They need to add a minus 1 star for this circus. Told the pharmacist I would love to come here once without having an issue and he told me I should educate myself. Then proceeded to threaten to remove all of my prescriptions from the system. When your pancreas decides to stop working and your blood sugar is over 500 you look for a professional to assist you. There is nothing professional about the pharmacist on duty at 4:30 pm on March 1st. Threatens to remove your prescriptions from the system , lol CVS gives this guy that kind of power to endanger my well being? Put a tent over this place.

The rudest and unprofessional staff working at Ryan road CVS. God forbid you ask a question the answer would be “I have no idea” looks like it’s being run by childish teenagers. I’ve been a customer for over 16 years and for the past year it became terrible. Instead of asking a pharmacist I wax given an answer I have no clue!! For some unknown reason text messages when prescription is ready for pick up is not being sent like it used to. Such unpleasant experience going to this cvs. Not sure if anyone cares and reads these reviews .. but I sure hope this staff can be trained better to serve our community which deserves better service like it used to be. I will be calling the main office about specific person who’s been so so rude and disrespectful!!! This is not the end of my complain..

WARNING SCAM!!!!!!!! I bought a Visa gift card from here and it was SCAMMED!!!!!! When the gift card was opened the last row of the gift card numbers were scratched off and the bar code was de-magnetized. This was a $100.00 gift card and CVS does nothing about it!!!!!! Not only was this embarrassing But I’m out $100 gift…. If you need to buy a gift card, do not do it from the CVS.

Long wait and long line to pick up prescriptions. Staff was very nice and worked as fast as they could. CVS needs to hire more people and put customer service ahead of profits.

Last week I had booked appointments for today for COVID vaccine.However, yesterday we received an email suggesting that I had cancelled the appointment which I did NOT.I walked into the pharmacy to check directly and was told that they had run out of vaccines and asked me to rebook with a feeble apology.CVS poor planning and execution probably caused this and then you have the audacity to pin it on me?I ended up abandoning CVS and rebooking at Walgreens for today which executed perfectly, something for you to emulate.

Terrible pharmacy service, couldn’t provide basic patient service and care! Came in to pick up prescriptions (for extreme difficulty in breathing, something critical I would think) but they didn’t have them available so THEY SENT ME to a different store; however other store can’t access the prescriptions as this CVS FAILED TO PUT ON HOLD the prescriptions; had to send another family member because they would NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and they couldn’t do a simple task of putting the prescriptions they didn’t have on hold so I can access them. Had to play middle man to CHECK and TELL THEM FOUR TIMES before finally doing what was supposed to have been done the first time! So if you’re caught in the same situation, make sure they put the prescriptions on hold before going to another store and avoid the unnecessary inconvenience it would cause you.

Even they close to my house and have a convenient location, but the service in CVS Ryan rd in Marlboro is the worst . Very nasty pharmacist and staff . Questions are not answered , lines are always crazy . When asked about medication and information on the charge , there’s no answers or “ call your insurance “.Forget about medication consultation , you will be sent to your doctor..Very rude

Absolutely the biggest joke of a pharmacy ever. Let alone the fact that they can't get a prescription right, the minute clinic randomly closes without any notification and if you ever think you can just run in to get something quick that any store should have of a very basic necessity, forget coming to the cvs. You will never find what you're looking for in this store. Go to walgreens, go to Marlboro village, go anywhere else.

The snooty blonde pharmacy technician with the glasses needs to check her attitude. She constantly interrupts and interferes while trying to communicate with the cashier at the pharmacy. She kept answering questions I was asking the Tech at the register. Everyone else is minding their own business as they fill prescriptions. Just let me have one conversation at a time.

Love the employees here at the Ryan Road Marlboro NJ location. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately the store itself has gone down hill. Most of my favorite products that I frequently bought there are now either no longer carried or out of stock so often that I've had to go elsewhere for these items. My shopping at CVS went from on average 3500 a year to maybe 300 a year due to low or no stock available in grocery, personal care items and pet products

Went here for my bivalent booster and Colleen was so friendly, warm, and cheerful. She asked me questions to distract from the discomfort during the shot and was just generally very kind and authentic. Thank you!!

The pharmacy is incapable of answering their phones and in fact just ignores them ringing non stop. It will be faster for you to drive all the way there and wait in a long line than to wait an endless amount of time on the phone hoping someone decides to do their job.

The past five days I’ve gone into this CVS and asked for my prescription. Everyday I go in they tell me it’s “still out of stock” and to come back tomorrow. We’re on day five now and I still don’t have my medication i’ve been using for the past three years. This is literally so unacceptable it’s literally CVS PHARMACY and they don’t even know how to restock medication. Don’t use this pharmacy it’s a big waste of your time.

The lack of professionalism by the youngsters impostering pharmacists ought to be addressed. Seriously, the pharmacy closes for lunch daily (the middle of the day). Genius idea. Whomever is managing the pharmacy should be replaced by someone who can restore the importance of a professional local pharmacy.

This CVS pharmacy has the most caring a d professional staff. Unfortunately, corporate greed has ruined it. There used to regularly be 5 to 6 workers behind the pharmacy counter. No more. I've been here twice in the past week and there are now two people drowning in work. What a disgrace. I suspect pharmacists and their co-workers will get burnt out from being over worked- and quit. Customers will look for other options too!What a horrible way for CVS to stick it to their most talented, profitable department. Sad.

Husband just went to get our sick kid meds only to find the "Closed at 11 sorry for inconvenience" paper on the door like other people mentioned. Calling corporate to have them change the posted times so parents can find their kids meds someplace else or go to urgent care. At least 2 other reviewers in the last month had same exact problem.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is horrible. There is always an issue, from waiting a half hour to serve 5 people ahead of me to hounding me to refil a prescription that I haven't used in 2 years. The final straw was just this week. My doctor's office sent a prescription request on a Monday afternoon. Nothing happened on CVS's end. Was resubmitted on Wednesday afternoon. Still nothing. The next Monday, one week after the first submission and a follow up call with the pharmacy, they finally had received the request. There was one medication that wasn't processed. I spoke with the pharmacist and she said it was backorder for a week. Never offered to call another store or accept any responsibility for their error. These medications, when stopped, can cause a serious medical issue. These guys are dealing with people's lives, but they really don't care. Officially moved to a new pharmacy this morning.

I've always had a positive experience here. Prescriptions filled timely and when not available, they have made every effort to find a pharmacy (not only CVS) to fill it. Personnel always pleasant and nice. I've used the nurse practitioner on several occasions and have had different staff and they have all been nice and caring.

CVS itself is fine, but this location recently started accepting UPS packages and it is the absolute worst UPS drop off location around. It is literally the ONLY location that requires you to wait in line with paying customers making purchases to simply drop off prelabeled and prepaid boxes. It holds up the paying customers and defeats the purpose of being able to quickly drop off boxes and move on with your day. I'll travel twice the distance simply to avoid this place.

I went over to get medicine at 10:55 pm today knowing that the sign and website says open 24 hours. I pull up to a sign on the entrance door saying closing at 11:00 pm. They closed before 11 since doors were locked, but lights were on. Since the hours changed, it should be posted on the website as well. About 3 other people pulled up to find they close at 11.

Very inefficient service and rude customer care representative. PRAPHTAS is an employee who is extremely rude. I have Covid. My sister went 3 times - 2 times they said they have no medicine, I called and they said it’s under a different State address where I used to reside 10 years ago. Then they charged full price although I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance. When I called without any attempt to verify PRAPHTAS dictated me to call my insurance company. Looks like he has no customer service skills.

The reason that the rating is lower than expected is because of this one worker. Me and my 6 friends were shopping together for candy like any normal teens/tweens. When we walked back into CVS with CVS bags which were holding already been purchased items AND THE RECIEPT because we forgot to get something. When walking back in, we got accused of stealing by this one worker. That's not the part that bothers me. Now, anytime we visit back CVS, she watches us intensely, follows us around, questioning us all the time, and tells us things like "leave if you're not gonna by anything (even though we were looking for smth to by) and "this isn't a kids playroom." Me and my friends think it's because we are teens/tweens, but it's unnecessary to make comments to us and for her to make us feel uncomfortable when shopping in CVS.

The CVS Pharmacy as well as the CVS general store associates provide excellent service. The pharmacists are responsive to all questions and are highly professional. The pharmacy’s excellent service certainly accounts for why they are always very busy.

I had a really good experience with a super helpful employee. Needed to buy a prepaid card, but have never bought one. A tall gentleman, with glasses, went out of his way to help me. He even walked me over to the cards to select the right card. Very helpful! I always make it a point to go there when I can.

Google maps says this is a 24hr Open CVS but it is not. I went there at 2am it was closed. Sign at the door said closed at 11pm.

I did not receive the results of my Covid test. I was advised I would receive them via text in one hour and never did. What made it worse was that the test was taken Thanksgiving Eve and the Minute Clinic was closed on Thanksgiving, No one could access my results. Shameful.

I had to wait 40 minutes for a single 4x6 that I ordered 2 days prior. They had lost my single photo and had a large order pending. My order must have been misplaced and this is concerning. This location will not be getting my service anymore

Worst experience the man at drop off is so mean I went there to get my medication he asked me if I wanted to wait or come back I said him I will wait he said it will take 15 to 20 minutes I was waiting for half an hour standing near him and then I asked him if my medication is ready he said oh you’re medicine is already done I thought you took the medicine and gone very roughly
