The Yorky & Maltese are known for their beautiful far. Well I will NEVER bring my puppy to PetSmart again. I bought my 5 month old puppy to PetSmart for a trim and the lady did MORE than a trim. The picture with my puppy sitting in the grass was before the “trim.” And the other picture on right is after the “trim.” He looked like a big black rat with no hair!

Petsmart at Mays Landing always does an amazing job with my dogs. I always make sure to pick Nita for my dogs grooming appointments. She is so welcoming & genuinely cares for the pups. Lennie & Lila love her. Heres a picture of lennie with the haircut Nita gave him.

My wife was going to place an order from here online and have them drop it off at our house. But I was in the area at the time and said that I would stop in to get what she needed because she was skeptical of them having everything she needed in stock. I was able to easily find everything that she wanted without asking for any help and when I went to checkout, even though there was only one cashier, I was out the door in about 1 minute from the time I started checking outVery clean and organized store, I definitely recommend to everyone, go into the store and shop like we all used to do. You won't be disappointed.

Lyanna was great from greet to finish. This is Moony’ second time as he is newly adopted and it’s off to a good start. The first time I took him last month I’m not sure who took care of him but going forward it’ll be Lyanna until she’s no longer grooming. I’ve never encountered any issues with any of the groomers with Moony nor our previous furry friend that past away in February (Rugby). I’m going to treat it as if it was my barber and keeping the groomer the same for him to continue to get more comfortable.

Nice wide selection of items for a variety pets. Only pet place that's near by me that has animals. I don't like the management of the store, I went there not too long ago to see if I could pet the hamsters but now we can't pet them? There's no one around the store when I need help, barely see more than one person. Stuff is pricey depending on what your getting.

PetSmart has always been my pet store of choice, the pet parent training course got me in and there was no reason to not keep coming back, the reward program is good, products are fairly price and the staff is always helpful.

Generally a pretty good store. They stand behind their 14 day live pet policy, and happy to know they have a relationship with a local vet for their sick animals, as well as "hospital bins" in their back room for sick animals needing to visit the vet! Watch the ads and you'll get great pricing on products! Recently picked up a 125 gallon tank setup(tank, hood, stand, and lights) regularly priced @$799.99 for $524 during a sale, and after pointing out minor cosmetic defects in the stand...

My wife just bought our kids a guinea pig. The kids love him. He cuddled with them the first day. Its the third pet we have bought from there. First two were starter hamsters. They both lived over 3 year. This is Codsworth.

We always love going to PetSmart... and we are never disappointed with any aspect... because they have everything and more that a cat could possibly want or need. The food and treat prices are cheaper than buying whatever we want in this high volume store and probably fresher too. The new arrivals of kittens, puppies, guinea pigs, and hamsters are cute to see. They've got toys, pet bedding , ... beds and fashion wear for your dog or cat... abundance is everywhere... never too crowded, and people with pets are allowed.

Terri is literally carrying this store return service with her outstanding customer service skills and knowledge. She is the sole reason I return to petsmart because even if she’s busy she will help you to the utmost of her ability. If she’s not a manger, she should be.Came in to purchase a tank upgrade for a beta fish and a couple gourami and pleco for algae maintenance for a separate tank as we have multiple. I was greeted by a brunette woman with glasses and a red shirt who right from the start was very abrasive with her “ are you just looking or want to get some fish” which would have been much better as a “is there anything I can help you with today”.Told her I need 2 plecos and 2 gourami fish. I understand education of new fish owners but it’s almost like they don’t like to sell fish. She began to ramble on how you can’t do this with that and you can’t put a baby pleco in a 10 gallon tank. If there is a next time I come here for fish I’m just going to skip the interrogation.Let’s talk about the quality of their fish and tanks. They receive new deliveries every Sunday and the fish all either dead or sold by the following Sunday. The infant fish you take home are most likely dead in the first 3 weeks. Buying fish from this location for 15 years, you buy 5 to end up with 2 fully established fish.Go to ocean aquarium for better prices and quality and top notch customer service.

Found everything I needed and staff was super helpful about the issues I was having with my fish! it's pretty organized and most animals seems to be doing ok except for the bettas, they all had some sort of issue; fin rot, torn tails, overall low quality fish, lethargic and clearly sick bettas, other than that, I'll be going back :)

Store Leader Scott Marcus was very helpful with assisting me. I had a same day order that hadn’t been delivered and apparently the Dasher had not returned to the store. He was very polite, accommodating and patient. He provided me with the customers service number to issue a return and price matched my in store purchase with the items in my online order as what I originally purchased was no longer in stock. He definitely seems like a hard worker as I spotted him grabbing charts in the parking lot on my way out. Not often do stores read their public reviews but I hope he doesn’t burn out like what often happens in sales these days. The experience was what many would desire.It’s important to note that I have shopped at this location for yrs and I never had a issue like this and it’s good to know that management has improved.

We adopted a cat and were told to go to Pet Smart, and they would give us a coupon book to help with the initial purchases for her. When we got there the manager said that was for animals bought from their store. I don't know who was wrong, but a chain store like this, I'm sure, could have given us a break after all we spent almost $200.00.

Giving two stars because my first experience with getting my 9 month old cat nails trimmed was decent. I walked in signed papers and watched the one lady trim his nails all within 3 minutes. Yesterday, I went back for the second time and I am very disappointed. When I walked in the groomer area was fairly busy and they asked me to step out while they did my cats nails. A few minutes later the lady came out and said she was unable to cut his nails due to him hissing and freaking out. She said she tried everything and even used a cone. I was told I could reschedule or get a refund. I rescheduled and requested the lady who cut his nails last time for the next day. During my way back home my cat vomited multiple times in his carrier. I am assuming this was because of the way they handled him and his trachea being gripped to tight. I called and asked to speak to a manager to cancel my next appointment and report this situation. The manager told me I could get a refund and I was not offered anything for the inconvenience or over my cat being handled the wrong way. I would never go back here again.

This was my 2nd time bringing my black lab (Lady)to get a bath. She loves to roll in the dirt! LolCaitlyn the Groomer was courteous and friendly. She had Lady coat so shiny and beautiful with a cute bandanna on her! We will definitely be back to have Caitlyn take care of our Doggie! Ty
