Flowers were beautiful, full and fresh. I highly recommend.Update: 1/26/24 After placing another order, I firmly stand by my post a year ago. I am so happy with their service and flowers. I placed an order in the morning and it was delivered just a few hours later. The bouquet was beautiful. It was as shown online, which was a concern as some places show one thing online and deliver something much less. I will absolutely continue to use County Seat Florist for future floral arrangements and highly recommended them to anyone looking.

Ordered a wrist corsage and boutonniere for the prom. They used mini roses and the color was completely off. When I showed the side by side comparison of the lilac tie and the flowers pink flowers the gentleman said there was nothing he could do. I have never seen a mini rose boutonniere!!!

County Seat Florist designed a wedding bouquet for our daughter. She wanted white hydrangeas with burlap around the stems. They were stunning! Our daughter said they were exactly as she imagined. There was concern about the hot weather wilting the flowers and it was suggested she keep them in water as much as she could. A week later and they are still beautiful! Thank you for your expertise in designing this bouquet.

Great experience at this shop. My husband purchased a beautiful unique bouquet from a very helpful and talented young lady. My husband has very bad arthritis and when she saw him struggling she offered to carry the arrangement out to the truck for him. The flowers were a wonderful anniversary surprise. He didn't get her name but she has our thanks.

I don't have any pictures this time but this is definitely a gem of a shop and I will be going there again to pick up flowers. The couple that owns it are really nice and they have a pretty decent selection of good, fresh flowers. We ended up getting my boyfriend's grandmother some flowers, a bouquet of hydrangea, sunflowers and rhododendrons. It was a really nice selection and they did their upmost to help with advice to keep it fresh before visiting her. I definitely want to visit again! Also they have a very cute little dog that is very friendly. Next time pictures, or I will update with pictures.

Amazing service! I had ordered an arrangement of flowers to congratulate a friend and in less than 40 minutes the flowers were beautifully arranged and delivered. Rude and overpriced in terms of mediocre to lower quality products. Quite odd that you guys argue with your own customers in many of the reviews below and state not to order through a third party website, but instead directly from you. You’re the ones who chose to sell through both third party websites and directly, therefore it’s your responsibility to ensure the customer gets what’s requested for. A product sold by you is your responsibility no matter by what party, since you don’t know how to sell your products via third party, only offer a direct purchase option from you.Update: owner’s response is incredibly immature and unprofessional, and further exemplifies what I was mentioning initially. Explains why you’re barely staying afloat as a shop. Go to literally any other florist they’re better in terms of everything.

I have been ordering flowers from County Seat for almost 2 years and have never had 1 problem. They have always made ordering quick and easy. There have been a few times I ordered flowers and they didn’t have a specific flower or arrangement so instead of just not caring, they took the time to call me, apologize, and recommend something different. Always professional, nice and on time and most importantly my significant other loves them. Will absolutely recommend County Seat to anyone.

I ordered a planter for a friend today, I do not live in the area so took a chance on a florist I wasn’t familiar with. I cannot tell you how happy I was. They were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone and when my friend sent me a photo, well they went above and beyond. It was beautiful. I wish I lived in the area and could use them more often. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and was told they could deliver same day! Well they never went out for the delivery the same day ... and they sent the wrong arrangement. When i called to explain what happened - that first of all the order never went out and it wasn’t even what I paid for! They had the audacity to call the recipient and asked them to leave the flowers outside on their doorstep and they would be replaced with what I actually ordered! They never did that! I wouldn’t use them again or even recommend them! So unprofessional!!

I couldn't find what I wanted online from a local florist. I went to the County Seat website and found the perfect Christmas arrangement for my daughter. When I went to pick it up I was amazed just how beautiful it was. Great job by this wonderful florist!

Been going here for years and I am NEVER disappointed!!! Any special occasion or just because they have so much variety. I’ve bought so many wonderful bouquets and plants from this shop!!!! The owners and employees are always a delight and more than willing to help. They’ve even given me a vase on display all because it was their last one. These people and their products are more than 5 stars!

I thought I was ordering from Fisher flowers, apparently there is a side link that takes their business away and sends the order to county seat florist. I requested to be called when the order was ready so I could find out if my friend was still in the hospital.They called me when they were at the shore memorial hospital and left it at the service desk. I had to call them back because I found out she wasn't there anymore.I called the company and they basically said they are not going to help me. After stating in an email that they would redeliver to a different address they told me they don't even deliver to Ocean City.

5 stars is NOT enough of a compliment for John or County Seat Florist! Their flowers and products are AMAZING quality, prices are affordable, and the customer service is top notch. My husband and I met with John for our bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and loose florals for our wedding. John was the sweetest, most accommodating man and spent ample time with us, providing actual examples of the types of florals and greenery he could use and helping to create exactly what we envisioned. The day before our wedding, I was so touched because John gave me a call directly to ask if I was doing okay, if I was excited, and to let me know that he was available all day on the day of our wedding if we needed anything at all. Day of, we were BLOWN AWAY by the end products John provided. My bouquet was a dream and all of the other floral pieces were absolutely perfect. John provided vases for all of the bouquets so that they would remain healthy until time for photos. Again I wish I could give far more stars because County Seat Florist was a hidden gem and I am so glad we went with them!

5+ STARS. I received a voice mail from County Seat that recipient was not home and that they delivered the bouquet to a neighbor. County Seat Florist went over and above leaving a note to the recipient that bouquet was delivered to her neighbor! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Recipient said the arrangement was beautiful!
