Best Place for my Two Beagles-Benny and Jet! Going on three years- three days a week daycare and boarding for two weeks twice!!! Every one loves the pups and cats! They know their names and their likes and dislikes. They are the best!

I want to thank all the staff at VLP for providing excellent care to my dog,Isley! Isley has been attending daycare for 1 year and he loves it! Daycare was recommended because Isley is timid around other dogs and people. He needs the socialization so he can learn how to be a dog. We affectionately refer to VLP as school and we refer to the staff as "teachers". As soon as I ask Isley if he's ready to go to school, he starts jumping and barking with excitement. Yesterday, I checked the camera and noticed that he was sleeping on a blanket. I was happy that he felt comfortable and relaxed enough to take a nap. He usually walks and jumps all day when I see him. I don't know what was happening but Isley backed up and hunched his back in fear when other dogs came to him. Maybe the other dogs wanted the blanket? I could clearly see that Isley was frightened. The teacher, Nicole ,came over immediately to make sure everything was ok and Isley was not being bullied. I was impressed by how attentive she was! Nicole and the entire staff pay close attention to what's going on in the room and I love that!I very much appreciate the love and caring that the staff shows Isley and all the other dogs! I've seen how gentle and patient the staff is with older sicker dogs and it absolutely warms my heart!Thank you for training your staff to be the very best! It definitely shows and we truly appreciate you!If you have to get on a waiting list,VLP is worth the wait! Isley attended 2 other daycares before VLP and neither experience was positive. One daycare had a horrible stench and was dirty. There was no limit on the dogs and it was like a huge dog warehouse-horrible! The other daycare was pretty and fancy but the staff was cold to my dog and they never tried to show him any attention / love. One day I came to pick him up and the staff told me that I was wasting my money because Isley doesn't socialize with other dogs. What?? All dogs don't play together if he's not used to other dogs. Isley is friendly and loving but he just stays to himselfand that's fine. That was his last day there! I called VLP and got him on the waiting list and the rest is history!

This is the best doggy daycare/boarding around. Careful attention to detail and consideration of the temperament of dogs and I just love the vibes! Feels like family and my dog LOVESSSS to go.

I’m always hesitant to leave my Husky with anyone that I don’t know well, but there are times that it’s impossible to avoid. I’ve left her at one or two other kennels and she was confined to an area similar to what you may find in a rescue shelter. Alone and isolated from other dogs.Villa La Paws is an amazing facility. Not only do they allow the dogs to interact all day, they also followed my instructions to give her a puzzle, that I provided, each night, to keep her mentally stimulated. If she doesn’t get her puzzle she will demand in no uncertain terms, that you’ve not fulfilled your responsibility to keep her happy. 😃They also have a fairly well developed and strict vetting policy. Must have all shots current and spend at least two sessions in daycare. All this to keep the animals safe and fully protected.Once you’ve tried the best, forget the rest. I won’t take my Husky anywhere else.

We have been going to Villa La Paws for 4 years now. I can’t say enough good things about Mike And his staff. They treat your pup with respect and always make sure they are safe when playing. They have boarding and grooming available. We have used all the facilities. They also don’t crate the dogs when they board they stay in rooms with other pups they get along with. I am sure you will love this place

Great place. I took my pug❤️ for grooming. The service was great. Mary as our groomer, she was kind and took good care of our baby. The price was reasonable, cheaper than the chain store groomers. The waiting list for day care and boarding is very long we are number 260 and something....

We take our dog here often and they take good care of her. Best to call ahead if you are looking for next day service. They are also the only ones capable of trimming our dogs nails. Anywhere else we’ve gone, they have been unsuccessful.

This facility has been a godsend for my family when we are in need of daycare or boarding. Our dog is afraid of crates, so this crate free facility has been such a gentle, comfortable way for us to board our dog! Wonderful employees who really care about the animals and plenty of playtime and socialization for the pups.

Absolutely great place to keep your pup when away. The staff truly are dog lovers and always one “human” in each room the dogs are in. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to play and sleep time in open rooms with couches. And best part is live camera feeds in each room so you can see your pup anytime from wherever in the world you are.

They did a great job with our dog who is very nervous and timid and hates to be left alone. They were very patient and kind with her and every time I checked in on her via camera I could see staff with her. They also made sure she slept alone (which she needed!). Thank you to Mike and all the Villa La Paws staff for treating my baby like their own!

I cannot say enough about Villa LaPaws. Staff is so friendly and loves all the dogs. My pup goes for daycare on weekends and is beyond excited when we pull up. Everyone knows her name and welcomes her in anytime we are there. We have used them for overnights and watch the dogs on camera and are always impressed with staff in the rooms and cleanliness of the place. Highly recommend

My two dogs were in for the behavioral evaluation and they stayed for a few hours of daycare. I was nervous about my one dog because he’s a rescue and afraid of some people but John was amazing with him. Both my dogs warmed up to him very quickly. My one dog even let John pick him up and he has never let anyone pick him up before. John did their evaluation while we watched and he was very patient and diligent watching the dogs interact. When they were in the play room I was able to watch them on my phone which was reassuring. The dogs seemed to be having a good time. The facility has lots of rooms (indoor and outdoor) and even rooms with couches for resting. I really liked that the whole place is all inclusive and cage free. We are taking the dogs back for daycare next week and plan to board them there when we’re away. I feel assured that the dogs are safe and well taken care of when we are not there.

Villa Paws was great! While on vacation they notified us immediately that our pup was urinating blood. We made an appt with our vet and they took him over and spent so much dedicated time with him there while the hospital did an ultrasound and a bloodwork and other tests. We were able to watch him on the live feeds and see how he was feeling each day in addition to calling for updates. They were amazing and took great care of our dog!!!

We've been taking our dog to Villa since she was a pup. Mainly she stays for overnight boarding. She is now 8 years old. I think the staff and place is terrific but what I think doesn't matter. The test is in the tail. When we take her to Villa her tail starts wagging and she gets excited. That's the doggie stamp of approval and that's what's most important.

Love it here! The customer service is great; the employees are very friendly towards you and your pet. They have a camera online so you can check on your pet and whenever I check, my puppy is having a fun time. They’re great with training too, I have seen a major difference in my puppy’s manners since he started attending daycare once a week.

Just leaving my evaluation and first day here for my dog. I left her for 3 1/2 hours. The girl the entire time was on her phone. My daughter and I watched the attendant take the dogs outside for 3 minutes and then brought them back in. Picked up my dog I asked how long the dogs should go out and they say usually 20 minutes which they did when my dog first got there.. They have no idea what their employees are doing. In addition the girl was on her phone the entire time walking in a circle. we were watching. My dog was in the larger dog room. She had absolutely NO interaction with the dogs. I might be crazy for watching most of the time for the three hours but it’s nice to know what’s happening. I would just like them to be honest and tell me the dogs went out for three minutes. When I first looked at this place During the evening hours, I liked that the girl in the room was interacting with the dogs. It was sweet. Beware and check in on your dog.

I can’t say enough about this place. My dog’s first visit, after the initial (uncomplicated) evaluation process, was 10 days. I’ve never boarded him for that long and was definitely anxious.From my initial visit until the day I picked my dog up from boarding, I felt great. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and reassuring - and clearly loved animals. For the first time, I didn’t call to check on my dog while I was away. Didn’t have to. I was able to see him having fun and being cared for every day and every evening on their webcam.At night, there are “slumber parties.” The dogs are separated into several groups based mainly on size and temperament. They sleep on covered furniture with their “buds” in designated rooms. It’s fun to watch your dog settle down at the end of the day and know he’s not alone in a kennel.I even had a great experience with the groomer. She fit my dog in last minute for a bath and nail trim before I picked him up. She called me personally to let me know when he was ready, and from her feedback about my dog, I could tell she was as caring as the other staff members. And the little fellow looked beautiful!Prices are fair, and there’s no nickel-and-diming. Seamless, easy, and most important, your pet is well-cared for and adored in your absence. I highly recommend Villa La Paws!

A very lovely place. Smells nice and the staff are responsive and I have never seen one having a bad day. My dog loves going there, as he turned out to be much more active than the shelter lead us to believe and he loves to spend time with other dogs. The webcams there are very good and I can see him romping with the other dogs or sleeping o the couches at night. I was wavering on giving a 4 star review because the only problem I have is the place seems a bit small. The outside areas aren't very big and I would like it if they were twice as big. But they can only do what they can, and at least they're there. My dog, Shadow, loves to go and always comes back fighting sleep on the way home before having a very good snooze under the dining table.

Excellent! Wonderful staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We used the boarding services for our cat while out of town since he is diabetic. We loved receiving updates on how he was doing while staying at Villa La Paws and were definitely happy and will be using the services again in the future!

I was searching for a place to bring Duke for a weekend while our family was away for a family wedding. I did my research and stumbled across Villa La PAWS Maple Shade and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From my initial contact to having Duke visit (which was a test for both him and the facility to see if it would be a fit), to the drop-off and pick up was great. Everything went flawlessly; the staff is not only courteous but they are true animal lovers who are not just working for a paycheck! Another awesome feature is that I could see Duke interacting while we were away and saw how happy he was and making new friends! He slept like a baby when he got home - Hats off to the staff for a job well done!Duke wants to come back and we will be happy to bring him back to Villa La PAWS!!

The people that work here, are the most friendliest, outgoing and welcoming individuals that we could ever imagine watching after our baby dog. We started taking our dog to Villa La Paws when it first opened as it's very convenient and our dog is very social so it seemed like a perfect fit. After having boarded him there a few times, he would come back out of character and smelling of bleach which made us a bit nervous so we hadn't used them for quite some time. We decided to give them a try for a recent grooming when we couldn't get in to our usual place and it was fine. I found a couple of bugs on our dog so we decided to try them again to help with a quick bath and possible debugging. Upon pick up our dog couldn't open his eye. In hoping it was just soap, we went home. When we addressed the issue they continually said nothing was wrong but when we took our dog to the vet he had a scratch on his cornea. When telling Villa La Paws of what happened they still continued to say nothing to their knowledge and only offered to give us a credit for 50% of the vet costs. While this was a kind gesture you can be assured we will NEVER be taking our little love here again. I understand accidents happen but BE WARNED!

Mike and his staff love these little fur babies. I've been taking my dog there over a year since she was 4 months old. She always has fun playing and is pooped at the end of the day. They have pool days in the summer for daycare and do a great job boarding as well.

We take our medium sized very shaggy/scruffy dog here to be groomed and they do a great job. The staff is professional and courteous. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We tried another local groomer before Villa La Paws and the other place was scary dirty.

Great resort for boarding your dog! Dogs roam freely in a large room or sleep in a room with dog beds. You also can peek in on your dog via smart phone to see how much fun your pup is having. Much better than a kennel where your dog has to sit in a cage alone.

We take our Yorkie to Villa La Paws and she loves it! She is so excited when we pull up she practically jumps out of the car. Mike and the staff are friendly and answered all of my initial concerns leaving our puppy. I can tell that Zuzu loves them. We can watch her on the webcam anytime to see what she's up to and what dogs she's playing with.

For any working new puppy owner, puppy day care is a must, and Villa La Paws always takes such great care of my puppy. My five month old puppy waits by the door every morning hoping it's a "day care" day and the staff is so friendly from the moment we drop her off to when we pick her up (drop off and pick up are also so hassle-free, which is a plus for the days that I am running a little behind schedule). I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is considering day care for their furbabies.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately, one bad employee can truly ruin the integrity of any establishment. My husband dropped off our dog to be groomed, and before taking him inside, he was watching the dogs playing outside. He saw a woman with buzzed hair pulling at one dog's fur in a very aggressive way, not an assertive way. He saw her do this twice and then kick another dog out of the way. For this reason, we are no longer taking our dog to this establishment. My husband threw his hands up at the woman, as if to say, "what are you doing?", and he said she looked sheepish. He also told the establishment, and they said they would check the tapes and time he witnessed this. We are not following up about it because we already made the decision to stop using Villa La Paws for grooming and doggie day care.

The staff here may very well care about your dog more than you do. They are hardcore pet people and enjoy what they do. They don’t accept every dog, and for good reason- the dogs roam free here and they can’t abide trouble makers. When you’re on vacation and your dog is here, you can keep an eye on them whenever you’re feeling like a helicopter, and you’ll come to the conclusion that your dog may be having more fun than you. If your dog is anxious, this may not be the right place for them, but if they have an inner puppy, they will love it. BTW, rates are comparable with your big chain.
