Great workers here! Paul especially! The animals are well taken care of, there is plenty of a selection to purchase (NO REPTILES) but, reptile supplies! Cats are especially well taken care of in rooms and when there is a mother with babies the window is blocked off so the momma isn’t stressed! They’re always so helpful and have so many food / health options for pets! And goats milk!

This is a really great pet store! I was really impressed by the grooming station in the back. We usually buy stuff to feed the birds and squirrels outside. But if I got a cat or dog I would definitely be going there to get supplies. They also had some really cute adoptable pets. Potato was so adorable ;^;.The only thing I could really say that I would have as a criticism is that the fish are all saltwater fish and a bit expensive. But I prefer fresh water tanks because they're easier to deal with, the fish are cheaper, and they're a little bit more ideal for people learning thanks. But it's a really great store with some good people working there. If you're looking for pet stuff definitely stop in and check it out.

Pets Plus is a very cleaned store, and everyone is so kind and welcoming .I went to help my friend to get her furbaby groomed . The grooming was clean, and the groomers were super nice. Very caring with her special needs furbaby.I recommend them for sure. Again, everyone has their own opinions, as well. I personally have been a customer since the Pets Plus has opened. Can't say enough. The owners are amazing.They have a few stores, so if they don't have what you need at one location, they can recommend or even go out of their way to try and get what you need. Cleanest pretty store I've ever visited.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but how things were handled at this place I feel the need to voice how I was totally treated unfairly. I was trying to adopt two kittens that were heavily sought after one being a calico and one being a fluffy cream orange. I waited outside before they opened with other people knowing they had applications for them too but I got there before anyone and was second to hand in my application, and it’s first come first serve for the kittens so it goes in order of which you came. The guy that collected the application at the front door somehow mixed up my application and the lady behind me because somehow her application got before mine. With that being said he ended up talking to that lady before me and giving away that kitten I wanted to her and when I brought it to his attention that I was before her he told me well that’s how the application ended up in his hand. I think that was a poor excuse for not paying attention, even the lady in front of me vouched for me telling him I was before that lady. So instead of doing the right thing and giving me the kitten he told me he had to give it to the other lady because he already said she could have it. I left completely heartbroken because I waited two weeks with hope I would get these kittens, granted I wouldn’t have gotten both because the lady in front of me got the calico. I was second in line so I should’ve been taken care of before that other lady and I would probably have a kitten right now. I just want them to know how much it sucks for that to happen and maybe change how they get applications handed in, cause I would hate for this to happen again.

Last week I came here looking for a diaper for my dachshund that would stay on, for her menstruation. We have had no luck with any other diapers and we have tried everything! We actually went to PetSmart first it because it's a bigger store and we were thinking we would have a better chance in finding a diaper that would fit her and work... however they literally told me that they didn't have anything that we were looking for. They showed me items that I had already tried and failed. My fiance decided to stop and try Pets Plus on the way home and I immediately regretted not going here first! Number one all of the prices were so much less. The service was amazing! I noticed that they offer grooming, training, and vaccines and much more... so we were also told to come early for the vaccines which were held yesterday they are on the second Sunday of every month between 4 and 5 PM. The prices are fantastic no vet fee but licensed vets do the shots. It's a cash-only walk-in... They recommended that we get there early so we got there around 2:30 and we were first in line! And they were definitely right because at 4 p.m. as we were walking out the door the line was to the door all the way through the store and we were on our way out. For $140 cash we got all of our dogs vaccinations including rabies... And she also got a heartworm test we are waiting on the results. They also gave us the info for the pet Pharmacy to get heartworm prevention pills. I believe a rabies vaccine alone is about 20 to $25. Anyway they were very quick and kind to my dog. Also while waiting I was able to walk my dog around the store and she had such a great time and picked out treats and everything. The whole staff is so great and so nice and they stop and pet the dog and talk to her. This is definitely a much more personal experience than our past trips to PetSmart. We have decided that this will be our one-stop-shop for our pup. Also let me add that their grooming prices are so much better as well! No question that this is the better choice.!! I definitely recommend stopping in! They will help you with everything! They also have a rewards program for many participating dog and cat foods... You give them your number every time you check out and I believe it can be every 10 bags of dog food you get the next one free can't beat that! They also have great treats around the registers and free samples of food and treats to try to see if your animal likes it. Check it out you will not regret it

Love this place! The kittens for adoption are adorable and the staff are always very helpful when I need to buy something oversized and load it into my car. They also have a decent selection of items for the size of the store.

My dog just had puppies and wasn't eating. She was nursing and loosing weight so I went to Pets Plus to get dog food. I asked an employee if this was common for nursing dogs and he said yes. He gave me many suggestions on what foods to give her that lots of dogs really liked. I bought several different kinds to try. She didn't like the pumpkin but did like the kind that looked like beef stew and a chicken stew. And she was back to her old self in no time. Thank you.

They always have kittens on display for you to see as they help them get adopted and are super cute!Clean store. One of the few places that can help with saltwater aquariums as they have a small section in back for fish and other items (reefhab romance)

What a great staff very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to accommodate your requests. I do like that if a package is to heavy they offer to carry it out to your car. They have everything we have looked for and if they don't they will order it. My Vincenzo loves visiting for his treats and the warm greetings he gets from your staff. 💗🐾💗

I come to pets plus over the mainstream stores. They can get what I need fairly quickly and are very responsive to recommendations. Dog wash is convenient and easy to use. They also use a local dog trainer and groomer for their needs rather than the corporate entities.

Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. One day I was there and a thunderstorm started while I was in the store with heavy tropical rain, and one of employees, didn’t get his name, helped me bring, in a pouring rain, a 35 lbs bag of cat litter to my car, while making sure I won’t get all soaking wet! I really appreciate it, he didn’t have to go out of his way to help me, but he did! He deserves a raise! Highly recommend this place!

Our family loves this locally owned pet store. They have a good selection of foods(even live, like hornworms and crickets), toys, and health care products for pets, even the smaller, caged varieties. What we love the most is the staff. They are very knowledgeable and willing to give advice on a variety of topics. The dog wash is very nice as our dog is a bit on the anxious side so the separate stalls are perfect for him and the price is very competitive. They sell smaller pets(fish, birds, rodents, etc) and work with a rescue that adopts out cats/kittens. They have a very nice area for the adoptions, the cats look very comfortable.

Went here to get shots for my Lexi. They were out of the Lyme's vaccine thank goodness she also needed her distemper shot. The vet who administered the shots was really very nice and thorough. She answered all my questions that I had. She also put us on a wait list for the Lyme's shot. The only disadvantage is you have to wait in a long line which took us an hour to get to the vet.

Great selection of products. Family owned atmosphere with big box store appearance and pricing. Staff has great knowledge, very clean with a really cool cat enclosure. a training obstacle course for pets. and they have salt water aquariums and reef systems in the rear of the store!

Kristen C is amazing!!! When I reached out about my large breed 11 mo puppy with hip dysplasia who is very sensitive about having her nails clipped, she suggested I bring her in when she’d have some assistance. She listened to my concerns and really put me at ease with her approach. She suggested I watch through the glass &. I was amazed at how expertly & efficiently the grooming team worked together as Kristen swiftly & successfully clipped her nails (including double dew claws) without stressing out my pup. Huge relief for me, way better experience than we had at home or vet. I’m very relieved & grateful - our next appointment is already made. Highly recommend.

I love this pet store. I adopted my cat, Milo, in March. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that this store has kittens and cats up for adoption. The animals here looked well taken care of. I appreciate this business and their genuineness towards animals and their customers

Nice store first time here. Did not find what I was looking for at the time but if you are looking for a kitten/cat to adopt and occasionally a puppy/dog. They have it. The staff was great. Will return next time I go through that way.

The only pet store I shop at! The animals at Pets Plus are well taken care of, and very loved, both by the staff and the shoppers who come in and admire them. The associates are very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of items, and the prices are very fair. I love the giant cat enclosure they have which allows the cats to play.It's a great store, with great employees. Two specifically, Alex and Kyle, were very helpful.

First time I’ve had bad service here. Shorter girl with glasses and pink rag on her head. Truly ignorant. Receipt said Sam not sure if they share registers so I’m not 100% sure. Bummed because usually this place is top notch. Everyone has a bad day I guess. Really want to give a one star but this place besides this experience is perfect. Staff is educated and friendly. Today was a different story. Truly disappointed.
