First I need to explain that going to a groomer with my 11 year old spaniel mix has always been stressful up until we started going to the pet salon to see Beth. Beth is such an amazing person and has a true gift with animals as well as her staff. In 11 years I’ve never felt so at ease leaving my baby in their hands. She did an amazing job and now has taken my other two and did just as great with them. If you’re in search for a groomer look no further they are the best!

We have a very nervous/neurotic blue heeler, and I am consistently impressed by how the staff interacts with and cares for him. They are so kind and accommodating and always do such a great job with his grooming!

This crew was so great! I’m always hesitant about bringing my boy to new places (he’s 10 and this is the third different groomer he’s been to), but I was in the area and he needed a bath and a haircut, badly!The team was SO nice, respectful and professional and my dog came out looking like a puppy again and not a 10 year old boy!I’m so happy with their services, and will definitely bring home back if I’m in the area again and would 10/10 recommend!

My two doggies got stuck with over 30 sticky burs that quickly became matted into their fur and paws causing so much pain and with last minute notice on a busy Saturday morning, they told me to come right over and they took their time to make sure they got every single one out of their fur. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and do amazing work. Thank you Pet Salon!

Have used the Pet Salon with two prior dogs. Take my new Dog Sofia Loren who can be a handful, to The Pet Salon.Beth and her Crew are amazing with Sofia, she can get a little our of control, which I worry about.Beth and her Crew have no problem with Sofia. Highly recommend. They're the best.

Amazing! I received a Persian cat that was severely matted and I brought him to them to see what they can do. They were able to shave him down not only getting rid of his matted areas, but giving him the cutest haircut, bow, and he smells and feels so good! he’s happy, we’re happy, they definitely exceeded our expectations!We had a not so great experience with another grooming salon, which led us to take our other cat to Petsmart before knowing about this place, Which was fine. However,They both will be going to the pet salon in Margate from now on. So glad we found them. Amazing job!

No wonder this place has a near perfect rating. My cat had diarrhea last night and today that was matted into her butt fur. Called my vet and they said get lost. Called their groomer they said no available appts for 3 weeks. Called the Pet Salon and they said bring her in at 3. I showed up at 2:40 and was home by 3 with my cat. Paid significantly less than I thought I would. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We took our mini goldendoodle (Lulu) to Beth and her team yesterday and they were phenomenal. Best grooming appt we’ve had for our 1+ year old dog. Will undoubtedly be back.

VERY loving and caring people towards customers and pets.. They welcomed me to the crew with open arms. I knew the first day I went there for a trail bathing the dogs I'd fall in love with the animals and the kindness of the staff. Thank you for making me part of the staff The Pet Salon. I am a dog owner of 2 pitbulls and I would definitely trust Beth and the staff with my pets. They provide a 5 star service for a reasonably price.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. My dog went in a hippie and came out a well groomed dog. My dog barks and has anxiety. So I have been avoid pet groomers. I tried to do it myself but I'm just not qualified. I was afraid he would not be welcomed. They not only welcomed him but also made me feel comfortable that he's not a bad dog just anxious. They took great care of him and it was affordable. I finally found a grooming home for him and I hope others that have anxious dogs and non anxious dogs come to the Pet Salon. They know what they are doing and are compassionate. Thank you.

We really liked our last Salon, where we took our dog since he was 4 months old. After moving shortly before he turned five, we were very nervous trying another groomer.The reviews of this Salon were spot on! While we were satisfied with the groomings Beardsly received in the past, they weren't anything like the groom he got here!We dropped him off looking a lot like a mop, and picked him up, looking like a new man!For any pet parent who thinks that nothing is too good for their babies, this is the place for you!We've found our new salon!

My Basset Hound looks forward to going to get her nails cut and filed. Basset's are known for fast growing difficult nails. My Gracie jumps out of our car and heads right to the front door. The staff at the Pet Salon are so warm and friendly and make pets and pet parents feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door.
