I had the best experience here today. My dog is a poodle mix, who often gets ear infections. I had medicine on hand from a previous visit so I was often able to treat myself at home. I ran out of medicine and called this morning about an ear infection and they allowed me to bring him in the same day. When the vet was reviewing everything she noted that my dog’s constant ear infections may have something to do with allergies. I’ve known for a while he had allergies, but have been afraid of the pricing to get him tested. The vet and a few techs gave me so much information about allergies and steps to take and how much each would cost so I could decide which direction to go. They were all so kind to my dog and in explaining everything to me. I really appreciate the vet noticing it could be allergies and giving me all of the options.

One star is far too much! Do not take your dog to this place unless you absolutely hate it the dog that is. I never seen a Person who hates animals as much as this woman who claims to be a vet does!! Unbelievable! Welsh cleaning my dog here she gouged it so hard with the Q-tip that it snapped! Very rough with my dog very ignorant to her staff..(How you treat people that are below you speak volumes about your character!).

Great little clinic. They treated my girl, Abby, like family, she loved the tech Jess. Dr. Ritter is a great Vet, she seemed very concerned and very compassionate. The only complaint I have is, Abby was give 2 bags of sub-q fluids on one side of her body. Now she has a little pouch while waiting for the fluids to absorb.Edit 02Jun2018 Despite the best efforts of all the staff, my old girl passed and I decided to have her cremated. The staff was wonderful. They took care of all the paperwork, gave me time for a final goodbye AND made us a clay hearts with her paw print. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you to everyone at All Paws for everything and all your efforts to save my best friend and help in one of the most difficult moments of my life.

We have been bringing our two dogs here for the past two years because they used to have good staff and good Dr's. But everytime we have an emergency they have no openings and referred us to Absecon vet hospital where we pay for emergency prices but have to drive to a new Dr who does not work with our dogs. I will never take my dogs to All paws again I can get same treatment with an online vet as you get here so sad when you trust a vet with your son and daughter and they shove you off when there is something wrong where they need care like they are to busy. Don't have a vet clinic if you can not take care of your regular patients!

Our family has been with Dr. Ritter for years, even before she started this practice. She and her team have always been accepting and loving to our array of pets, and they always go above and beyond to care for them (and our family). Any veterinarian will be costly, because what they’re providing is expensive work, yet we have never felt that it was unfair or that the team is pressuring to charge more than they should. I wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.

Just like most vets in NJ they only want to see your credit card or $$.Called with a dire situation,yes it was a late night they were closed but you would think when someone is crying for help for their pet they'd at least reach out.....NOPE not a peep.And it's not just this vet it's another 3. If you don't have the money upfront don't bother calling cuz they do not give a bleep

My cat was misdiagnosed not only by this vet, but another vet in the area as well. I was charged for multiple surgeries by both vets for my poor cat, who didn't even need surgery. Once her stitches ripped out for the third or fourth time, I had to take her to a vet hospital due to hours. Come to find out she needed a simple change in her diet because she was just inflamed. They had been treating her for a prolapse this entire time. The hospital vet apparently sent them some language explaining to them what was actually wrong. Not sure if they learned anything, but just watch out for misdignoses. Unfortunately, I will never be back because of this and I have to go further to find a decent vet.

The staff & Dr. Ritter are outstanding. They were very thorough in their examination of my two dogs & very good about explaining & making sure i understood all that was going on. It was a very personable experience. I did not feel rushed. they provided a through treatment plan. She will definitely be my dogs veterinarian.I highly recommend All Paws, you can trust them if you looking for amazing care for your furry family members.

Dr. Ritter , Dr.Grenato and their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They have always taken me in and hrlped me out alot when my dog was a senior, In the past year I had two emergencies one being a puppy, they had an appointment for me the same day. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else.

This place is awesome! Clean, friendly, understanding. They took me in, a new client, when all other places kept saying they didn’t have any openings until a week or so later! They didn’t run tests for no reason, they asked my permission about all medicine. And the best thing is THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!! I was quoted over 850$ at another place, they did more things here and we’re very accommodating and only charged me 310$!!! Big difference!!! I’ll be going to them for everything now!! And recommending to all my friends!!

I have zero complaints about this business, just pure admiration and the utmost respect for them. They made my doggy’s last moments the most peaceful, calmest, and painless as they possibly could. They guided us through every examination and procedure they did, which a lot of doctors tend to breeze over. Dr. Granato and her technician, which unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to ask what her name was, but both were incredibly compassionate and empathetic.I can tell they truly love what they do by how they handled my case. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. I will also, without a doubt, be bringing back all my furry babies here.I cannot thank you enough, All 🐾

This place is a scam!! Its supposed to be a sliding scale vet. My husband and i brought our Chihuahua there for a fractured/broken leg and they wanted to over charge us, not give us a payment plan, etc

We have been bringing my Leo in for years. He was diagnosed with Thyroid last year and these lovely ladies supplied us with medicated food that allowed our Leo to live happily and healthy with us for one more year. Saturday July 7 2018 our Leo had to be rushed to All Paws and the doctor was very calm, collected, and compassionate in easing in that our worst fear has come. They kept him comfortable and had us pour out our love for him one last time. They treated us like we were all part of their family, such love and tender care. Mom and I are truly blessed that we left our little bundle of joy in their hands. Thank you again All Paws for your hard work, love and dedication.

New customer, first visit. Couldn’t even get in the front door. Per instructions on door, we called phone number times 10. Busy…click. Stood in front of plate glass door with pet with staff member staring at me the whole time. Waited till another client left and yelled in, “May we come in?” times two. Received a shrug from the staff member sitting there doing nothing. Boyfriend yells in, “Your phone is busy. I can’t reach you.” No response. We left.

I unfortunately had to put my precious cat down. I went to All Paws because that was my Vet and I wanted to be somewhere that my baby and I could feel loved and comforted as I had been before. That didn't happen the experience left me more gutted than I already was. I'll just say the most egregious thing is when my baby had his first shot and they left me with him for our last moments together before the second shot the receptionist came in with my bill and told me I had to pay right then, as he was dying in my arms I said I would pay when I was done as I always have she said I had to pay right then. It was one of the most soul crushing things I've ever been through. The whole experience was devastating.

I love this hospitals graciousness and knowledge while being friendly and accommodating!My cat recently came down with a cold which caused her to have trouble breathing, so I called All Paws Veterinary Clinic and instead of the office worker telling me to go to a hospital, she found a spot so I could get my precious Mia in that evening!!The dvm's and staff are wonderful!!Mia's better now and I'm happy!If there were 10 stars I'd give them to All Paws!Thank You!

I came in as a new customer. I was excited because they are conveniently close to my house. None of the staff that day were pleasant and they also had incorrect information being passed from tech to tech and then to the vet regarding the kitten I had rescued. It was a huge mess and none of them seemed to care. Also the main issue we went there with was not resolved. I have not returned since.

I've been taking my dog here for a few years now. Easy to make appointments, they always return phone calls, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently cleaned my dogs teeth and it was a good and caring experience. I recommend them.

Brought my sick little Guinea pig in on 12/08/21Everyone employee seemed miserable from the time I was finally able to go in. The Dr. was very bland and uninformative, guessed a million things wrong ,without taking anytime to discuss any details .Told me she would give me a minute to “think about it” , came back with a price list of my choices of , an X ray ,antibiotics which “ may or may not make things worse” , or euthanasia, showed no empathy or compassion. Big or small they are family , and no one wants to see any animal suffer and not even offer, any advice on what the best decision would be , so I tried antibiotics. The girl at the front desk on the way out to pay , Devon I believe her name was , was again absolutely miserable and just seemed so bothered by everything . Next day they called me for a “routine”follow up call. Sadly that same morning my little guy passed away . When I called back and left a message telling them that she passed away , I never heard back sinceI’ve never had any vet in over 30 years of owning pets of of all kinds and not offer and condolences of any kind at all.

This is a Very Nice, Very Knowledgeable Veterinarian Office. The Staff have always been Nice everytime I had taken my Cat there, I know this Veterinarian has a very many years of Experience Treating all Different Types of Animals. Costs of Services Here are Pretty Standard, I Thought Very Affordable. Parking Room in the Parking Lot is not Great, this is really the only issue. You can Park right on a side street as well wich is still very close to the office only a few steps really.

Best vets ever! Always so nice and compassionate. Dr Ritter and Dr Granato were so kind when my sweet boxer was diagnosed with lymphoma and they did everything possible to keep her comfortable until the end. My two other dogs are always so happy to go there! The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind. I will forever go to All Paws!

Called to get some information about the clinic for my new dog, to be asked 50 times where are you calling from, why do you need to know, why why why.... obviously I have a dog that I'm trying to get seen like I said multiple times. But I literally can't get any answers
