Update Dec 2023 - I just returned to have a portrait of our late dog tattooed by Denny. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The skill and level of detail Denny puts into his work is unbelievable. He was laser focused the entire six hours we spent together. I could not be happier with the result. He absolutely killed it ! The artists at Heirloom are some really talented folks. Don't take my word for it get down there and check it out for yourself. You wont be sorry. Peace.Aug 2020 -For anyone considering a tattoo here I would highly recommend. I needed a small, quick, but important tattoo and Keven hooked me up. Very cool cat and great artist. Also know that Chad there does awesome work as well since he did a few pieces for me years ago at another well known shop. I think its important to point out that the shop is clean and artists pay considerable attention to keeping it that way. Equipment is top shelf as well. I will be back.

Got a tattoo today with Denny. His work is incredible if you're looking for realistic tattoos, this is the guy to see. The shop was super clean. The atmosphere was great and everybody there seemed to be down to earth. I can't say this about most tattoo shops but even the bathroom was sparkling clean. I found my new home and definitely will return sooner than later.

Tiffany pierced my navel four years ago, and I loved it. I decided I wanted my nose pierced and I wanted to go to her again. After looking on the Heirloom Tattoo website, I saw "walk-ins welcome." I decided to get my nose pierced today with no appointment because the website said "walk-ins welcome." I walked in and was immediately greeted and told to sit in the waiting area until Tiffany was finished with her current client. I was given a sheet to fill out, and my ID was scanned while I was waiting. The next three hours, four clients with appointments came, got pierced and left. Tiffany never asked me if I had an appointment even though I was waiting there longer than anyone else. Once I was the last one in the waiting room, she asks me if I'm being helped and I tell her I would like my nose pierced. She asked me if I have an appointment, and I tell her no. She tells me she's fully booked for the night, and I need to book an appointment through her private website (a website that is not listed on the Heirloom Tattoo website.) She told me to give her the sheet I filled out so she can rip it up (didn't see why that was necessary) and proceeded to rip it up in front of my face. Tiffany is a very talented piercer, but she needs to work on her people skills. Just because you have a skill doesn't mean you're able to speak to anyone any type of way.Service: Nose piercing

Tiffany is rude. I took my little sister to get a piercing with her years ago. She did her belly piercing and it came out amazing. I told my sister to go back to her for her nose piercing. She waited HOURS just for Tiffany to say that she needs an appointment and needs to book through her website. NO one told her anything the whole time she sat there. The situation made sense but it didn’t help that she took my sisters info sheet and ripped it up in front of her.

Although the place is friendly, nice and well maintained. The artist who did my tattoo didn’t do a good job. It went to deep on my skin and blowout the tattoo. In some areas, ink is missing and other it’s just a mess. Everything is visible in the pictures.

I was pierced by Tiffany and she has a hell of a personality, in the best way! She was very knowledgeable and will be straight with you, with no pressure. She wants you to understand what you're going to need to do (cleaning it etc.) She doesn't skip corners. I'm going back for my medusa now that they can pierce under the mask. The guy at the door was nice when he took my temperature before letting me in too. I really like the vibe, and I have my eye on an artist for my next tattoo as well.

My twin sister and I walked in on a weekday to get our first tattoo. The artist Denny greeted us immediately and was extremely friendly. We explained it would be our first tattoo and he was understanding, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The shop was extremely clean and organized. Denny had a light hand and kept my sister and I smiling and laughing the entire time! We had a great first tattoo experience and can't wait to get our second one. I've gotten two piercings with Tiffany, my septum and my labret. Tiffany is super sweet, thorough, efficient, fast, and very very clean. I was so comfortable with her and had minimal pain during the piercing process and great healing results when I followed her instructions. As soon as you walk in it’s nice and open relaxed feeling and very clean. Someone always greets me and all the employees I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. Chad is the artist who tattoos me, he is professional and helpful if your not sure on your design he works with me to make it what i envision. His tattoo style is awesome and creative. I have black shaded and color tattoos by him as he’s great at both styles. I continue to go to him for all my tattoos bc the shop is clean and chad is professional, respectful and does great art work.

Went here for a piercing. I got my first done at Limited Too in grade school with a gun. Tiffany was sensational. Not only was she so polite and kind, but she was so careful and sanitary. She was full of information about after care and the actual process. She also let my sister and I know what type of places to avoid and how a lot of places are so dangerous and rip you off. I had no idea. She was a gem and I would highly recommend her.

I was having trouble putting in some earrings and Kevin took care of me right away..Tiffany pierced my daughter's nose and ears also and did a great job also..Above all the shop is clean and sterile which is huge to me!! Let's start at the beginning. These guys are so strict when it comes to sanitation. In my experience, cleanest shop I've been to by far. Not your every day shop. This place is clean and professional beyond belief.Second, the art. I've been to and/or seen the work produced elsewhere nearby and it is clear that if you're looking for clean lines and perfect tattoos Heirloom is the only game in town...even county.It's extremely apparent how picky they are when it comes to staff. Don't take my word for it, look their work up online and on instagram. Insane.Last but not least is the overwhelming feeling of comfortability. These guys are so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and getting exactly what it is you came in to get. every customer is welcomed with a smile and plenty of time is given one on one to ensure that every expectation is met.I'm not a big review writer at all, but I was compelled to put this out there.Thank you so much to everyone at Heirloom. I was on holiday (from Britain) in mid-July, so not only was my first tattoo going to be in a foreign place, I was also budgeted.These guys were incredible on all fronts. Chad worked with me within my budget to get the most out of my proposed design.I went in on the Wednesday, and booked the appointment for the following Friday.Hygene, running me the through the procedure, was all top notch, and I THROUGHLY recommend these guys to.anyone. im so sad to wake up this morning and be so unhappy with my tattoo and my experience here. I will start by saying that the people here are very nice and I'm not one to usually leave reviews especially not bad ones but I just don't want what happened to me to happen to someone else. I have several other tattoos so this wasn't my first but my 8th. I went a month prior to my appointment to book and have a consultation about my tattoo and convey it to an artist. unfortunately i was not able to meet or talk directly with the artist assigned to me and instead what I wanted was conveyed to the him by a third person. I never heard back to confirm my design or my appointment so I called back the following week. I was told by the artist who would be doing my tattoo that he received the instructions but that he wouldn't be able to sketch a draft until the week of which I was okay with so long as I got to see it a couple days in advance because I was concerned about not seeing the design. I'm used to a very back and forth collaboration if need be especially for bigger pieces but instead I was asked to come only 30 mins before my appointment to review the design. when I saw the original draft it was vastly different than what I had originally conveyed. we spent hours going back and forth until we came to something that was passible. I was so tired, so hungry and so not used to having to redesign something over and over right before that I settled. I accept responsibility for getting the tattoo even tho it is far from what i wanted. It was hard for me to speak up about how unsatisfied i was especially since everyone was so nice and I was told how uncooperative past clients had been and felt guilty to say more or walk away after having wasted so much time there. I know thats my doing, that I should have trusted my instincts and left, and I now have to live with this regret...I guess what I don't understand is why there was such a lack of communication to begin with? why couldn't i speak with the artist directly? why weren't my reference photos saved for reference? why did we wait till the day of to have the conversations we needed to have from the get go? why was I assigned to an artist whos style is drastically different from what I wanted? Im so unhappy and now have to find another artist to hopefully fix what was done. Its even crooked and not drawn properly which I assume is not due the artist's skill but just that he is used to a particular style of tattooing. after being given his instagram AFTER getting my tattoo its very clear I should have been given to someone else or told straight away that thats not something they do.Always trust your gut and be sure that the style done here is what you're looking for because I'm not sure how something so simple got turned into something so far from what I had invisioned.
