed to make you feel as if you have foud luxurious vet because it exceeded all my expectations and provided me with knowlegable information regarding my pup.Upon arrival, DIEGO warmly greeted me, during the check-in process and made it seamsless as possible.I was immediately made to feel like a valued Puppy Parent. The attention to detail was evident from the outset, with personalized touches that made me feel appreciated (Such as complimenary wifi and tea, water.. but also disposable doggy bowls so your pet can have a drink as well)The room I was made to wait in was a true haven of comfort and elegance. The interior was tastefully decorated, combining modern design, creating a serene and inviting ambiance.The location of the vet is was ideal, Just make sure to come a little early to find parking on time!I will highly recommend BOND VET to everyone who it's truly looking for a place where they will have ALL their questions answered. But also a place where the staff from the doctor all the way down will genuinely care about your pet and what's best for them BUT NOT JUST THEM BUT FOR YOU as well as a parent because one thing that I truly admire is that they literally consider your pet as a child and that is quite fascinating.

Beware of Bond Vet! Their only concern is making money. Brought my dog in because he had diarrhea for a few days and instead of treating that they gave us a probiotic that set off his other stomach issues. He was worse after seeing them. They only wanted to talk about neutering and teeth cleaning with quotes for 1K. Needless to say, my dog was worse after taking him there. Had to take him to another Vet the next day who actually helped him.

Amazing care!!!!! Took in my cat Maxima today for an emergency visit and had a wonderful experience. They took their time with my cat to address any concerns and questions I might have. The nurse and doctor were great and handled my cat with care. I would definitely recommend this place.

Last night was my first time to this vet in a somewhat emergent situation. Not only did they take me a half hour before closing we didn’t leave until 20 mins after closing but never did they rush us or make us feel like a burden. They treated my baby as if he was their own. They were precise and detail oriented. They took their time and really handled him with care in a delicate situation. They eased this very anxiety ridden mom’s mind. From reception to the nurse to the doctor they were all extremely professional, attentive and caring. The dr took the time to sit down and go everything with me including sending me texts of pictures of what they found. They went over all pricing before hand so there were no surprises. An overall amazing experience! I absolutely love my vet but I may be switching over! Highly recommend!

Great clean vet with a good environment for me and my dog to come to. Some dog treats for pets and a goodie bag when you come for your first visit. I don’t have to worry about bad odors in waiting area or in exam rooms. Staff is very friendly. Prices are similar for the area.

I found this place online to see a vet opened all day on Saturday. I had a stray cat that lived in my backyard for 2 1/2 years that I took care of. She has got bitten in the head and I was able to catch her and brought her to this place. they examined her and educated me on my cat may have contacted rabies since it looked like a fox bite. I was terrified and they were honest about the situation and empathic at the same time. Told me about the quarantine info. Considering she was an outside cat I couldn't let her go back outside. Dr. Fitzgerald is amazing and the nurse was also amazing. After they cleaned her up and gave her medicine we decided to do blook work. I had some hope. But, after the blood results things went dim. She was anemic and feline leukemia positive. She was sick and it was in her best interest to have her go to cat heaven. I was there for 4 hours and they treated me so well and even hugged me when i was crying so much. I am so glad I chose this place to come to for my fur baby. As painful as the situation was, they eased me as best as possible and I appreciate everything they did for me. Front desk guy was pleasant and easy to talk to and personable. I will definitely come back for my other cats.

Dr. Kay Tiburcio Was amazing for a breed that is misunderstood with my pitty she was understanding and gentle, I can’t remember the other doctor but she fabulous as well they knew how to handle her, and understood her nibbling was not a form of aggression finally I found a veterinarian that took care of the necessary problems and did not beat around the bush. Also tried to find a way to make supplies and meds affordable so I appreciate that and also giving helpful suggestions. They were overall wonderful and I can go on with how wonderful the experience wasThe follow up email was nice too checking in on my fur baby she is making a nice recovery so thank you 🙏🏼 a million times.

I took my puppy for check up at this hospital, the nurse was a salesperson, she was talking a lot and put extra stuff (that my puppy doesn’t have to get) on my bill. The dr took my puppy to a different separate room to give him a vaccine. I don’t know if they gave him the vaccine, they didn’t give me any proof or signed documents by the dr! They don’t care about the animal. They care only about the money!! I won’t come back and I hope you all as well.
