Shopping today was very pleasant. Had to have help getting meds that are behind the glass wall and the ‘guy with the key’ was very friendly….and when I checked out, I encountered a new cashier Chauncey who was very nervous and he was being helped by Mimi (I think that is her name). Despite his being new, he was friendly and we had a couple laughs as he maneuvered his way thru the transaction. All in all, a nice experience shopping for COVID meds…prob best part of my day!

Something happened at the pharmacy at the store and I wish they were more forthcoming with information about it. The pharmacy is currently closed on Sundays. It seems like the auto refill is randomly shut off. When a prescription is filled, I get three to four phone calls everyday until I pick them up. Sometimes there's minimal staff in the pharmacy and I've had their store manager actually ring up my prescriptions before. The rest of the store is great, but since I'm coming here specifically for my prescriptions it's going to be bringing the entire score down unfortunately.

Normal Walgreens. I have dealt with few different pharmacists, and all were nice, respectful, helpful.The store is clean and neat.Great location, in strip mall area, in 2 major roads crossings, close to Garden State Parkway.Lots of parking.

Horrible pharmacy. I moved and have had to use this particular location. The prescriptions are never ready. They do not care about the people. Always make you wait no matter what time you come here. I called 2 hours ago for my sons prescription and when I got there it’s still was not ready after they told me it would be. Poor kid in and out of the car while sick! They didn’t even apologize….just acted like I was the problem. Time to move on.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy branch that I have ever experienced. Impossible to get accurate information over the phone from the pharmacy techs, multiple incidents of them not filling prescriptions accurately and causing insurance issues. Repeatedly getting stuck going days without medicine because of staff incompetence. If you have complicated medical issues or a multitude of prescriptions, I would not recommend going here. It will only make your life more difficult.

Placed a photo order. Received notification that order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the order was not ready and the store was out of stock on a material needed for the photo order. Manager Danielle and associate were looking for item upon my arrival. The manager left it up to the associate to handle. She never came from the backroom even after the associate named that I was there to pick up an order that was not fulfilled. I was told to place the order again for a different Walgreens. A task that they were also unable to assist with. Poor customer service on their part. Poor management on Danielle's.

Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond. Danielle is always very pleasant and offers to contact the doctor when able. Priscilla is very gentle when giving shots. Staff is always polite even when it's busy and they're multi-tasking. My prescriptions are always filled quickly! Best pharmacy service at any Walgreens I've been to!

Less than desirable experience with Danielle. Very unethical and blatantly discriminated against me. Its not the first time. She should really read up on the Americans Disability Act of 1990. Record your conversations when speaking to the staff here(i do). Walgreens really ought to pay attention to this pharmacist. They were sued in Florida for very similar behavior that was exhibited yesterday. In the end, she was proven to be incorrect again and trying to enforce fabricated "due diligence" policies that far exceed the laws that are in place. I should switch pharmacies but I shouldn't have to. The discrimination is what needs to stop. Walgreens needs to train their staff properly. I am writing this in hopes that it will make a difference for the next person. Also, if it occurs again, there is a record. If there are policies, procedures, and/or laws to be followed, why can't they explain to me what they are so that I can comply with them as not to experience such hostility? It is because they are not following any policies, procedures, or laws at this pharmacy. They are improvising rules on how they feel on that particular day.

I have been a long-time customer of Walgreens. The pharmacist Danielle is more concerned with placing blame than filling prescriptions. She kept interrupting me to answer questions that I never asked. Didn't even hear what I said. Will never go back to Walgreens. Rude, incompetent staff that doesn't do their one job- fill prescriptions.

Tried to fill 3 prescriptions and they wanted to charge me full amount as they indicated my member ID on card is different what they have. When I tried to inquire some more about this, they dismissed me. Went to a different Walgreens had them transfer my prescription and they processed my insurance correctly. They said the initial place entered an extra 0. I'm not complaining about the extra 0 (honest mistake), it's the arrogance of expecting me to pay full price because of their mistake and not willing to look into it. Never again.

This place is absolutely great, it is clean and easy to navigate, the staff is excellent and super helpful in helping you find what you need. Well except for one person who made it clear that me and my neighbor could not take more than 4 at home Covid tests this morning. Besides the fact that we live in two separate houses, I work night shift, and 4 people tested positive at my job, it really stung when she said it should go to people who needed it. Thankfully the other staff was able to direct me when the shipment was coming in three times because I missed them at this store. Hopefully you will not have to deal with this person in the future as the others are phenomenal and a pleasure to deal with.

We use the pharmacy at this location and receive absolutely stellar service. Just recently medication I needed wasn’t available and the pharmacist found it at a local Walgreens. She called me twice: once to let me know she was working on getting the medication and then again to tell me when it was to be delivered. It is very rare to receive this type of service and we always greatly appreciate the kind and professional service given by the pharmacy staff. We also like the store - everyone is always pleasant and helpful. AND - the store is clean and organized. Keep up the good work!!!

Very disappointed with the unwillingness to help a diabetic. Yesterday they filled my prescription for Freestyle Libre 2 to monitor my blood sugar, only to find out I need a new reader. Went into pharmacy today to tell them the product they sold me isn't compatible with the existing reader I have. They have the item I need to read the new sensors they sold me. I was told I'd need a prescription in order to purchase the reader. This makes no sense since they just sold me the sensor the day before. They offered to call my doctor on Monday leaving me with the inability to monitor my blood sugar. It's not like the monitor is a drug, it's a reader to the sensors that they filled yesterday. Just having a difficult time understanding the logic. Total disgust in there concern of my well being.

I called and spoke with a Pharmacist named Daniel to ask if they had a prescription in stock as I was omw home from the hospital after having a c-section (45 min drive, bumps, stops and goes in excruciating pain) this was the closes pharmacy to me and I didn't want to do the running around if they were out of stock. I was told they don't give that information over the phone and if I have to go some where else then go. That is not how you treat patients I happen to manage a medical office near by and am disgusted with her attitude, tone and care.

Made a NetSpend transaction gave them a thousand dollars cash. Money is not on my card. They were paid the fee and now they claim they are not responsible. I’m out a thousand bucks. NetSpend didn’t get the money. Don’t trust them to help you if your money goes missing during these transactions.

Own a Local Business. Rushed off work to stop in Walgreens to get some food and drinks for my Father, as he was coming over for dinner. Next morning go to open up my business and I don’t have my keys. I go crazy looking. Calling everyone. Finally I call the last place I visited. “ Walgreens” needless to say. Corey had them behind the counter. Keeping them safe and sound. Most keys on here cannot be replaced. Safe. Etc. guys are amazing. John you too! Lifesaver!

It's a nice store, but the management and overall service is going more downhill since it first opened last year. Just now, I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 4 other people while the Shift Lead and Cashier (I won't list names) were standing adjacent to the checkout lane. When asked if the registers were indeed open, they looked at us all like we were crazy for asking before finally ringing people up (with palpable begrudgement). I can take my business elsewhere.

I was disappointed today by an item [pokemon cards] that were on display,my grandson whose 6 collects them and I was going to buy him a pack and they rang up that they can't be sold until the new year! My grandson had a fit! I feel if they weren't supposedto be sold why were they on display?

I love coming to this location, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, I just wish that you guys will close early on some of the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, the staff deserves to spend time with their families and friends too.
