We are very blessed to have found Dr. Freeman and Kind Veterinary Care Center. She came highly recommended so we took the hour+ trip for our puppy's first visit. It was incredible! As first time dog owners we had a lot of questions and concerns. Dr. Freeman took the time to answer all of our questions - we felt like our dog was her only visit of the day! The kindness and love she showed to our puppy, along with her incredible knowledge guarantees Kind Vet is the only place we would go. Couldn't be happier!

KIND is truly a special place. I recently had a dog appear at my house and with the help of Kristy, an employee at KIND and an owner of Hound Hunters NJ , the dog was captured and taken to be seen by Dr. Freeman. They took in a dog that no one was looking for and desperately needed their help. I got to experience the amazing staff and environment at KIND as I fostered the dog. It was one of the most positive veterinary environments i’ve been in. I will be going out of my way to recommend them to people in need of top notch, supportive care.

Hi....First thing is Dr. Freeman and her staff are terrific! Now a days in corporate owned Vet big business its hard to find a Veterinarian's office actually owned and operated by that Vet. When you own the center and your name is affiliated with that center it makes a huge difference. It was a great experience from the person that answered the phone to the vet tech that took a thorough history of my dogs problems, to the veterinarian themselves showing REAL interest. I found all of this to be be true at KIND VETERINARY CARE CENTER. Lastly, when was the last time you went to a Veterinarian that scheduled you for a 1 hour INTIAL appointment to allow time to really review the health history of your pet. Just go to Kind....you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Freeman is simply one of the most incredible people I have ever met. I travel over an hour to see Dr. Freeman and her staff because of the level of care she provides for my Black Labrador, Hank. Over the past few years, Hank has battled a very serious virus, a torn ACL, and serious allergies. Dr. Freeman provided the utmost care and compassion while diagnosing and treating him and was available whenever I had a question or a concern. Having a Veterinarian that loves your pet as much as you is nearly impossible to find, but we did. Some people are just born to do the job they do and Dr. Andrea Freeman was born to be a Veterinarian. Hank and my family are blessed to have found her. She truly is a life-saver!

Had a great experience with Dr. Stark for one of my dogs first visits. Interactions have been pleasant & they do care for the animals they see. The office is also beautiful & well kept.I docked 1 star due to the fact that for 3 appointments for my 2 dogs, we have never been seen on time. The first time, my wife waited 30 mins to be seen for a first visit. Second experience was with our second dog and I waited 30 mins in the waiting room to then wait another almost 20 mins in the exam room, which was another first visit. I don’t feel like this is very respectful of our time & not great for the dogs who are already scared and anxious. For the cost of the visits, I expect better time management, although I do understand & recognize things happen, but 3 visits later, I would like to feel my time is respected, as I show up on time to respect the Drs time + schedule.My hope is to be able to update this to 5 stars after a future visit, as I did enjoy my interaction with Dr Stark & the front desk.

Dr. Freeman is very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond her scope of practice for Jekyll!! My dog loved her!! He couldn’t wait to see her no matter what he was going through. She is professional, reliable, and personable. Also passionate about what she does. She actually cares about the animals. She is family and I would never bring my dog to another veterinarian! I don’t usually leave reviews. But I would recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone!!!

Dr. Freeman is great. Both the dental cleaning and the castration were handled effectively with no issues. I will do a separate review for the exceptional Veterinarian Dr. Freeman.It is difficult to get prescriptions because the staff wants you to use their pharmacy, not any competitors, despite available deals. Therefore, they will not approve a prescription from another source by phone and require you to pick up and mail a written prescription, which causes delays. So I decided to pay the extra amount and go through KIND's Vetsource and use auto renewal and one year prescriptions to limit future delays. I picked up 1 pill at KIND and requested a prescription for a year of Heartgard and Nexgard from Vetsource. The staff canceled both of the year prescriptions and Vetsource notified me by email that the vet canceled one because I picked up the prescription and didn't send a response for the other prescription. Again, I picked up one pill of one of the prescriptions to protect my dog's from heart worm. It would have be easy to call me or actually check what what I picked up, instead of cancelling two prescriptions. When I called, I was first told they were on their way, when I explained the response from Vetsource, the staff person said that one order was cancelled, eventually, they admitted they cancelled both, so not very forthcoming even today when I called.So this experience has made me very concerned and has caused weeks of delays. I understand that financially it is best for the practice to use their pharmacy partner, but then they should ensure accuracy or at least a minimal amount of customer service. Thank goodness it was not a medication to treat an urgent need.

KIND veterinary center is the best vet I have ever been to. I recently lost my dog gia for two days and Kristy one of the staff and owners of Hound Hunters helped me find her. Kristy’s advice was extremely beneficial in finding Gia and the staff at KIND immediately took her and treated her for dehydration. They did a full work up and were very thorough and compassionate. I’m extremely grateful to all of them and highly recommend them to anyone seeing care for their pets.

I seriously have been blessed to find this place and this incredible team! I recently moved back to the area, and by chance found this new place opening and thank god! Because my little boy had a stint of every issue possible for a good couple of weeks! I can’t even express my gratitude for the care, friendliness, helpfulness and opening doors literally for us when in serious times. And now the place has officially opened, I would like my own personal spa visit there ;) It’s so beautiful and clean!!! My boy can’t even wait to go back for regular shots. Dr. Freeman and her team of incredible ladies are the best! I am so happy and relieved to have found somewhere local. Highly recommend is an understatement!!! Thank you for all you have done for us!

We have been bringing our dogs to Dr Freeman for the past seven years and could not imagine allowing anyone else to care for them.Dr Freeman is truly one in a million! She is unbelievably knowledgeable and will never settle for anything but the best for her patients. Dr Freeman gives as much time is needed for both the patients as well as their owners. Whether you go for a routine vaccine, or a complicated problem, she never rushes and the visit isn't over until everyone is feeling good about what took place. Dr Freeman has helped our family through some very challenging and emotional times, as well as many joyous ones. We consider her to be a member of our family and will always be grateful to her for all she does to take such great care of our fur babies.Along with being an amazing vet, Dr Freeman is surrounded by an amazing team. Each member of the staff is just as caring and concerned about the patients and their owners. I would never trust anyone else with our pets care!

Switched to this (closer) vet group due to my dog's advanced age. I cannot say enough about both physicians in the practice, Dr. Stark and Dr. Freeman. The level of compassion and competent care is not like any I've experienced before, with the handful of veterinarians that I have seen over 12 years with my dog. In addition, the ladies at the front desk went above and way beyond for myself, my dog and my family during the sad time of his passing. I only wished that I had found them sooner. So happy to know my cat will be in such wonderful care moving forward.

I went there to find out about getting a fecal done and met with a very snooty receptionist who said that they would get back to me and never did. If you have a lot of money this may be a good option hopefully their services are good, the frankly most vets are not that caring, knowledgeable or thorough. That's been my experience with over 25 years of rescue work. It's a shame they never got back to me I probably could have given them a lot of biz during their down times if they have any.

Today our Shiba, Kuma, had her first appointment. Unfortunately, Kuma suffers from seasonal allergies and will scratch so hard she will cause herself to bleed and also lose some fur. We have been experiencing some really tough financial troubles recently and could not afford to take her to the vet or pay for any medication at this time. We were extremely blessed to have someone that works there to offer charitable services for us. From the moment we stepped in, everyone there was smiling and so pleasant. We were quickly brought to a room with barely any wait time. When the doctor entered the room she was also very pleasant and informed us she had a student learning with her today. Dr. Freeman was very informative and caring when it came to handling Kuma. Thank you to everyone on the Kind staff. You all did a wonderful job and can't even begin to tell you how grateful we are for you all.

She is kind and compassionate, which are important traits for a veterinarian to have. She takes her time explaining everything and listens to all of your concerns.
