I do not understand having an app if it isn't working properly. My prescriptions are either overfilled or not at all. I tried using the auto fill setting, which seemed to make things worse. The pharmacy says it is my Doctors fault, then my Doctor says it is CVS not receiving my prescription refills. I was under the impression that most computers in the medical community receive and request patient information from both systems. If not for CVS being close to where I live, I would choose another location. The pharmacy I use seems to be understaffed quite often.(I cannot fault the pharmacy staff for computer glitches). I am still trying to use the app as it still says it's not available to see my information. Go figure. This app has been updated recently and it takes several tries to close and repeatedly pops up.

I recently had a troubling experience at this pharmacy involving a pharmacy technician with dyed-silver hair and the oversight of the pharmacist. Initially, there seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding my prescription for an antifungal medication, which I was prescribed to take daily for 14 days. However, I was provided with only one pill.When I raised the issue, the technician did consult with the pharmacist, who presumably confirmed the medication was dispensed correctly according to my doctor’s orders. Unfortunately, neither took the time to verify the intended use of the medication – for an esophageal infection, which clearly requires a dosage different than what was dispensed.Despite explaining the situation, the technician insisted that one pill was the correct dosage, which is a significant error. The pharmacist should have been consulted again regarding the appropriate dosage for my condition instead of just assuming the initial consultation was sufficient. Had I not confirmed the correct dosage and duration for my diagnosis on my own, I would have only taken the medication for one day instead of the needed 14, potentially allowing my infection to worsen significantly and spread to additional areas.I was dismayed by the lack of proper attention to patient care and safety, particularly when I overheard the same technician telling her colleague to make anyone with questions step aside, despite there being few customers and ample staff.This experience has raised serious concerns about the standards of customer service and medical accuracy at this location. I hope this review prompts necessary changes to ensure no one else receives incorrect medical advice or feels dismissed. I would advise potential customers to be very cautious when dealing with this pharmacy.

Alexis exhibited exemplary dedication in attending to my needs, surpassing the call of duty. Amidst my ailment, her genuine concern was palpable. Not only was she easily approachable, but she also exuded immense kindness and empathy towards my compromised health. Her benevolence held profound significance, especially considering my habitual encounters which tend to fall short of expectations. Hailing from the southern region, her authentic display of compassion, impeccable customer service, and refined manners resonated deeply with me. Consequently, I find myself inclined to favor this establishment solely due to the warmth and sincerity she radiates. (I was basically dying Y’all!)

I accumulate my coupons and shop with my CVS app in hand. Colgate Optic White spend $20. Get a $10. Cash back coupon. I purchsed 20.67 worth of toothpaste to qualify for thecash back coupon. Yellow Tag on the shelf and I took a picture. The manager will not honor the shelf tag!!! The manager had several answers for WHY she will not honor the yellow Tag. Sooo, I ask to have the transaction canceled and refund my money. Can't do the either because I used my Independence Blue Cross OTC card. $20.00 worth of toothpaste and you can't refund me (I never left the store)I then became anoyed. No $10 cash back and your not going to refund my hard earned benefit as a senior citizen. It not a welfare card. It's part of my Medicare Advantage plan benefits. CVS is closing the Pennsauken store on Browning Road. They chose the WRONG staff to get rid of.

Let me be clear—the pharmacists and associates here have all been wonderful. THEY deserve five stars. But the manager who works here is creepy as hell. He accused me of stealing, so be cautious if you dare to walk out of the store without buying something and (gasp!) carry a bag, even though you have to now because of the state plastic bag ban.Also, I see him talk down to female associates and it’s uncomfortable. I feel welcome in the store when he’s not there, but I’ve definitely heard others in the nearby neighborhood say this manager sketched them out too.

At 9:00 am I was told my medication would not be ready until 11:00. When I called at that time I was rudely told that it would take until 1:00. Why does it take 4 hours to fill an important script?

My favorite pharmacist Courtney and her collogue Kevin are the nicest, friendliest, and best pharmacists ever. They are always very welcoming, and they always make the customer feel at home, and at ease. They give each customer to best and most excellent individual attention, experience, and customer service. Above all they treat the customers like they are their friends. I give them 5 stars. I recommend CVS Pharmacy Maple Shade to anyone, and plan to be a customer for many years to come.

Went in for Flonase Allergy Spray that is over the counter but locked. Someone lost the key I was told went back 4 days later- no keys yet. Who is running this place- clearly not a manager that cares. That product is over $30 dollars and it's allergy season... money lost for CVS. I went to Walmart.

My girlfriend took her 2 childern into the restroom and came out saying it was out of toilet paper and completely disgusting. The floor and toilet were soiled. In the days of our new health scare and most bussiness stepping up cleaning and prevention CVS has gone backwards. Says alot when there wasnt a clean restroom in a business that sells health care products and services. Shame on you CVS !

Theres a manager or Supervisor that works in the evening wheres glasses and has the worst attitude always!She never smiles never says hello always has a dirty look on her face like customers are bothering her!Its everytime I'm in this store!I live in the apartments close to here and will never shop at this location again!If your naturally a miserable person you probably shouldn't be in retail!!!😡😡😡😡

The shelves are always empty. Went in for vitamins shelves were empty, allergy meds empty. And it's been like this for awhile. I actually thought they were going out of business. Very annoying I have to drive out of my way to a store that actually has inventory

Stephanie at the pharmacy needs a serious attitude adjustment. She was super rude and unprofessional. I was in serious pain and trying to get a script filled but she clearly didn’t care.

I don't recommend this place. They discriminate with people based on gender. They also discriminate with people who have Freedom of opinions.There is a person that works in the store by the name of Alexis haines.And I really thought she was a nice person As far as customer service wise.One day I got bored and I was so impressed on how nice this woman was. That I wrote a letter talking about my opinions and Things that involve around life.And I was basically talking about some struggles with social skills and things like that more as a lesson to help. People be aware of these type of things. And not only did I was discriminated upon on that as far as just. This woman taking this letter into a way that I was making her uncomfortable. But she lied and said she didn't get the letter. And I'm thinking that The guy that I gave it to probably throw it in the trash and lied about it. But I didn't think that the individual alexis lied.And called the cops on me. I got on this letter that I'm not asking for nothing from this woman. I don't want nothing from this woman. I just want my freedom of speech to be heard. That's all I said to the woman. Should be fired for what she did because it was wrong. If I'm banned from this store. For just speaking my freedom of speech, she should be fired.This is why I don't take the military seriously. Because when we say we fight for our rights. And when our rights are fully tested. As far as whether or not do we really have the rights that we claim to have, we don't. Very clear that the letter was not intent to make someone uncomfortable or intimidate them.It was just for me to be heard. That's it. I don't care about nothing else. I don't know who this other guy is that work in cVS, But he needs to be fired too. Because he should have asked me or told me. There was an issue with my letter. And I would have been glad to sit down with anybody and told them what I meant and why. Because I don't like when people. Just call the cops on somebody that they don't even know.And the only reason I sat and waited because she said she was going to come back, she told me. I didn't think it was gonna be anything like this. And before I even gave a letter. I asked Alexis. I got a a letter and working on. Regarding you as far as my experience with you. Would it be OK that I give it to you? And she said yes and she told me there was more than one Alexis working in the same CVS store. So. I asked her. If you're comfortable, Madam, would you give me your last name? If you're not, I'll be alright with it. And she told me her last name was haines.I never thought I would be hurt. I wasn't even after nothing. All I just wanted to make sure that she got my letter and that's it. Never attended to go through nothing like this. So be where these people are not only racist, but they're racist against gender if a male contacts a female and has some freedom of speech things to say.And they are character prejudice. And that's the end of that, basically. I got evidence. I got the officer on my phone recorder. I got the letter. And I can show you. That. I wasn't doing nothing inappropriate. I wasn't trying to mean no kind of malice or nothing. Instead of calling the cops. Talk it out like an adult. This is crazy.But somebody needs to fire Alexis haines.
