Sells Samsung 22cu ft French Door fridge #RF22A4221SR. Faulty fridge/freezer temps warmer than display/settings. You will get sick, you will get nowhere with Samsung customer support. Report temps to proper authorities. Floor personnel very helpful but probably aware of these defects (faulty since 2009 at least)! I found out the hard way. I can’t get a live person through the CS#, only chat, 9 times, 0 satisfaction! Going to NJ Better Business Bureau next! It’s under warranty. Purchased 4/3/23, If you have one, get a temp sensor to monitor, the display will not show actual temps. Buyer beware.

TL;DR I had a horrendous time getting a replacement water heater, but Katie (Customer Service at Maple Shade) was the silver lining that saved the day.Unfortunately, my experience was largely negative. Lowes' IT / delivery scheduling system was down for a day, which unexpectedly delayed my replacement water heater delivery by 2 days. To make matters worse, I wasn't notified and just happened to double check the tracking information on the day of the scheduled delivery. This was particularly problematic because I had a contractor scheduled to do the installation later on the scheduled delivery day.I tried numerous times to call and understand if I could have the water heater delivered as originally scheduled or if I could rent a truck and pick it up myself. I spent over 2 hours on phone calls in my efforts to locate the water heater (it wasn't shipping from my local Lowes) and determine how to get it on time for my contractor to complete the installation. Ultimately, they couldn't deliver in time, so I had to rent a truck.The only reason my rating isn't a scathing 1 star is because the day was saved by two folks in Customer Service.First was a lady in a central customer service line who explained to me that the systems were down for a day, which is why my delivery was suddenly delayed. She did her best to help me determine options to keep to my schedule, which mostly consisted of connecting me to the Lowes (Maple Shade) that had the water heater in stock and slated for the delivery.Second, after several unproductive and/or dropped calls to Maple Shade, I was lucky enough to connect with Katie in Customer Service. She confirmed that the heater was in their store and that I could pick it up. When I showed up, Katie was on a well deserved lunch break, so I had to work with Jess to get the water heater from the back. Despite being told by central customer service that I should get the delivery fee refunded if I pick up the heater, Jess refused. So, not only did I spend an extra 6 hours of my time to acquire the heater (phone calls, coordinating / picking up the truck rental, and travel), I also had to pay for the truck rental and a delivery that will never happen.Thanks to Katie, I at least have warm water for my baby. But thanks to the rest of Lowes, my default moving forward will be Home Depot.

I almost always have a positive experience at the Maple Shade location. This particular visit, James in appliances was super helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly, kind.

I want to thank a Lowe’s employee, Marlene, for taking the time to assist me with a kitchen cabinet handle purchase. Supply chain issues were giving me some issues in getting my kitchen project completed. She got guidance from those in the respective departments and ensured I was getting a complimentary product color. Kindness is so appreciated - especially when you know that is just who the employee is. Great job Lowe’s on personnel.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Literally waited for a gallon of paint to be mixed for over 40 mins. Customer service representatives walked past the desk multiple times and not a single person was capable of mixing paint. Insanity

Horrible. I bought a lamp for my mother with a gift card and she wanted to just exchange it because the LAMP WAS DEFECTIVE. When the cashier did the return, she REFUNDED THE GIFT CARD, which had been thrown away because I used the entire balance on the purchase. How can you refund a gift card?? She asked for just a store credit and they wouldn't do that because they already refunded the money. They said there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to call the gift card company. My mother finally said to just give her the broken lamp back and they said told her it wasn't hers anymore because she returned it. Are you kidding??? To make it worse their attitude was HORRIBLE. We are out $50 and they were literally, "oh well." I've spent a lot at Lowes, in fact it was the only store credit card I had but I'm cancelling it and never shopping at any other Lowes period. Home Depot just gained a new customer.

No ABS pipe, no wyes in ductwork, no 4" roof vents and it is impossible to get a flat cart for loading sheet goods. Go elsewhere if you're a pro.

I met an eager to help young employee, Billy last night 12/5/23 while shopping at the Maple Shade Lowe’s for cinder blocks for a home project. I asked him where they were. Billy immediately offered to load my cart and to load them into my car. Thank you Billy, you made a heavy load so much lighter for me! You are a valued employee.

I am a Lowe’s fan. This one is one of my area but they had two bi fold doors we need so I had to go there. They get 4 stars for two reasons- the guy at my normal Lowe’s called to check stock of the doors I was looking for- the dude who said he’d have them ready didn’t- they where still on the shelf and they were missing hinges on 1 door. (Which admiringly I didn’t notice until I was putting them in the car).

Sales people were very nice during the process of buying a storm door. Now that the door has been installed they do not want to hear from us. Door does not work the way it is supposed to.After all the trouble the only choice is returning it.

I needed to change my shower faucet...l was told to wait in aisle 16 and someone would be there to help...never happened. I final looked up on YouTube what l needed. I'm sooo proud l fixed it myself after 4 trips to the store... But Customer service counter gets an "A" for refunding my money for all the wrong items, l purchased until l found the right one...

The staff at this Lowe's store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! I went in to to buy hardwood flooring, with no idea about flooring. Frank from the flooring department was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful walking me through all the options and their pros and cons. Service here far better than any Home Depot I have been to !!

This location is absolute GARBAGE and Lowe’s will NEVER see another penny from me or my family. I had a dishwasher delivered 1 day before I went into labor with my second baby. It was delivered damaged, the door literally off of the hinge and bent so it could not be fixed. The rolling wheels cracked off inside too so the racks were not attached to anything. I called from my hospital bed, less than 24 hours post c section, knowing I was coming home shortly to a home with no dishwasher and a lack of sleep calling my name. I called 3 times from the hospital. I got zero response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The store claimed I never contacted them AND told them I was lying. They shared the delivery photo of the boxed object where you could not see the damage. An exhausted mom of 2, hand washing all of my dishes, bottles, pump parts, I spent HOURS calling the Lowes store, customer service, emailing the head of customer relations BEGGING somebody to do SOMETHING, and getting nowhere. I finally got in touch with the district manager who told me that now since it was outside of the 30 day return policy, I could not have a refund nor a replacement. I was told that I did not matter, my experience did not matter, and that they were happily taking my money for a unit that was beyond repair. The hours I spent crying over a freaking dishwasher is disgraceful. Lowes does not care about their customer nor their missions and values. I will NEVER even consider Lowes an option even if they are the last place on earth with the thing I need. Everyone involved should be embarrassed and ashamed. I was robbed of precious time with my toddler and my newborn that I will NEVER get back when I should’ve been sleeping and healing instead of slaving over dishes. The damaged dishwasher was delivered February 6th. Today I was able to get a dishwasher from a competitor and I am beyond proud to say so.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The sales associate named Jess was actually rude to me and another customer. She was so belligerent I almost walked out. She told the other customer he needed to mind his own business. I’m not sure what’s going on with Lowe’s right now, but they have no cashiers. They made me walk between customer service and the automated system only to walk me back to customer service. She told tell me that it was my fault that she couldn’t ring up the transaction. Only for the other customer service person to tell her that my account was right there and she still treated me like it was my fault. I’m not sure what customer service means but I’m pretty sure I didn’t receive any. By the way, I’m a pro account of 20 years!

Ordered product online. Product description was incorrect. After waiting more than hour at the store to pick up the product, once it arrived, the product size didn't match the dimensions described online or that I needed. It took another two hours to get some type of resolution. After waiting with my handyman for nearly three hours, and finally being able to purchase the proper item which was nearly $600 more...the store wouldn't even give me a ten percent discount for my troubles; inconvenience; or time wasted. And it will be another two weeks before I get the new item. The staff member handling my issue was as pleasant as she could be, considering she was just as annoyed by the situation as I was.

I had a lot of trouble finding a particular "Tamper Resistant Bolt" in the hardware section as soon as you walk through the door. Unfortunately, the older gentleman whose department it was, couldn't be found by walkie or by isle search. A younger gentleman named "Steve G." who I believe was handling stock at the time or helping the other stock employee, came over (without me asking) said he would pull it up in inventory, find it, or find something suitable.Also I didn't mention this is 5 minutes before closing.Steve didn't rush or push me along, after I found something that would work (not the exact item I was searching for) Steve made sure multiple times that it was OK for my application and he even stayed searching for the exact item and said he would bring it up if he found it and I had not left yet.A+ EMPLOYEES. Even the cashier was awesome and I felt like a PITA (Acronym for 'pain in the...') as it was closing time, I'm there for $1.00 worth of screws, and everyone was still as happy to see me as my dog is when I first walk through the door.My new place for hardware, definitely 2 thumbs up from me. Difficult to find hardware, great pricing, and phenominal service & employees. What more could I ask for?

Went to Lowe’s in Moorestown NJ. Wanted to purchase a new oven. Waited for 40 minutes for a salesperson to finish up with another customer. They said we will be back sorry the other sales person did not come in. So we waited 15 minutes then left and went elsewhere to make our purchase. This is not our first time with issues from this store. We thought we would give them another chance. Failed again.

It’s a shame…this Lowes is easily the worst Lowes I’ve ever been to in my entire life.They are clearly understaffed and poorly run as a store. If I were you, save yourself the 15-30 minutes you’ll waste waiting for any sort of customer support and drive to one of the other two Home Depot’s within striking distance of this one.To be honest, I wish I had more time on my hands so that I could get a job as the manager at this place in order to help it get to where it needs to be as a store. The inability to staff particular sections during prime times of the day is ridiculous.

Purchased a 3300 watt generator with an additional 3 year warranty that cost me 189.99 and I still get hassled for trying to replace it even though I have the original receipt do not waste your money or energy purchasing any power tools from here you will never win, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM LOWES!!!!!!

She cut the wire with a bad attitude omg like if she didn't want to work 4th of July weekend ask for day off so unhappy. Then she had her name tag covered up, ha smart
