While in person I've always had a pleasant experience but for whatever reason, the pharmacy is either not communicating with one another or not inputting information correctly. They have screwed up my Rx more than once and this last time when I asked for a refill since they again incorrectly input when I am supposed to get a refill they kept coming up with excuses as to why i couldnt have it refilled. They told me my Rx needed to be written with specific wording, it is and i had them verify that. They then said it was an insurance issue and i explained, no, nothing has changed, ive been on this for years and my insurance is aware of when i am due for refills and the Rx is written to reflect that. Then they told me well they contacted my Dr for a refill a week ago and didn't hear anything. I asked why I wasn't informed of this as I need my medication and they said well you need to sign up to be notified. I am. They checked to verify and even said I was but instead of offering any kind of solution, they didnt say anything. I asked to pay for it out of pocket for this one time until they could reach my doctor, who they said only wrote for 9 refills when she always write the Rx for the entire year, and was told that they didn't order my meds cause they never heard from me or my doctor so they dont even have them. It's just too much of a hassle to constantly drive down there to talk to someone who reassures me the issue has been corrected and the same thing keeps happening. No meds and a million excuses as to why they don't have them.
