I’ve been a loyal patron here for over 15 years. Tonight, the night before my dogs scheduled appointment (made six weeks ago) they call and tell me that the groomer who does him is no longer with them- ok but why are you waiting until the night before to tell me? She went on to say that they had nobody to groom him and that I should find a new groomer. Not a problem - and I promised her I’d tell others that their professionalism in the way they handled this —- she can say otherwise but they are not what they had to be - do yourself a favor find another place … they aren’t worth the time … that’s if you can even make an appointment since they don’t answer their phones

This is absolutely the best place for my Ragdoll cat. They are so gentle and do a great job with her. She’s a scaredy cat but she does well here. They gave her a beautiful cut and she smelled so nice.I burst out laughing at the person who said he had a 9:00 appointment and they didn’t show up until 9:01. Are you kidding me? Don’t pay attention to his one star. Obviously, nothing would please this person.They do a fantastic job and this place is worth 10 stars.

Very pleased with the “Cats Meow” service. I called to schedule at the last moment and they had no appointments - but She called back when a slot opened up. I have a Persian cat and requested a lion cut. I dropped my pet off and just under 2 hours later my pet was ready ! They did a wonderful job she looks Royal and is ready for the summer heat ! Thank you Cats Meow !

The team at the barking lot are so kind, and sweet to your fur baby... You'd think your pet went on a little vacation.Our fur baby needed a close cut as a break from the summer heat. Now she looks like a puppy again!

Cat haircuts are 90 dollars. I went here because my PetSmart groomer quit. As you can see he notched my cat pretty bad and said nothing when I picked up my cat so I obviously didn’t notice until I got home. Based on this, would not recommend.

I took my cat here for a bath and cut, she looks nice and smells good but $90 just is not worth this. Plus when I arrive they have her in a dark room by herself, I understand the need to keep her separate from the dogs but I was not expecting that. The staff have no professionalism over the phone and seem to lack curtesy- I had a 9am appointment and staff did not show up until 9:01. Additionally they never gave me a receipt.

Awesome business, our Dog Leo loves coming in for his haircuts. He always smells so fresh after and they give a nice bandana for the seasons. I recommend this place to anyone with a dog that needs grooming!

Called for a grooming for my parents little dog. I am taking them on Vacation and dog was in need of grooming. They took us that day and did great work!! Cant Thank you all enough!!😃😃😃Will be sending them many more dogs and cats.

This place is perfect. The two negative reviews sound like these two people brought dogs with matted fur and the groomers were ethically made to cut the dogs' hair. Happens a lot, some folks shouldnt have pets.They did great.

We have a very cute but super anxious ragdoll. She spends her life being dotted on in a small NYC apartment. She needed a grooming at the start of COVID but everything was closed... by the time things opened she was very matted. Barking Lot tolerated her hissing and biting and gave her a very needed cut. Super appreciated and would recommend for all cats!

my mom got her Yorkie groomed today. she's gone there for years and never had a problem! i've even brought my dogs there and never had a problem. today he came home with the fur ripped out of the corners of BOTH eyes and the man who gave the dog back to her said "just so you know his skin got cut a little when i was trimming the fur around his eyes" didn't apologize, no explaination either, nothing! i personally wouldn't attempt to cut the fur on the other eye if i just RIPPED his skin on the opposite eye. my mom didn't expect to look down and see blood dripping from his eyes. 8 hours later and the corners of his eyes still won't stop bleeding and now there will be a vet bill to added to the i'm sure expensive grooming bill she paid today.

Sabrina is awesome with Tank, so put up with him when other place would not. Now he's fine and gets his monthly baths! On time with appointments, do a good job and friendly.

This is my last time taking my dog there. They didn’t follow my simple instruction of not cutting my dogs hair. They decided to shave all of it knowing that it was almost winter. Also how they reacted to my response on my dog getting shaved was very rude and unprofessional.
