What an amazing experience at this Car dealer. When I first seen the 1997 Toyota forerunner go up for sale on the website I called them immediately however they told me that the car had already had a deposit on it and the person was coming to get it. It was very sad but this however four days later as my search for one of these continued I received an email from them at 6 PM on Saturday night saying the car was still available. I called them immediately and the guy answered the phone we spoke for about 20 minutes he told me it was still available and told me all the things I wanted to know about the car he was very upfront and honest and open. Me and my son went down on Tuesday got there around 7 o’clock at night and even though they were supposed to be closing we stayed open and let us take the truck out for a ride all by her self for around 30 minutes. We went back told them that they like the car they even offered for us to use their garage and their lift to put the vehicle up so we can look underneath it. This is definitely out of the ordinary for any Car dealer to do. These guys were totally upfront and honest about everything about the car and I was very happy about that. The car turned out to be an absolute great buy. If you’re ever looking for a car be sure to use crossroads motors they will definitely give you an honest deal on a vehicle and their communication and business model is something a lot of other companies should use. After purchasing a car we drove back to Pennsylvania to get inspected took it to the mechanic shop and got it inspected and it did not need anything at all which is very surprising with buying a 20 year old used car. My son is very happy with this vehicle he’s going to convert it into a vanlife and live in it on the west coast for 6 months. Can’t say enough enough good things about Crossroad Motors and their staff. Keep up the great work.

I don't know crossroad motors however I do know the car business for 25 years and I do know that Julian motors in Irvington New Jersey sold me a Chevrolet Blazer on January 14th of this year 2024 and it was a pretty nice car even though I paid for it in cash and it was represented as a vehicle that was a private selling vehicle even though it was from a dealer I said okay I understand I've been around the car business so enough to understand and I shook his hand and it was fair square deal and because it was a Sunday I took his word that he didn't have the title but then I paid a doc fee I shouldn't have paid and he said we could do this inside or out of the gate but crossroad motors has nothing to do with this I'm replacing this on Julian motors but my title says that they purchase the car from the crossroad motors so maybe if crossroad motors wants to help out they can and because I'm getting nowhere with Julien

They made my wife's Jeep look brand new inside and out after a full season of sand, snow, salt and cheerios from the kids. Excellent work and very friendly and easy to work with -- will definitely be back again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their car or truck detailed out.

Great experience! Brought a used car I just purchased for detailing and couldn't have been happier with the results. Hani, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and his staff was friendly and helpful. The detailing on a fifteen year old car completely changed the appearance from drab & run down to immaculate. Very fair price & I would recommend for anyone looking for a clean car & hassle-free experience.

I scratched my car in several spots (+20) trying to take away tree sap- it was embarrassing and sad to look at my car. The damage was serious and several other places offered me to paint it over. This place offered an excellent service, with an amazing price and the result was beyond my expectations! I can not be more happy with how fast, honest and professional they were. The car looks like new!!!I highly recommend this place for paint services and detailing!

I brought my car here to get detailed - specifically one area because my dog had gotten sick in the car the night before…. when i saw my car afterwards i was in SHOCK. Crossroad motors is a great place to go get a vehicle. They have a nice selection of used vehicles and they do detailing. Hani is a very pleasant person to do business with and very helpful and honest. He made the purchasing of a vehicle smooth and relaxing. I recently purchased a SUV and he double checked the car to make sure everything was good and ready to go. If you're looking for a vehicle give this place a try.

I brought my car in this morning to be detailed. I'm a dog groomer, so it had about 3 years worth of hair ground into every surface. I don't know how they did it, but it was ready exactly when they said it would be, and every bit of hair is gone! It looks brand new. Well as new as a beat up old VW can look. They are magic, i would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Brought my car in for complete detail service. Not only did they do an unbelievable job but my car came out looking brand new !!! Showroom condition !! I've driven past this place so many times and never really paid much attention to what was going on. But my car has been in serious need of a good cleaning and the detailing sign on the building finally caught my eye. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try, after reading the Google reviews, of course! They detailed my 2011 pearl white CTS and it looks gorgeous. The car is in very good shape to begin with but I have to admit that I'm not the best at giving the interior the care it needs. After the full detailing, the exterior shines like new and feels so smooth to the touch. And the interior is spotless. I'm so happy with the work they did. And the cost is so reasonable. I would go back again and would not hesitate to recommend that anyone give them a try. Thank you Hani and team for such great service.

My son bought his first car from this dealership, while he is still in college. Within two months, the engine failed and both the engine and brakes needed to be replaced, costing over $3000. The owner was very rude and unwilling to help stating that it was not his problem, even after telling us to let him know if there are any major problems with the car after purchasing. Mind you, when we bought the car, the check engine light came on while driving it off the dealership property. This was brought to the owners attention immediately and he said that his mechanic fixed the issue... clearly not. I do not recommend buying from this dealership and if you do, make sure to have your own mechanic that you trust look at the car before purchasing. I am looking to take legal action.

I came here to buy my first car as a college student. When I first bought the car, the day I took it out the parking lot, the check engine light popped up. I was surprised and disappointed, but the owner there fixed it up for me.After only driving the car for three months, the engine completely failed. The car only had 100,000 miles and I was extremely disappointed. I talked to the owner and there was no sort of help given. I was hoping to find a reliable car that could last me awhile, not something that would die out within two months.

Wow!!! I brough my SUV here to get detailed indoor since I had been bringing lumber and all sort of dirty stuff in it. I have a dog too and there was hair EVERYWHERE. I dropped it off at 10am and got it back at 2pm. The job they did is beyond my expectations. I'm so off overwhelmed by their service that I'll be sending everyone here. They need more recognition!

Really pleasant guys to work with. Moe and Hani are very friendly, knowledgable. Offered the most competitive price for the year/make/mileage I was looking at. When visiting their office, I took the car to get evaluated by a 3rd party mechanic who found the expected things for a car with 100k (worn break pads, worn bushings). They offered to have these things replaced at no additional charge before finalizing deal, which was reassuring. I actually came out from New York, and Moe offered me a ride back to the train station, and even delivered it to New York for me to spare me a very long return commute after repairs had been done.No hidden fees or any of that nonsense, but it does bring up the one "negative," if you can call it that. The only thing you might expect if you're used to dealing with a big dealership is that they let you handle the state registration process on your own, at least if you're coming from New York. This was my own preference as I didn't want to deal with additional fees through them (would rather just deal with DMV directly),so it wasn't an issue for me, but something to be aware of.For the prices they are offering on cars, I got much better service than I expected. I will certainly be looking them up again whenever I'm back in the market for a used car.

Very pleasant buying experience got a very nice car at a reasonable price . The owner was extremely helpful and very honest , he hand picks vehicles and makes sure they are in excellent condition before putting them up for sale .
