I’m have been going here for a couple of years to get my 2 dogs groomed. I will be finding a new groomer. It’s Christmas time and m dogs went to get a trim, face, ears, and nails. After 2 hours they came out looking like they went in. After repeatedly saying to trim the face good. Both of them were not touched. $100 I paid. This is the second time I let it go but no more. They have 3 different groomers that do not know how to groom. They must use shears. If am going to pay over $100 just for a trim then I want some hair gone!! I will take them some where, where they know how to use them and stop gouging people. Their prices going up in the New Yesr 😆

My dog was rejected by petco groomers due to his reactive behavior but groomers at Paws on 34 kindly received him and trained him to grooming.. every time he gets his wash and cut he comes home handsome.

We love this store for 4 years now, and they are very helpful, especially the owner. We had our old dogs and cats food only from Paws. We also used the groomer for our old dogs in the past (GSD’s) and we were very pleased. We still feed our new kitty Sebastian with food from Paws. It’s great to have such a nice service! Thank you 😊

My friend loves this store. I give her rides to there.She days her dogs love food only from this store)))) they are so picky)))Inside looks extremely clean and neat and very well organized. Prices are not very cheap, but quality is good.The store sale associate is a very nile and friendly lady.My friend is keep coming here and I accompany her quite often.So, great store.Free parking in front of the store.Located right on the main road NJ-34.P.S. I like the ceiling in the store, it is very nice)))

A great local pet store carrying a lot of specialty items for dogs and cats, at great prices. We have taken our dogs here for grooming and they are always patient with them. The dogs don't mind being groomed.

It was our first time bringing our dog there for grooming. Our dog is very shy, but Rose did a great job making sure she was comfortable with her. Great price, and very timely with the whole session! Thanks again Rose, and we will see you soon!

Great local store with plenty of options better then any big box pet store !!!! Owner is very customer friendly if they are out of something or you request something they don't carry, she will get it in less than a week !!!!

I recently brought my three dogs here for a cleanup, which included a bath, nail trim, and a tidy-up. I had dropped them off at 9 a.m. and, to my surprise, received a text by 10:06 a.m. that they would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. I found it hard to believe that all three could have received a proper cleanup in just over an hour.Upon inspection, my concerns were validated. While they seemed to have been bathed, their eyes were still dirty, and there was no sign of them having been tidied up or even appropriately brushed. One of my dogs still had noticeable matting on the back of her legs.To add to my disappointment, the service charge was $143, to which I added a $30 tip before I thoroughly inspected the job. In hindsight, I regret the tip and feel like I paid a premium for subpar service. I trusted this establishment to give my dogs the care they deserved, and I'm disappointed by the results.I won't be returning or recommending this place. If you're considering it, inspect the service closely before paying.

All around, I'm very pleased with this business and fortunate that it is close to my home. My dog Andy gets great baths and haircuts, and my wife and I can shop in the front while we are there with him. My dog Andy even gets pretty mad when being groomed, and the staff here has been more than understanding and helpful. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and supplies.

Had an appointment for two weeks out but my Lucy needed a haircut in the worst wayThey called and let me know they had an opening and we brought Lucy right inShe’s only about 7 lbs and she is a Malti poo and she’s super gentle … and very loud as she likes her voice to be heardThey gave her an excellent haircut and squeezed us in on a holiday weekThe staff is Awesome and her groomer was always great with my Duke and now my LucyCan’t say enough great things about them

Had to find a place last minute for my dog because my regular groomer was unavailable, Paws on 34 had various available appointments and did a great job! I could tell how much the staff cares about the animals by the way they were treating the dog that was finished before mine. I will definitely use this groomer again when needed!

As a 1rst time customer I had the pleasure of speaking & being helped by MANDY who saved my night. This store is extremely lucky to have her as she was genuinely sweet, patient & she was so helpful. Customer service is a huge factor for any business so I can say she didn't just do her job she went far & beyond what is expected. Since I called ahead explained my problem she gathered what I needed & waited as I got to the store at closing. This evening I found myself in a desperate situation that I had to get formula ASAP & being a Sunday most places are closed. Luckily I found this place online but I called first & headed over , of course my GPS had me take a longer route but Mandy was patiently waiting for me. Even then despite the time & being closed she not once made me feel rushed instead she cared enough & asked me to keep her updated on my situation . The store itself is very cute.

First time going there:Am told it is $70 for grooming if dog is not matted, total comes out to 90 because my dog had some knots, supposedly. Ok I'll let it slide...Second time :Wife calls ask how much to groom our dog, they ask for breed and size (35lb wheaten terrier), they say $60-$70, as long as dog not matted.I call day of appointment to make sure, answer is $65-75 (after they confirm breed and size a second time). Ok fine.I brush my dog beforehand to make sure she is perfect with no matting. I bring her in, they agree she looks good no issuesI come to pick her up...$90. "Oh this breed is normally $85-$100." How can that be if 2 people called separately over the span of 2 weeks and were told $60-75?The term for this is "BAIT AND SWITCH." There won't be a 3rd time.

This week is the 2nd time I took my Morkie here for a full grooming. Joy did a wonderful job. He can be difficult when his feet are touched, but somehow she manages him great. He is so happy and spunky when he gets done. Store associate Jessica was also very helpful and showing me different foods for his sensitive stomach. I highly recommend the service here, they really do treat your pets like family.

I love this store, I can pick up everything my dog loves in one place. They have a great selection of raw foods, higher quality treats and food brands. The employees are always super helpful and friendly (they always give my dog attention and pets!) They’ve offered to special order items for me as well 👍

Pet Oasis has been an absolute godsend. My dog is allergic to both beef and poultry. Finding a quality limited ingredient food for him that he would actually eat was challenging, frustrating, and expensive. I was almost ready to start making my own raw food diet when I found Pet Oasis. Not only do they carry a great selection of L.I.D. lines from high quality brands, they have excellent customer service and better prices than I could find at any online retailer.They also have tons of treats that I can give my dog. He's an extreme "power chewer" but most durable, long lasting chews (like bully sticks, rawhide, bones, etc.) are made from beef. I didn't think I'd find anything for him besides elk antlers, but again, Pet Oasis had me covered.I can't recommend this store enough to anyone looking for great, affordable quality products for their pets.

Love this place! So many single ingredient treats, healthy chew options, it’s my go to place from here on out, I even cancelled my treat subscriptions with other places. This place has become our FAVORITE place ! Pet oasis sells our favorite high premium dog food AND sells so many more great items . They even have rewards to reach a FREE bag on food ! This place is amazing..... not only did they help me create a new health conscious diet for my dog it was cheaper than what I was paying before. They have a great variety of food and treats and the staff is very knowledgeable. I wish every business was as honest and caring as pet oasis. I highly recommend you go give it a try.

When our Papillon had two surgeries before the age of 7 because he was getting stones in his bladder the second surgery we almost lost him we were told he needed a Prescription diet after the first surgery and of coarse we did and yet he got the stones back again and had his second surgery. so we went to pet oasis on Staten Island and spoke to the owner and he helped us put him on the right diet and our pup lived to the age of 14 and never had any health issues I love Pet Oasis for all there help in keeping our fur baby healthy!! So glad there is a store in New Jersey 😀

Joy is an amazing groomer. Sam is my "special needs" dog. He was a rescue that was seized out of an abusive neglectful environment and basically thrown in the back of my car instead of going to the pound. His young legs were deformed from being stuck in a small pet carrier for 23 hours a day. He is still afraid to be touched by people he doesn't know. After several groomers failed Joy has been successful for a few years now. With the pandemic its been awhile I took him today. he was screaming, and that's just what he does when he is anxious. Joy called me up and I stayed with her while she finished. Most groomers would give up she never does. She is a kind hardworking super hero.

We just got a puppy a few months ago and this is the only place we will go for food. They sell dog food and treats that are made in a peanut treenut facility. So if someone in your house has those allergies pet oasis is your place. If they don’t pet oasis is still YOUR PLACE!This store is always well stocked and immaculate. The people that work there are always friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Forget the bigger pet stores, seriously! Thank you pet oasis for providing quality dog food , treats, and toys.
