Amazingly clean and the staff was super friendly as well as helpful. It's obviously a new location however they have an abundance of employees around every area of the store to assist you. Kudos to the management and the everyone working there for having such a successful opening. As busy as it gets they seem to have a tremendous amount of awareness and checking out is efficient and quick.

This shoprite is very clean, but as I was putting my groceries into my reusable bags one of the male employees at the self checkout accused me of not paying for them. Of course I had and I felt singled out. I left feeling upset because even though I rightfully payed for the bags, the employee interrogated me in a rude tone. A great shoprite, just with an employee with room to learn about customer service.

I was super pleased with how open the space was. I was nervous about how busy it was but they still managed to get us out quickly! They had plenty of cashiers at the ready which made it super easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to shop for anything if you’re looking to spend a little extra money!

My favorite place to get groceries. In christmas eve, one of the busiest days, it was clean, stocked and had every register open. Staff is very friendly and parking lot always has atleast one employee gathering carts.

Among the various ShopRites in this vicinity, this particular location stands out remarkably. It boasts a more expansive selection, a noticeably larger floor space, and a staff that exudes professionalism and warmth. I would highly recommend utilizing their 'Order Express' for deli items to optimize efficiency. Additionally, their ready-to-eat section is vast, offering a diverse array of choices. In comparison to other branches, such as the Brick ShopRite, this establishment undeniably sets a higher standard.

Our go to grocery store! Fresh veggies and fruit as well as the deli and seafood. So many different options and a wide variety of food! They have great catered food as well. We recently had a party and people were shocked that the food was catered from ShopRite. Easy pickup and absolutely delicious!

One star for the “ fresh rolls” I wonder who the genius was who implemented the plastic containers for the bread! First of all while the bread looks fresh you can’t feel the freshness & more times than not they’re not very fresh! This was the second time I bought rolls & they are not real fresh. Also I can’t imagine these plastic containers are any more environmentally friendly than the bags they used. Won’t be buying anything in those bulky plastic containers again. Spoke with a few store employees about them & was told they get cut up handling them! I wonder what the advantage is

Saw a deal on haagen-dazs ice cream "buy 2 for $5" Great! Bought 8 of them... Upon inspecting the receipt at home, I realized I was charged full price on 6 of 8. Cmon people......

Bakery department rushed me off of the phone. I came here last year and ordered a beautiful flamingo cake for less than $50 and this year I paid $58.99 for this terrible looking cake. I asked for a “fruit / watermelon” theme and received this.

I just need to give a GIANT shout out to Cheryl and the whole floral department at Wall Township Shop Rite. I planned my wedding in 3.5 months. I called Shop Rite to see if they could do the floral arrangements for my wedding. I needed 16 centerpieces, 2 altar flowers, one bridal bouquet with cascading greenery, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 flower girl bouquet, 10 boutonnieres, and 2 mother's corsages. They did it all and far exceeded all expectations!!! I got soooo many compliments on all of my flowers and people were shocked when I told them they were from Shop Rite. Everything was positively gorgeous. Cheryl was so easy to work with and even delivered all the centerpieces to my venue. I am so so so appreciative!!!!!!

I an a loyal ShopRite shopper and I was very, VERY impressed with the ShopRite of Wall Township. They carry a great selection of beach chairs as well as everything you might need for your time at the beach. Plus, this might be their biggest grocery store !

Unfortunately, I will not be shopping at this Shop Rite. I had a terrible experience with online pick up. Nicole the manager was not helpful at all. I would rate 0 stars on customer service & satisfaction. I understand everyone is busy and it may be extremely difficult at times to take a moment and actually address an issue but some patience & taking the time to investigate an issue a little further is what would have made all the difference. My last trip to this location was the most inconvenient and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been using online pick up at other locations for two years and have never had an experience like my last trip to this ShopRite. It is really ashame and upsetting to me that people work jobs they are not happy with, feel rushed, and are truly incapable of fulfilling the demands of their position.

Absolute trash. I was trying to get baby formula for my 1 month old. It was 10:43pm and the locked the doors. A worker with brown hair and a black jacket was by the door shaking her head saying I couldn’t come in. I’m sorry but saying your open until 11pm used to mean something. This establishment no longer has my business. Unbelievable. Never again. I will post every day until this place listens. Waste of space.

Often has empty shelves and missing products. However, the prepared food aisles are always full and the quality is good. Clean store, lots of parking but I'm tired of poorly stocked shelves. Shopping elsewhere now.

Cannot believe you can’t order sandwich platter in store or on the phone. Terrible experience. My husband was planning a surprise party and is not good with the computer, he called and went to the store they told him you have to order online. No help or consideration, Avery poor policy.

Never shoping here again. I left my wallet in cart by accident and shopping art attendant brought it to customer service. Had $65 dollars cash in it. Shopping cart attendant stole cash.

Murial Belotti is just amazing !! Of course I had to ask her name , she is simplyOne of a kind.Me and my husband were there right before a thanksgiving she is a little energizer bunny !!!What a personality I never met someone that made food shopping such an experience !! She is older but you can’t tell so positive !! she looked beautiful lipstick on , hair done beautiful and so fast and personable . I said to her how do you do it on your feet all day she said I love it ❤️❤️The owners are very lucky to have such an amazing employee . See you soon thanks for the amazing experience .

The non food manager was extremely rude to me. I received awful customer service from him. I asked for a specific item that was displayed on the floor and the wrong item was carried out and put in my car. It was only realized that It was the wrong item after over two hours of assembly. When i returned to the store to communicate my concerns the non food manager became irritated and continued to tell me I was wrong. He gave me no options and basically said I was out of luck. I was absolutely not wrong that the item I received did not match what I was asked for and what was loaded into my car. I would not purchase non food items from this Shop Rite in the future.

Haven't been to this shop right in a while I must say it really is nice inside. The aisles are a little bit now or but they have great choices and the shells are always stocked. I did find that the checkout staff wasn't so pleasant as the staff at brick however. There I was a little bit disappointed maybe they were just having a bad day because the store was very crowded I will give him another shot.

On-line ordering, curbside pick-up has alot to be desired. The liberty was taken in substituting a few of my items, when I explicitly said No Substitutions. I Ordered a quarter of a pound of sliced ham at the cost of $5.99 BUT item was canceled and replaced with a 4.85 pound quarter of a piece of sliced ham at a cost of $29.05. I was also charged a minimal bagging fee for which I myself bagged. Ham was returned to curbside pick-up personal, I was informed it would take up to 3 weeks for me to see credit. Which is completely unacceptable.

I really like this Shop Rite but the deli department is terrible. I placed an online order and arrived at the time given. I asked a dark haired guy if it was ready he told me no and they were out of one of the things I ordered. I waited around for another 10-15min and I could see the lady with the glasses cutting someone else's order while the guy was cleaning. I left with nothing... I decided to give them another try it was about 6ish .. there was 1 woman working she had blonde hair. She was helping a lady in front of me that had a mid size order. The customer asked if she was the only one and she said her coworker was in the bathroom. About 20 min passed and I was being helped .. I asked for each item to be sliced thin almost shaved but the ham is so thick it's not edible. While she was cutting my last item out comes the lady with the glasses. I called to speak to the deli manager Shawn and he basically told me he doesn't know what they do at night. No apology .. no responsibility for poor management

I'd guess they will blame it on covid, but there are too many supervisors and not enough workers. A long line for self check out at 6 pm on a Tuesday one person helping 6 of these registers. I'm in the only express check out and the cashier closes after I've been in line for 10 minutes. Only 2 regular planes open. Store is the best. Staffing not so much.

In general place he place is fine,workers fine and all that. Whats not fine is how they occasionally tell us our deli order is ready and then we end up standing there for 20 minutes asking them where our deli order is. Just happened today and this seems to be an occasional thing

My husband went shopping and when he came home, there was something on our receipt that we didn't have and didn't purchase. He called the store, gave the receipt info and was told loss prevention would get back to him. They called the next day claiming the additional item was in our cart. We purchased a 10 pack of Seagrams ginger ale, was charged for that and directly below it was another charge for Seagrams for a different amount. The charges are listed as: Seagrams gngr ale 10 $7.99 (purchased) and directly under it Seagrams ginger ale $5.29 (not purchased and they claim it was a 12pack we had in our cart). We'll just shop somewhere else.
