Good luck finding an attendant here. Went by to fill up my tank and had to help out some other people that didn’t know how to fill up their gas cuz there wasn’t a single person there. There was about 6 cars just sitting there waiting for someone help. On top of that went in for a bite after and had the driest chicken I have ever eaten. Just go to quickcheck to actually get service and decent food, this place needs some proper management.

There is never a gas attendant when I really need gas. Every time I sit there and wait just in case their chatting inside as they seem to do often when I come by. However, it's only about 20% of the time I see someone outside. They should at least mark off the pumps when closed so you don't waste your time.

Why have a bathroom when you don’t allow customers or potential customers to use it? If it’s a dirty bathroom, then clean it ever so often so it can be ready. Don’t support business that can’t offer not even the convenience of a small bathroom. Period

No gas attendant in sight. 2 other cars were also waiting. I tried to just pump it myself but they have the stupid pumps locked so it has to be done by an attendant.....whenever one decides to show up

Worst royal farms and worst experience EVER! The employees literally act like they’re bothered by anyone who comes in. Even at the start of their shift, which is absurd. I asked for the manager after being treated rudely at 6AM (I walk in and a man is arranging bananas, while on the phone. We lock eyes for at least 30 seconds and he didn’t even pause his conversation to say good morning. I didn’t mention it, until I got to the register and was given attitude because when I was told the self service registers weren’t open I said that’s fine I have cash. I wasn’t ready on my cigar selection and he literally acted as if it was such a bother for him to assist me in my purchase. At which point I mention his attitude, as well as lack of professionalism. I ask for the manager and sure enough the manager was the MAN WHO WAS TREATING ME RUDLY! When I asked for his district managers contact information, he directed me to the website to make a complaint, all the while talking to me nastily. While making my complaint he says “you can leave now” and walks toward the front door to hold it open as a “get out gesture” soooooo baffled at how he behaved I continued to write my complaint in the spot i stood in. He called the police, which was fine with me. Honestly! They showed up and explained despite him having no valid reason for wanting me out the store I was asked to leave and should I return it would be considered trespassing. I gladly left him and those three officers in the store and continued on with my complaint. No follow up, phone call, apology. NOTHING! I wouldn’t return to this location or any other if I was PAID! The years I spent living in Maryland I’m way too familiar with royal farms and this is NOT the level of customer service or representation I’m used to seeing. Send help! Quick, because this ain’t it.

First time at royal farms, staff are very nice and their fried chicken is actually fantastic, the coffee is really good as well! Creamy froth! I actually ride my motorcycle from Hamilton to go for lunch. Very good better then Wawa!

The chicken is just plain bad, and the subs are not any better. The cashier is never at the register, so when the self checkout machine goes haywire, you're on your own until somebody appears from the back. The local drug dealers and panhandlers love this place. You're better off going somewhere else.

The food is so nice and so tasty but I've never been here without my order being wrong. I've had biscuits not given, whole spicy chicken sandwiches not given and mash potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. The employees are over worked and understaffed.I never really ever need a human anymore for checking out, self check is more than easy for me to do but for others its like using a NASA computer, so having someone checking people out would make the line go faster.But at least the place is clean.

This is the WORST royal farms I have ever been to! I am familiar with royal farms from visiting Delaware and thought oo great there is one in manville now. This is my 3rd time visiting this royal farms and will be my last due toThe lack of items available. For being a chicken place , you should have chicken available at all times.I ordered a 8 piece which comes with 2 Breast, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drum sticks. I received 4 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drums sticks. 2 thighs do not equal 2 breasts. Customer service I received today was horrible. The man seemed to be bothered by doing his job. Honestly I should have canceled my order and walked out but I didnt want to have to deal with them and getting a refund. Never again.

My experience at Royal Farms was very good this gas station is very clean and has a great selection of drinks chips candies. And they also have lots of fried chicken The employees are also very friendly. The prices are average this convenience store also has a clean bathroom

I love people who write 2 page reviews about a food store as if they're NY Times food critics a d people care about their opinions. 🤣Anyway, this Royal Farms has to improve in some aspects to measure up to the RF stores in Maryland and Delaware. They're making an effort though and it's starting to show.As for the food....if you're a fried chicken fan and do not like RF's chicken, you're probably just a miserable person who finds fault in everything

I was excited to try their chicken because some girl that works there said it's amazing and honestly I got a sub and was so disappointed . I would like a refund because I can't believe what I just ate.

This place is terrible. The only reason they get 2 stars is because their chicken is awesome. Aside from that their employees are about some of the worst I have ever encountered. Will blatantly ignore you and generally seem to not know what they're doing or care for that matter. Good coffee and chicken, everything else is awful. Really can't stress enough how bad the service is.

So I love this place. It’s always clean. The cooks in the back could use a little more training or encouragement. I bought the children’s quesadilla and it was not toasted, hard to handle if it’s not toasted. The food is a little salty but I like that about the company. I can always come here for late night cravings. The salads are nicely portioned and their selection of beverages is very affordable compared to Wawa and Quick Chek. The ladies behind the counter are always very nice. I just wish they had a more detailed menu as far as nutrition.

I have tried going in there for the third time now and each time i regret my decision. The place is clean and orderly but during a pandemic is not the place you want to go! Each time i find either employees or costumers with masks pulled off their face. I decided to give it one more chance this evening and when i came in i felt good about it, everyone had masks on correctly. I grabbed some things than proceeded to the very back where the chips are, i get chips than head back towards the register. At this point all the previous costumers have left and new have arrived 3 people total but 2 of them were together, one lady was at the atm had her mask on the person she was with had it pulled down to his chin. She was saying something was wrong and the man with his with his mask off was infront of the food ordering station yelling over to her mask off and coughing!!! Not one employee said a thing!! Than a younger female was there and did not even have a mask at all! And she was fully being helped and not told a thing! I tried to get out of there so fast. I nedded to get cigarettes as well but i just wanted to get out of there so i rushed over to the self scan and rang myself up real quick because no one was even at any registers and bolted as quick as i could. This is why i stick with old and faithful quik check! Any time you are in quik check as soon as someone comes in with no mask or not worn correctly any of the employees quickly tell them they are not allowed in there without a mask and worn correctly! That was my last straw im sticking with quik check!!

I absolutely love it. Whatever you get is great. The chicken sandwich is on par with Chick-fil-A. Definitely better than Popeyes and KFC combined. I definitely recommend it to everyone except vegans.

2nd time I have bin here to get some chicken. I went about a month ago. I got the 4 peice box meal. It comes with 5 wedge fries for 10.00 bucks. The chicken was dry and nasty tasting . I gave it another try today . The food was the same. Old , dry sitting around way to long. This time I went around 200 pm. Will not go back.

Went there for the first time a couple of days ago, lots of workers standing around confused as how to quiet the alarms that we're going off.Standing by the drink despensor was an employee with tattoos and not wearing a face mask eating a piece of chicken. Very unprofessional but hey IT'S MANVILLE.

$17 for a 5 tenders meal with a gatorade. Chicken was ice cold, French fries weren’t even cooked.
