Nice store!! This location seemed a little smaller than most BJ's I've been to, but maybe it's just me. Be sure to grab a cart from the Cart Corral in the parking lot as there are no carts in or in front of the store. Staff was pleasant. Overall, it's an ok location.

Just started going here for only a few months now and I like the items and prices here! Could be a little lower in prices but there acceptable! The workers are very friendly, and I love there whole cooked rotisserie chickens for $4.99!!

Overall, great place to shop with reasonable prices. However, I dread going alone because I’m constantly harassed by the contracted employees selling solar panels or wanting you to switch cable companies. I get approached and I kindly say “No thanks not interested at this time” and they continue to ask questions, follow you around, and honestly invade your space even after numerous times saying “NO, I’M NOT INTERESTED AT THE MOMENT!” It’s annoying and disrespectful. I come to BJs to shop in peace not to get harassed into buying whatever they are trying to sell. BJ management this needs to be addressed. I’ve been shopping there for years and honestly debating on going elsewhere because of this!

Is BJ's Wholesale Club club worth the membership? I would say for some yes, especially with the $25.00 membership deal they were running which includes an additional household membership. Just like any club or store it pays to know your prices and since you'll be buying in bulk you'll need storage space. Location is also key, although you can shop online with many clubs and BJ's is no exception. BJ's in Maple Shade is one of the few club locations that does sell alcohol at a decent price. They have a great bakery section and good deals on pet items and personal care. I personally found better electronic deals at other stores. When it comes to their frozen and food selections they need to expand options for vegans and vegetarians. The people that work there are friendly. So if you think what you'll save will outweigh the cost of the membership this could be something to consider.

Do NOT order from the bakery. When you show up to pick up your cake, it won’t be there. Even if you call the day before to confirm. Then the person behind the counter has no cake writing skills and will write like this…… a 5 year old can do better. We got no refund or apology.

Workers are rude and they don't honor the coupons in there app or on there website only the ones that come off at the register automatically. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Also the receipt checker said I had 12 items when I clearly had 11 counted them in front of her 2x and still accused me of stealing. Where is the Christmas Spirit in this place??

Deli takes way too long. Every time is a 40 minute wait. Pre sliced cooler is empty. Can't even grab a couple things and go if the line is outrageous.

You can always expect good deals at BJ’s. The staff is very friendly, though it is hard to find one in the aisles to answer questions. But it’s the same deal as other wholesale clubs, such as COSTCO. You. A use the BJ’s smartphone app to check if something is in stock or only available online.

Has the unfriendliest most unprofessional greeter I've ever found. when he's not on his phone, he barely registers that you are a human being. I saw him personally almost get into a fight with an elderly customer. not only did he give him the side eye, it looked like he was going to follow the customer into the parking lot! Watch out! How they hire this disheveled cretin is beyond me. Shop elsewhere. BJs, shame on you.

This BJ's just seems to be hanging on, but everyone here is quite friendly!! I just wish it were a bit more modern. It is rundown and outdated. The parking lot is on a hill and no one cares about the carts so you have to be careful about your car getting dinged!! I do like going here as it is one of the few clubs carrying alcohol to sell!!

My mom has been shopping here for years and she has had 2 very bad experience with the same cashier #494144 I wish I knew her name. The first time I let it go because I understand retail and I know it’s not easy to deal with customers but the second time it’s not acceptable. Please train your employees to deal with elderly people and be more patient and respectful. This cashier has been very rude to my mother to the point she made her cry snatched the cart from her because my mom had forgotten her PIN number didn’t even give her time to try to put her pin. Plain rude my mom is 74 she called me in tears not knowing what was going on just because the cashier wasn’t patient. The bigger issue is my mother unfortunately does not know English completely but she does understand the fact that she acted like she was going g yo walk out with a cart with a few things when she can’t even walkWithout her Cain is insane. Once again my mom has been shopping at this bj got over 15 years. Ended up having to take her to the hospital because her blood pressure was thru the roof after this incident.

Recently ordered a Sandwich ring for a get together and they accommodated my desire for it to be half Italian. It was well wrapped, the amount of meats, cheese and the lettuce and tomatoes were generous and best of all my friends enjoyed it! The price was truly amazing and I find the deli department, in general, to be great! As to the rest of the club, if you're a savvy shopper, you know a bargain when you see it.

Meh.The employees here are pleasant but this place is a real let-down. For a club store, I expected much more inventory and better prices. There wasn't a significant savings than shopping at the average grocery store or big-box department store.If you have a Costco within reasonable distance from you, join that club. I only joined BJ's because the closest Costco to me is over 40 minutes driving. You'll have better product selection and prices there even though Costco is very crowded and a bit stressful to shop at.

This place is the worst for curb side pickup. They mark your items delivered and then tell you there's nobody to bring out your food when you call the store after sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes. Then you see two people sitting around the front door, doing nothing, as well as the customer service rep. It's great when they start questioning you as to why you couldn't walk in and get your own items. Is this real life? I didn't realize being badgered by employees was now acceptable when their corporate policy offers curbside pickup....

Horrible experience! I went with my Mom, who loves this place. I did not buy a single thing. My Mom rode the scooter and filled her cart. Register 4 was broken but still open for customers. Upon reaching the door, I had the displeasure of finding out that five items were scanned by the cashier but not added to the receipt! My disabled Mom had left to return her scooter and came running back in on a cane to find out why I had been detained by security. She was out of breath and alarmed that I was being detained as a shoplifter! I explained that the register was broken, but that did nothing for my embarrassment or hers as security checked eached item and tried to learn the abbreviated names for their products! I don't think I will join BJ's any time soon!

I had in the past and as I received a promotion to renew again, I came this morning to do.I don’t have my old card anymore and for some reason the promotion was not in my purse.Well, the sir who spoke with me said that he only could renew with the promotion and old card.Guess what?! This is the time of the year that I renew my membership, I’ll renew Costco again!This BJ has terrible customer service, I thought it was better but no thanks.Save you a head ache and go to Costco

Im so sick of AT&T 2/3 guys following my wife and I around the store harassing us to sell AT&T! I said NO 5 times! I called customer service and they said they have a station that they shouldn't leave from. I went back today and was harassed again. I don't have any other problems other then AT&T. This is the only BJ's this happens at! I won't be back.

My family and I have shopped here for over 25 years but the customer service has fallen significantly... typical corporate cutbacks... ONE register out of 8 open... in addition, a very long line at self checkout but even so, no one bothered to open up even one more line...6 customers in my line with big orders

BJs in Maple Shade is the worse place to get gas! Long lines. Terrible design!! Rude and lazy attendants on more than one occasion. They would not last one week at Costco! I am deciding which membership to keep along with the credit card. The gasoline issue at BJs may be the deciding factor.

The gas station is RIDICULOUS!All over the country people pump their own gas, and the signs tell us to pull up and pump from either side. Here in Maple Shade, with professional gas station attendants, they only let you pull up and pump on the side with your tank. There are far more of us with the tank on the left. On any given day the pumps that service the right sides are not being used while long lines snake back for us lefties. The professional attendants should be using all the pumps and servicing cars on both sides Instead of checking their phones while half the pumps are unused.

The chicken breast has a horrible smell like rotten. I had been a customer for around 30 years. Now I noticed that during the last 3 months it seems that I have a follower every time I go there making me feel so uncomfortable. Prejudice, harassment because I’m latina and I proudly look Latina. Therefore, I started vídeo them and someone who goes with me from distance as well. I need to document it because is turning to be upsetting. Keep you posted.

The bakery is amazing . Birthday cakes taste better than your local bakery . Thick , creamy buttercream icing and tasty, moist , fresh cakes . Always available to write on your cake ! Friendly bakery staff too!

will.not be shopping this store horrible self check out hand scanners purchased 5 items last item seemed to scan with hand held unit did not register. paid for the items purchased upon getting to the door the door person who checks the register receipts acted with other store personnel as if I was stealing / shop lifting made me feel very very uncomfortable . i asked for someone to help me to find out what was not scanned the one item. no one too help you to resolve a simple issue that made me feel very uncomfortable as customer AND I DONT THINK ITS PROPER FOR THIS KIND OF ACTION IN THE STORE NOT TO HELP ASSIST PROPERLY IS UNACCEPTABLE.

✔ ‼️ BJs shoppers BEWARE‼️BJs apparently saves/retains your debit/credit information without your knowledge or even when you tell them not to retain your person information when they ask if they can. They did it to me WITHOUT my knowledge and approval. The renewed my account without my approval and charged my debit card. The charge actually caused my bank to send me a text that suspicious activity was occurring on my checking account. They actually withdrew money from my bank account during the early morning hours (@1:30 am). Yep, BJs actually took money out of my checking account without my approval. When I called that very morning, I was told by their customer service rep that my debit card info was likey retrained when I did a self checkout and that I must have given BJs permission to use that info in the future by pressinga button! REALLY? I NEVER REMEMBER giving them that permission and why would they deceitfully even include that option during A check out session as I am making purchases in their store, rushing because their is a line of customers waiting behind me Very, Very suspicious and very sneaky on their part, it that is the case, which I don't believe that I evn hit a wrong button! I think it's BS.. I will no longer trust or shop at BJs! They are NOT to be trusted in my opinion. I called the corporate office for an explanation as to why they did this to me, but no response so far. I will post updates! JUST BE AWARE of unauthorized charges by BJs. #BJs

We went there for Outshine Fruit Bars, and they had 84 boxes, but we could not find them, nor could the workers or Manager. How in the heck do you have so many but can't find them? This is a very poorly run store.

Prices are good, but you have to buy in bulk quantities. Great if you have a large family. They do charge a membership fee which cuts into the lower prices that they offer. I was there very close to opening and the store was very well stocked and neat. The cleaners were actually still cleaning the floors. Overall a good place to do you shopping.

Giving this rating because of the gas station. At Costco, the employees are really hustling back and forth to fill your tank with long lines. I see them and appreciate it! At BJs why are the employees more focused on talking to each other and having a good time rather than working? Also with only 6 spots open, why aren't the cars being moved faster when there is clearly a line? The employees need to really learn how to do their jobs and not shoot the breeze with each other while cars are waiting. I get work needs to be fun and enjoyable, but when there's a long line of cars can you please watch your stations.
