We found this hidden gem when looking for some more child friendly activities in NJ. This is well worth the visit and was only a donation fee when entering to help with the upkeep of all the saved animals they take care of. It's a huge farm with ample parking and TONS of animals roaming around. It is a neat experience-for both children and adults! We'll be making a stop back here in the next month or so!

Nice sanctuary for farm animals who roam free on the grounds. All of the volunteers are very dedicated. Anyone we spoke to was friendly. This is a great place to spend a few hours with the children educating them about farm animals. There are dogs, cats, goats, ducks, chickens, horses, donkeys, goats, pigs etc… it’s a cool place. Please make a donation to help feed the animals.

We love the Funny Farm!! I have been to the farm many times, and am always blown away at how happy the animals all are… and how well they all get along!! It’s just amazing. I asked Laurie how the new baby goat, Ruby, was doing, and she ran inside of her house to bring her out so I could meet her! Laurie is thoughtful, kind, and runs the best animal sanctuary and rescue in the area. 5 stars all around!!!

Great for kids and adults. Have cash on p but the food to feed the animals. You get to really interact with all animals from ducks, cats, dogs, horses, llamas and donkeys. There are so many more animals I didn’t name.

I can't say enough good about the farm itself, and more importantly, the animals. They all seemed happy, healthy, and well cared for. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was beyond impressed with the owner and her passion for animals. I was really touched by everything I saw. This should be on the must visit list for anyone who truly loves animals or anyone who wants to see humanity at its best.

My daughter loves visiting the Funny farm because she enjoys feeding the animals. The animals are very friendly and welcoming. Not only is it fun feeding the animals, but it is also therapeutic. The staff volunteers are very welcoming and helpful. They have picnic tables for you to sit for a snack. We love how some animals are free to walk around. This is a great place to bring your children. This place is also very welcoming to individuals of developmental delay.We love the funny farm.

Love this place and what the people do for these animals! For having so many they are all so well taken care of. Also if you take some carrots and apples woth you they will exchange it for some buckets of food and they greatly appreciate it! I drive a little over an hr to visit this sanctuary and my husband and niece love it! If you're ever looking for a farm please visit this one. All the animals are super friendly.
