I went to the Mays Landing NJ Auto Zone. Richard aka Santa Clause was the employee that assisted me. I purchased a battery and he installed it for me. He was kind, professional and answered my questions. He was absolutely wonderful! I plan on returning and referring others to this location.

Beat place to go and get whatever you need . But a little sad to see Harry go to another store tho. Still a great place for me & my mustang to go get what ever we need. And that nice new yellow Stang thet MGR l thnk is to scared to see what's up on the track as well .lol

I had the most amazing sales person that helped me install my new wiper blades Barry is awesome so personable and knowledgeable I didn't know what size I needed he looked it up and brought me the two blades I needed and installed them !!

Great place. I needed new headlight lights. The guy found me the best and brightest and then INSTALLED THEM FOR FREE! I Gave him a $30 tip and he didn’t want it. But, I told him that he saved me a lot of time, money, hassle and anxiety. So I persuaded him to take it. Excellent job and very knowledgeable and very pleasant!

I called in search of a mirror cover for an old car. You don’t carry this product, but a courteous and friendly representative named Barry went out of his way to find it on Amazon and sent me the link. I was so impressed by his service and his friendly, helpful manner. I won’t forget it!

People at this AutoZone always treat me like they are the owner and I'm their personal customer. And it's not just one person, it's everybody I ever interact with here. The older guy, the young guys, the ladies, everyone I interact with at AutoZone Mays landing Makes me feel exactly what a customer should feel.

I buy stuff here more than the avg. individual, as well as my father, has a commercial account. The individual Berry (may have messed up the name) with commercials, goes above and beyond in helping you and is super patient.Dakota, another employee, really knows her stuff, especially with German cars and heavy-duty trucks. She is also very hands-on and good at diagnosing an issue (not part of the job, but very helpful). Many people ask for her when they go there, so definitely if you go to AutoZone, ask for these two, and you won't be disappointed.

A shout out to Manager Kathy and Maui (Mays Landing, NJ store) for assisting me (a single woman) in obtaining new wiper blades. Kathy was kind enough to offer to install them for me and in doing so she actually showed me how easy it was to do. She did it with kindest heart. Maui assisted in helping pick out the blades. Next time I need something automotive related I will be sure to stop in for their knowledge and assistance. Terri

I love this store. I never thought I’d ever even write a review for anywhere/anything BUT I truly feel like this store (6767) has a great staff. Today the manger Kathy and a associate Kaylee helped me get oil I wanted, gave me the number of a recommended local mechanic to take a look and a get a honest opinion whilst saving me money! Best customer service ever, they made me honestly feel like a friend. Thank you guys

My son locked his keys in his Truck and the Manager told him how to get in and what tools he needed . I called and thanked Kenny the employee and asked him to thank his Manager I live in Cape may county below Cape May Court House and they saved me a 60 mile round trip on a Sunday during tourist Season !!! They Are the best !!!

I would like to thank the people at AutoZone for being so kind warm-hearted and friendly. My main thank you goes to Kathy, she has the biggest heart in the world. I was having difficulty with my car and low on funds. I did not have enough money to pay for a set of spark plug wires that I needed for my car that was down and my only transportation to work.Kathy pulled out her very own credit card and paid for my spark plug wires. WOW THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE... EVER!!! There was also a very nice young lady there with her whom was very kind and helpful. I forgot her name, but I will never forget Kathy. In fact I'm done shopping online for Auto parts AUTOZONE IS MY MAIN STORE FROM NOW ON. Once again thank you so much Kathy and God bless you and your family.

Once again, I am making a purchase and require assistance at Auto Zone ( store # 6767 ) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I have the pleasure of meeting Kathy, the Store Manager, again. Kathy goes above and beyond to assist and always with patience and a smile. She is always so helpful and gets the job done, even when dealing with many customers and phone calls, at the same time. In the past, she’s referred me to a local, honest and experienced auto mechanic (Efrain of Royal Tire & Auto in Mays Landing, NJ). Kathy changed my battery for me and also REPLACED MY TAILLIGHT!!! The service is unbelievable but in the best way possible. For sure the best service I’ve had ANYWHERE. Chris was a great help as well. 100/10 stars only at the autozone in Mays landing. Such a great team and boss. Looks like a great place to work also! Thank you two again for helping me out. I really appreciate it. I don’t really write reviews but I decided I should for this experience. Amazing service. Thank you two again💯❤️

I was recently in a bad car accident and because of the injuries sustained I now have to walk with a cane. It’s hard not having two hands to carry things and I hate asking others to help but Kathy just knew in her heart that I needed help. She brought my washing fluid out to the car and changed the wiper blades for me.While I was in store she helped me verify the size of my wipers for my car and offered me an add on sale for the washing fluid, once again helping me carry them from the shelf and the counter. Thank you kathy for your professionalism and kindness.

I can not speak for the rest of the establishment but after my last visit, I can not recommend this location to anyone who is doing more than just picking up what they know they need. I stopped by for a headlight bulb replacement and at the register, the clerk decided to ring up headlight bulb grease on their own accord without asking me if I had wanted the product or explaining what it was. After I told them to remove the grease, no apology was given either. Give a sales pitch if you're being forced to upsell, don't just scan items into customers' orders.

This business will be my last choice for buying parts. Just for comparison, every time I walk into Advance Auto Parts, I get greeted and asked if I need assistance. Prices are the same, just the service is different

Asked where synthetic oil was-the lease expensive-(I was in a hurry)I was told back there somewhere why don't you go look..Really?1 guy was more interested in the young girl that walked in,the others were too interested in some game.I'd fire all of them.I'll go elsewhere.

The staff at auto zone was awesome. Kathy and her team were so great, helpful, and friendly. I thought I was coming to check my battery but oh no my alternator belt was completely rotted and broke. Kathy and team after making phone calls for a mechanic and feeling bad for me and my child in the Hot car replaced belt. I’m so happy I stopped here I would have been stuck on the side of the road. You’ve gained a customer for life I live around the corner and it’s nice to know there are people around that are willing to take time out to help with another persons problemS, when they didn’t have to. Thank you so much
