I’ve had problems with squirrels in my attic, more like a crawlspace, not tall enough to stand up in. Western Pest Services did such a thorough and exceptional job at not only getting rid of the squirrels but also sealing from the inside until the roofer arrives. They also added insulation which has been much need over the years. The team was courteous and polite, informing me every step of the way and I highly recommend. Thank you Nick, Eric, Will and Brad for an excellent job done.

The technician took the time to explain what he was doing and asked if I was having any issues inside or just outside and very thorough in what was done. After the service was complete, he again explained to me what was done and wanted to know if I had any questions. The fact that he remembered me was like the cherry on top because it showed me the business doesn’t view me as just another number… So happy I chose Western for all my pest needs! 🤗

I had a good, productive, efficient and pleasant experience with the technician Nick today as he came to my home to perform services for mice issues that I have been having for quite some time now. Living in the city and having neighbors connected on both sides can be a bit of a pain, especially when the neighbors are not clean and do not take pride in the up-keep of their property. Nick came to my home bright and early; he was prepared and ready to work! Nick inspected my entire property inside and out. He took his time and explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and he explained the products used to perform the job. I can honestly say, I was impressed with his work as we threw stuff out of the closets and moved things around just so that he could get a clear view of what was going on in areas where I’ve seen activity. He sealed up entry points and gave me advice on what to do moving forward. When I say Nick is a vibe! He is a vibe and he appears to be knowledgeable & love what he does. He was very respectful and he helped me be optimistic about this very stressful situation. I can certainly say that he changed my apprehension about whether I should move forward with continued services from this company or not. Western Pest Services is top notch. From the very first phone call to the most recent vist and phone call, the service has been excellent. I have personally dealt with Eric, Nick, Will, and Hank over the past month and ALL have been friendly and highly respectful ~ however Nick Bucci takes the cake. He went out of his way and called me to see if he could stop by since he had a cancelation. I wasn't scheduled for a visit for another 7 days. Luckily I was available and needless to say, I'm VERY thankful for the client who canceled- Nick removed 6 dead rats from my basement- I knew something was off down there! I can't thank him and the other techs enough for doing what they do and crawl into the places that we homeowners prefer to stay out of! I would highly recommend WPS to anyone that has an issue and needs a quick remedy. Thank you!

I have a contract with Western. They are always on time for scheduled appointments. They are very professional and thorough. I've seen mice outside of my home. Nick showed me where they could get in and sealed the areas. Also this is the first summer we didn't experience an ant problem.
