The seafood customer service is horrible, your waiting at the counter for 10-15 min , then the employee shows up after 7 pm just to tell you that they stop steaming food at 7 pm. Then when you go to customer service counter to make a complaint they refuse to tell you the general manager name or number. Then I leave the store and try to call back to get that information and nobody answers the phone . The store is well kept but the staff makes it a horrible shopping experience!!!

Ordered online for curbside to be brought out to my vehicle. Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. This is the 5th time I had to go inside and pick my own order. I asked 1 of 3 people just standing around if there was someone to assist me in gathering my order. They just all looked at each other. 1 person finialy walked over and got a manager. If your short handed , I get that. My suggestion is that you notify your customers that you don't have a runner to bring out thier order.

Purchased cooked Chicken TENDERS from the Acme deli at 5pm for a quick meal when we got home after spending $200 on groceries! The "tenders' were so hard and dry we couldn't even bite through them!!! Completely inedible. They should really be ashamed. Waste of $8!

I want to give you guys a 5 so bad but the rudeness that your deli clerks show is outrageous!! Quality is awesome, convenience is awesome but unfortunately some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been coming here for about a month now to get my weekly lunch meat because the variety and quality outmatches any deli in this area!!! But the staff is so rude that I’m actually considering going elsewhere! Management should really address this!!

I love this store. I don't find the prices to be more expensive and most importantly, the deli ROCKS. It's really hard to find someone who knows how to cut lunch meat thin. This Acme is very consistent & never disappoints. The employees are always so nice too. And did I mention they can actually cut THIN lunch meat properly? Lol. Thanks, best Acme around.

Cashier makes a mistake. No problem, we all do. Went to customer service and made to wait 35 min for someone to come back from break. No one else could help. Others waiting also. Unacceptable!! I will never spend another dime there. Customer service has NO customer service!

great produce as well as meats, very organize and clean. While shopping we heard over the intercom employees calling out Tammy wishing her a happy birthday. Both my wife and I had a smile on our faces and when leaving we also wished Tammy a happy birthday. Only Acme.

Store is clean and well stocked with most items. I wish there were more gluten free items but all other depts are well done. Today Meghan was my checker and she was quick and friendly. I forgot a bag and she caught me before leaving, saving me a return trip. Kudos to her!

Editing this review from 1 to 5 stars:now it is the best in the area. Don’t know when things changed but they certainly have. This is now the easiest place to go to and most affordable. They’ve also now added two aisles of self checkout which makes checking out a breeze. People seem nicer too.===========Very frustrating experience. There were only 4 registers open on a busy Sunday afternoon, 2 regular and 2 express. My girlfriend and i had two baskets full of things (altogether 29 items) and we didn’t go into the express lane because of such. One of the cashiers told us to go in the express lane, so we did. When we got up to the express cashier she rolled her eyes and asked us if we knew we were in the express lane. Even after explaining that we were sent there by another cashier, she continued to complain. If it was still such an issue we could have paid separately to follow protocol. Instead she continued to complain about how she personally did not care, but that all the patrons behind us would.Please staff your store properly for any weekend rush. I have yet to see any more than two cashiers at any given time and would appreciate some thought by management to prep for situations like these.

ACME is gr8 for their Sales... The Just 4 U Digital Coupons on the ACME App, are the Bomb! However I wanted to purchase Fresh Tomatoes at ACME & found that they were from Canada... In the Garden State??? Good meats, & Fresh Seafood are Available, and in stock most of the time. Check the Sale circular, there's always a decent amount of stuff on Sale!

They don’t always have what you want. However they are clean with COVID cart prevention wipes at the door. I couldn’t ask for more. It smells very welcoming inside like a fresh breath of air. They get 4 stars for having an amazing clean store. They lose a star for lack of self checkout lanes. Please modernize your checkout lanes a bit? Otherwise great job 👏🏽 Acme

Acme is owner by Kroger foods as it was bought by the largest market chain in the entire world. The prices need to drop down at these places but that's big business for you.. ... greed is where it's at. Everyone wanting fame and fortune.

This is a small neighborhood Acme and it's possible to do a quick shop here. If you bake, this is a good place to visit. They carry bread and pastry flours and have better prices.

Locals know this grocery store as "Acme" or "The Acme". This grocery store sells food. The food they sell is meant for human consumption. Humans who enjoy consuming food might be able to find things they enjoy in this grocery store. This grocery store is known by locals as a place where food can be bought. You can't usually sell food there without going through the proper channels. If you show up at Acme with a bunch of vegetables that you grew in your garden at your house, they probably won't buy them from you if you bring them to Acme. Don't let that stop you from trying though. They might have changed their policy regarding such things. They people who work at the store won't necessarily come to your home to cook the food you buy there for you. If you are expecting the people who work at Acme to come to your home to cook the food you buy there, you might be surprised to learn that they are not going to come back to your home with you to cook for you. Don't let that stop you from asking. They might enjoy stopping by your home to cook for you in their free time. You will never know until you ask!

I thought I would try an Acme I haven’t been to before. Well, it seems poor shelf stocking is not isolated to my regular Acme location. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to keep the shelves stocked. It wasn’t the beginning of the month and it was only two days into a 7 days sale.

EVERYTIME I go to this ACME I always experience issues with the Deli Section. The 2 individuals that work behind this counter always appear to be miserable and never fail to be rude to the customers. I was the only person in line and still was kept waiting for over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. The woman behind the counter said she was "working on another order" which is fine but that doesn't prevent acknowledging me and letting me know that I am not just being ignored. As for the Miserable Man behind the counter his attitude and lack of customer service suggests that he is in the wrong line of work. It's not asking much for simple courtesy especially when you are in a job that requires you to be a representative of the store and interact with customers.This review is being left after 4 awful experiences with the same people from the same department. I'm surprised these 2 individuals are still employed by the store and wonder why they even want to be in a customer service position.No longer will I be going to this ACME and I recommend avoiding the Deli section all together. Hopefully the store makes a change and puts these 2 crabby individuals in the back somewhere out of sight from customers.

This is by far thee best Acme around. I love the lady in the seafood department, she's there all the time with a smile and happy demeanor, she deserves a raise and a vacation! I can always find all my dessert and seafood needs when I come there. I've never had an issue with finding help or any of my questions being answered.

Acme is un-American! Very disappointing check out experience. There was only one register open with a line wrapping around the corner. At the self checkout there were no visible signs saying credit only. There were no employees at customer service and there was no one watching over the checkout lines. Only when i went to pay did i see a tiny sign saying credit only. This is un-American to not accept legal US tender, and very disappointing.

Stopped in for there fried chicken and woman at counter was not very personable. The chicken was not very warm and not fried completely so it was a little doughy on outside but done inside.

I herd great things about this place but when I went it was a nightmare. It all started when I was trying to throw a surprise party for a friend of mine. Little did I know I could not use my car to get there. I tried to explain to them i would like certain items on hold. Because i called before and they had very little inventory at the store for my required items. I was even willing to pay over phone so when i got there it would be safe. They charged my card and was a huge hassle when i went in and my supplies i had purchased were gone. They didnt even want to refund my money. Apparently they have had issues like this in the past. Rather go anywhere else then here.

Shopping on a weeknight you would think it would be a positive experience, less crowded/easy to look around and navigate the aisles. However, they had one cashier tonight - ONE!!!!!! The store was slow but not that slow and it took forever to check out because many people had large orders. Completely poor customer service experience for this store to not provide adequate staff.

It's Sunday and the only Express cashier leaves her register to help someone! While it's nice that she wanted to help, that's what the managers are for. I have yet to stop in there for something quick and it was quick. The cashiers are miserable and complain that they are so tired. I have never seen such poor customer service. I only go there when desperate and only a few supermarkets carry my extra dark Unique pretzels.

I overall enjoy shopping at Acme. I have yet to meet any above average store clerks.I think some items are pricey but they also have some great sales/deals. I love there 4/$20 meat packages, plenty to choose from.
