We left our pup here, we even paid for the upgraded suite. When we checked her in we told them she has anxiety. She was left in her kennel alone for so long that she broke a canine tooth. They didn’t acknowledge or call us when it happened. We only found out when I checked her out and got her home. It was a 4k bill at the vet to fix the damaged tooth because the root was exposed. They made a big show like they knew they were responsible and would help cover the cost. For months I called with no updates. The last time I called they basically told me to stop bothering them. It’s a business but they don’t seem to actually care if the animals in their care are cared for.

Our Bella stayed here for 4 nights. We called everyday for updates and they were happy to provide it. We also received pictures via text. They allowed us to bring Bella's blanket and her favorite frog toy from home for comfort. The rates are fair and the staff is amazing. Thank you for taking good care of our dog while we were away.

My dogs love purr n pooch. When we vacation we know they will be well taken care of and get lots of exercise while playing with other pups during doggy day care.

Our pup Willie Nelson goes there for daycare & has also been boarded there. He comes home dead on his feet each time because he has so much fun playing all day long. We like to call it a purr n pooch hangover. I would recommend them to any & everyone.

The only over night, long term spot we use. They treat our dog great, and are amazing with communication.Also a bonus that they have the tinton falls location and can accommodate there if the Sea Girt location is booked.

My puppy spent for days at Purrand Pooch over Thankgiving weekend. He looked great when he came home. I also had my pup groomed their a week ago and they did such a great job. I'm very pleased with them and there prices. Good prices and good treatment is important to me.

First time bringing my dog here . She is very nervous around new people and dogs . when I called to ask how she was doing they reassured me she was doing great and warming up . When I picked her up she was washed brushed and happy . Definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

I’ve been going to Purr’n Pooch Manasquan for years and I have to say the quality and care of the dogs is not like it used to be. I recently left my three dogs there for four days and in addition to spending $835 total, I was told because I didn’t sign a waiver for kennel cough for $20 per dog, and so far one of my dogs contacted kennel cough ,that they would have to review my vet bill to see if they would reimburse me for the vet bill. First of all I didn’t know that kennel cough was so rampant now and I wasn’t told that .They just showed me a piece of paper about kennel cough and said if I wanted protection against kennel cough it would be $20 per dog and I passed up on it because their rates went up from $55 to $70 Per dog per day and I thought that was a high enough. If they really cared about our pets they shouldn’t charge an additional $20 .To me that’s being greedy and not caring about the animals that we leave in their care. Unfortunately I will not be leaving my dogs here anymore

Amazing staff always professional and friendly. If you're dropping off for a few hours or a few days, price is very reasonable. When boarding our dogs, we received a text message with pictures of our dogs playing.Only wish we received pictures daily not just the first day. Alternatively web cameras set up would be nice as well.

Have been a customer for over 20 years. All my dogs ( 3 Golden Retriever’s & 2 Bichon Frise’s have been through the doors of Purr & Pooch for all grooming ( with Cherise), day care is wonderful & boarding a few times. All the staff are so accommodating & work hard to fulfill the needs of our treasured pets …. I never worry & have never encountered a problem. Would recommend with full confidence. I will add if your looking for an inexpensive groomer Purr & Pooch is Not It !!! They are a little above average but I never mind it. My pets are like my children & I’ll pay a little more for quality and if care & peace of mind any day. You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience for my Eli. We brought him here for an overnight visit and he has visited a few times for daycare when I have to work long hours. They take such good care of the pets there, like they are their own pets. I know when I bring my dog there I don't have to worry because he will get the best care. Before our first stay, I was very worried and they assured me by giving us a great tour of the facilities and also sending us a picture while he was there. I know next time we need an overnight stay for Eli, he will love to go to purr n' pooch. Also, he got a great bath while he was there and looked better than ever!!

They take such great care of our kitty when we’re away. The last time we left our kitty stopped eating and and they called us right away to address the issue. They offered her new food and treats and she started eating again. We know she’s in good hands with people that truly care for animals.

Never had a bad experience. Had boarded and used day care for our special needs Golden and was so impressed by the way she was treated. We just adopted an older dog and took her to day care for the first time. Can't wait to take her back

I’ve been bringing my 17 month old (high energy) golden doodle to purr’n pooch for daycare for the last 8 months. I love the staff here - Connor and Kelsey in particular - they just seem to always be in a good mood, they’re professional and are clearly dog lovers! My pup is always excited when we arrive and pretty tired when we leave, which is just what we need. So happy they’re nearby!

My dog's home away for home. We use Purr N Pooch for day care once a week to provide exercise for my dog and we use for boarding. My dog gets excited when he hears the name and can't wait to get there. I know he loves it. Staff is friendly and truly love the 'babies' left in their care.

The staff noticed that there might be a problem with my puppy . I took her to the vet and she had a big problem that she is now being helped through medicine. They also called to make sure she was okay. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Best place with the best staff. I will always be grateful

I was looking for a place for my geriatric lab mix. I started one day with a tour (mandatory I think). Afterwards I felt very confident in the staff. A couple's weeks later my pup had his first stay. He was nervous but I could tell they cared well for him. I will be going back.

My dog gets baths here regularly and the groomers do an excellent job— but when she just gets a bath she really shines. And the bathers do not make what the groomers make.I always always make sure to tip the groomer but especially the bathers!! Back breaking work.TIP the stafff!!

Justine is wonderful! Everyone is VERY friendly, Conner at the front desk is amazing to speak with.I have never had a bad experience with them and always leave with a happy/ clean/ well groomed dogI have had poor experiences at other grooming facilities and I think Purr N' Pooch is the best

Everyone here is so friendly and my dog Diesel loves it. They always take care of him and are happy to see him. Diesel loves getting to see Kelsey, Toni and Conner who always make sure to take such good care of him. I know my little baby is always safe with the staff here no matter if he's there for day care, overnight or grooming.

My frenchie was supposed to be picked up and boarded for our wedding ceremony. The night before they called us and told us he was no longer on the schedule for the times we requested (after we agreed to pay an additional fee) and could only pick him up. Luckily we were able to have a guest bring him to our ceremony, and this company picked him up. When we picked him up from being boarded he was visibly upset (frenchies are notorious for anxiety) and no one had called us to let us know he was in distress the entire night. He even had some incontinence from barking all night. We are on our way to the vet now because he has severe kennel cough, which he was vaccinated for a month before his scheduled boarding. Do not recommend, we will be using green leaf.

Gr8 Place For Grooming and Boarding. Staff Are Animal Lovers. Dogs are always so psyched when they realize they are going for a "Spa Day". Always looking fantastic at pick up. Sleep over is like camp. It's worth every penny spent

If you care about the quality of life in Wall I would not leave your Dog at Purr and Pooch. The owner allows the dogs to bark 7am to 7pm 7days a week and does not care for the Quality of life he destroys to his neighbors. The owner is absolutely right I am UNHAPPY Neighbor that is because of his complete disregard for our quality of life and continues to break the town ordinance of dog barking!!

I just picked up my Labradoodle from here. He was there for two nights. My concern is that when we got home, he immediately gulped down 4 big bowls of water. He was extremely dehydrated. Has this happened to anyone else? He has boarded there a couple of times before and he came home fine. Maybe they were low on staff due to the holiday but I won't go back there again.

I just had my dog there for boarding 1st time ... I think she enjoyed her stay and playtime as much as we enjoyed FLWe will definitely be back for boarding as well as some play days in between
