Always a pleasant experience when shopping at CVS on Ventnor Ave in Margate. The store employees are friendly and helpful. I usually stop at the store during the evening as shelves are being stocked for the next day. It's nice to recognize the pharmacist and other employees that I see on a regular basis.

Poorly managed store in many ways, starting with its ambiance (not to say dirty appearance) and ending with literally no privacy - while waiting, you can avoid hearing about other patients/people needs/issues.

Never had an issue before, sales associates are usually very nice and helpful but this time the girl was a cranky, rude and ignorant person. She was very short with the help she gave me, she seemed VERY ANNOYED she had to come over to the self check out and assist me. This isn’t my first rodeo with a self checkout but had an issue with my coupons. Will go to store again but hope I don’t have to see or interact with cranky pants again

I have been using this CVS pharmacy for several years. This CVS is always helpful, courteous and polite. They are extremely busy and these are trying times, yet the people there always have provided excellent service. I would highly recommend.

The Matgate CVS,is by far the best CVS I’ve ever been to. From the manager down to the store associates everyone there is absolutely perfect. The pharmacy is in a league by itself! I love my CVS! ❤️

While visiting my parents in Margate I visited this store on the night of September 10th, I went into the CVS store, entering from the parking lot doors. It was 10 minutes til 10:00 PM, and I only needed to grab two things - soap and bandaids. Before I even got to an aisle, there were two cashiers and a third young male employee behind the counter, ringing up customers. The young male employee saw us and said "We are closing. As soon as these few people are rung up, I am taking the drawers and they won't even be ABLE to ring you up!!. I have never been spoken to like this from any employee ever in my years of doing business with CVS. I thought then of posting a complaint, but let it go. Until this PAST Saturday, when my father was hit by a car and spent the day at O.M. Hospital. Upon leaving, he was giving a prescription for an antibiotic. My sister drove him home, and they stopped at this same CVS to fill the prescription, or drop it off to be picked up the next day. BUT, you guessed it - once again an employee said that you were closing in 10 minutes and that they had to leave.Perhaps you should instruct the employees to lock the doors if they don't want any last minute customers. But you know I won't be going back.

Mother of a 4 month old, arrived at 8:02pm to pick up a prescription that had already been filled for my infant. Pharmacist would not even be kind to help a young mother who missed the deadline by 2 minutes. Just really disappointing when people don’t choose to be human.

Here is Margate's hidden secret, you can get lot of food items in this store and it's much cheaper than the on island grocery stores. In the summer they carry all those beach needs your forgot, so you don't need to head over the bridges to Walmart and waste half a day.

Went to the Margate CVS Pharmacy at 10:00 pm and it was closed. On the website it said it closed at 11:00 pm.
