I knew today would be hours of highways and cruise control, so I just needed good coffee and a pastry to start it off right. The barista cheerfully answered my two questions. The banana chip muffin was moist and tasty. I enjoyed the macchiato for miles. Absolutely recommend this place for pastry and coffee and will be back next time I am in the area!

Another kind of greenwashing place. You'd think they'd try to reduce waste and use glass & ceramic ware, but they don't. When I was in, the internet was down as well, which happens, I know... but added to a negative experience. A wrapped food-bar I got was good, and the staff was OK. But not a good experience for me. I am not a fan of places that default to and demand single-use "glass"ware. After paying and receiving my order, I left asap.

LOVE it here. My partner and I come every Saturday morning and the barista is always so sweet. She memorizes our order which makes us feel special! Coffee is always fresh and the scones are the best around.. The cutest coffee shop in Manasquan!

i came on a tuesday and the woman working (i think the baker?) said the barista had to run out, which made it a weird encounter because it seemed like she didn’t know how to make the drinks. and this has happened to me before here. why this keeps happening i’m not sure, but the drink was good even tho we were both put in weird positions and didn’t know what was going on! lol

Been coming to Green Planet for years! I have to say since I have been coming here the service and cleanliness of the store has never been better. Angela has really made a difference. She takes pride in her work and it shows!

I felt very unwelcomed. I went in and no one said hi to me and when I walked in they started at me. I had to wait for my sister to get out of her appointment so I sat in for 40 minutes and I felt rushed to leave. The worker started cleaning around me and I thought that they were closing so I checked their hours and they closed at 7 and it was only 5:20...I've been to the Point Pleasant store and it was 10x more welcoming. When I left they ignored me and didn't say bye. Their coffee and other drinks are good but the Point Pleasant store is better.

this venue does not really accept credit cards. they only accept payments for more than $5.00, which is not so easy to rack up in a coffee shop. They should just charge .25 or .50 cents if you want to use a credit card below $5.00. Otherwise I would not recommend this coffee shop, which needs to join the 21st century and be more ecological by accepting electronic payments! I will not be returning...

We found this place while biking through. The fresh raspberry chocolate chip scone was delicious, coffees were on point. We got an iced caramel macchiato and a coconut soy latte. The caramel macchiato was a bit on the sweet side, so ask for less sweet if you're sensitive to that. Prompt service and really neat atmosphere. Highly recommend for a cup of coffee.

In a similar sense to a previous review, I felt very uncomfortable and as if I was inconveniencing the staff when I visited Green Planet. I took my time in choosing which I then apologized for bc the young woman behind the counter seemed annoyed. I asked for an iced latte but what I got definitely wasn’t that: what I received was essentially 3/4 cream, 1/4 cold coffee, and 4 ice cubes. I tried to drink it but it left that weird film and aftertaste in my mouth that happens when you’re drinking that much dairy. So unsatisfying especially for such a cute coffee spot. Definitely disappointed.

Love their coffee and all their baked goods, especially the scones! The staff there are always friendly and helpful and I love the laid back vibes this coffee shop gives off. Great place definitely recommend!!

The drink selection was good and there's non dairy milk options. My drink and cookie was phenomenal. I just wish there were a few food selections other than sweets.

came here today with my sister and my mom and this was the most amazing coffee and custom service i’ve ever experienced we asked the lovely worker to make us her favorite drink and she CARRIED it was amazing probably the best coffee i’ve ever had we didn’t get her name but whomever she is deserves a RAISE

The bagels are not very good, you have to actually apply your own cream cheese and the coffee is eh, and that's for $7 bucks. Definitely no quality just over priced for what it is.

I don't even drink coffee and I am a regular. The SCONES are unbelievable - different flavors daily. Try a "Dirty Chai" too. The staff are super nice peeps. Go there!
