Harlee is a 5 month old Goldendoodle and she has only had a puppy trim twice at PetSmart with no issues. I wanted her shaved for the summer and they were booked up so I thought I'd try this local place. I explained exactly what I wanted over the phone and my husband took her. They did a Fantastic job, were very pleasant to talk to as I picked her up. My husband said they were very nice as well. Also reasonably priced and she had A LOT of hair to be removed, no matting but her coat was very long.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. My dog got her ears plucked several months ago and we took her back to get groomed a few days ago and get her ears plucked again. The second we picked her up she was shaking her head non-stop and incessantly itching her ears. A few days later and her ears are covered in debris. $200 vet bill later and Robin (the groomer) refused to pay and blamed it on us. She was unapologetic, nasty, and completely unprofessional on the phone. Please DO NOT use this groomer. She does not care about your dog’s Heath or wellbeing.

I have been taking our dogs to Pretty Pooch for approximately 2 -3 years now based on a referral from my mother-in-law and I would not take them anywhere else! Our Shih-Tzu (14) and English Bulldog (8.5. - just passed) love it there. With our English Bulldog, skin allergies were an ongoing issue. Robin was always so forthcoming with insight on how to reduce the inflammation and keep the dogs more comfortable. She didn't even bat an eyelash when I asked her to use the prescription shampoo. Ashley did some fur coloring for us last Halloween for our costumes and I could not have asked for a better outcome! We recently adopted a long hair German Shepherd and did not hesitate to take her to Pretty Pooch for grooming. If you are looking for a place that will take care of your pooch like they are your own, this is the place to be. I have never left short of happy and my dogs' tails are always wagging. Seeing them prance out of the shop after a nice spa day proudly wearing their bandannas always makes my day!

We have a Long Coat Chihuahua that is somewhat of a brat and very uncooperative. Her hair was out of control and in desparate need of a cut. We would groom her ourselves, but it was always so stressful for her and for us. We were always aprehensive to allow anyone to groom her because of how uncooperative she is, so we gave up. One day we called Pretty Pooch to see if they would be willing to groom her. Ashley was able to calm her anxieties away and give her the best groom. We couldn't believe it. She's like a new dog. She looks great. She even let her put two bows on her head! Amazing! We call Ashley, the Bella whisperer. Ashley recognized her anxieties and worked miracles. We would definitely go back. Great groom, great price. Thank you, Ashley.

I have a crazy shutzu and went thru about 6 groomers because no one could groom her. So they suggested a med from the vet. Given that she is much better at the groomers. Ashley does a great job and of she us not there her mom does my dog

Not a fan the girls Ashley and robin are some of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met in my life. I have walked by the door to witness one if not both literally hitting the dogs when the notice I’m there they immediately stop. They are horrible people that really shouldn’t work with animals. I would be afraid to have my animals stay with them for fear they might take it too far and actually seriously injure them. If you care about your pets well being don’t take them to these awful people.

I asked for a certain cut and when I showed up to pick up my dog, he didn't have the cut I'd requested and ultimately had to pay for. Their reason for not cutting my dog how every other groomer has always cut him.... "he (my dog) wasnt feeling it".... not acceptable. I'll go back to Petsmart. Petsmart may 'turn them & burn them' as Pretty Pooch puts it but they DO give me what I ask for as a paying customer.
