Well this is the most rude and unprofessional worst dollar tree I have ever been too. List full of complaints will be here all night son n mom work together ok fine I understand but when your son sits n tells me that I shop to long or is upset that he actually has to do his job. My nephew is disabled n which it makes it hard for me to get out earlier in the day so I will sometimes come with my sister around 9 maybe 930 mind you they close at 10 every single time we come in we are constantly reminded that they close at 950 everytime talk about bad anxiety they say it over the intercom every 5 minutes. I get it long day we all want to go home but you can’t get upset with customers because they are shopping at 930 it’s your job. It’s our fault that they have to stay and do their work The young kid Chris who by the way has the last word on EVERYTHING he knows it all thinks he can talk to customers whatever way he pleases because his mom works at dollar tree. I clearly see where his no good work ethic comes from. To tell a customer more or less that they are there all the time and down talk them for shopping in the time frame allotted. Btw these registers are so high tech which must be why things went from a dollar to 1.25 because they shut them selves down at 10pm funny how that works lol. Something has to be done with these rude n entitled employees working never have I seen such bad customer service. Send help people who actually realize there working with the public. GET IT TOGETHER

The shopping experience was good. I found what I wanted, but unfortunately, there were a lot of others who seemed to have found what they wanted as well. With that said there was only 1 cashier open, so the wait in line was probably a good 8 minutes or more. It's not terrible, but it's still longer than expected. However it won't keep me out of the store. ☺️

I honestly can’t tell you how bad I dislike this store there always only one cashier on the register while the other one pretends to be doing something in the back these ladies are slow and lazy please get rid of them and hire some people that came to work I’m tired of coming in having to leave my things because the line is wrapped around the place it’s ridiculous

I have to say, these are the rudest, laziest workers I have ever met in my entire existence. The manager was rude and everytime we come in, which is usually late night, due to having a son with special needs, I only have a small window to shop. Well, if you didn't have anxiety before you start shopping here, you will by the end of your shopping trip. They greet you with "the store's closing down in 5 minutes. I said ma'am its 940. So you guys shut down at 945? She says "yes" I said we'll that's news to me, since your sign and also online it says 10 pm. She said no, that's what time we are out of here by. Wow. The unprofessional ism at this store is amazing. Before it was after everytime we came, the registers automatically shut off at 10. Now after I confronted them it's because they want to get home.. we'll then pass your job off to someone else then. Someone that actually wants to work. Because it is very evident that you and your son don't want to. They make you feel like you are such a burden. I drop at least 100 dollars every trip I make which is once a week. AaaAI WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION ANYMORE. DOLLAR TREE you have lost a good loyal customer due to your disrespectful employees. I work customer service, and have my entire life, and I will be the first to tell you, you DONT push customers out of the store. What is wrong with the world we are living in? Chris, one of the entitled employees felt the need to tell my sister that we take forever everytime we shop. Who the hell are you to tell me anything about the way ai shop. That's crossing the line. And then to be told his mom works here so nothing will be done about it, is pretty bold. I hope something gets done. I know workers that even just show up are hard to come by these days, but keep looking bc that's all these miserable people do is show up. Ruin people's entire day. I would gladly take their place and work to midnight if need be. These two are going to ruin your store. Find some new employees. I guess for now Dollar store, I will be taking a break until they hire some new workers.

Good stuff inside but come on with these lines... Are you kidding me? Lines all the way from the register to near the back of the store. It's a week before Christmas, put additional cashier's on!

Love Dollar Tree and especially the cashiers at this store who are friendly. Buying online with store pickup-local store treats the online purchase as not their problem with horrendous service. Online order pickup and you have a shortage On your order with same items on shelf—can’t take the items from shelf just call corporate to deal with the issue. Horrible system and store having a not my problem attitude that can’t fix a purchase shortage.

Love shopping Dollar Tree as we travel across the county but this one needs "a lot" of improvement! The staff was to busy talking to each other instead of checking us out. The store was not the cleanest as many we have shopped. This store needs help!

This Dollar Tree ALWAYS has long lines. It's NEVER in and out of this place. Have always avoided going to this Dollar Tree. Only go if I really need to. Def wouldn't give any stars. Unfortunately it is making me give it at least one star...Ps: The ONLY nice employee there is Bambi. ALL others are so SLOW!

I love all dollar trees! Years ago i worked at the lacey one in forked river when it used to be called dollar express! I loved the store n job ! Now i live in manahawkin n go to my dollar tree here! As always the stuff is great but id like to meet the manager! I found most of the workers are terrific except one worker wasnt professional n kind at all! But i love this store n dollar tree is better then ANY other DOLLAR store in the land#! Love ya all n god bless the founder of dollar tree!!

Love shopping this store for odds and ends. They need more staff for a faster checkout.Today's checkout was much faster. Many times it is luck and time of day. Staff was nice. 2.8.22

Very upset with this location, went today to make a purchase. Was not told/ notified etc that they don't accept $50 or $100 bills. No signage explaining this. I had 30.75 worth of products and a $50 bill...was told "we don't accept those" upon checkout, I asked where that was posted and was directed to a hand written note on a typed paper taped behind cashier on wall...not even a real sign. I was then told "we probably don't have change for it either" - it was 11:26am ..with a line of people halfway thru store on a Sat. ?? Also was told I should ask bank for $20's to which I replied ..it's kinda hard to request from ATM. "Well, they want you to use your card anyway" .... $50's and 100's are legal tender ..and therefore should be accepted everywhere. I used my bank card but highly put off by this encounter.

They desperately need more cashiers/registers! Always a ridiculous line! The workers they do have are great, but something needs to change. Make sure you have time to spare before coming in!

Terrible..The Manager herself was The rudest There Her Name Was CONNIE!!! We asked her a question about a location of an item, she didn't even look up at us or say Good Morning!!! Just pointed by her side and said over there somewhere....Very unprofessional your suppose to Lead by example!!!! Now Her SALES ASSOCIATE DENISE WAS AWESOME....

This store seems to have just been revamped: very clean, very organized and in an area where plastic bags are no longer allowed, they provide you with brown paper bags with double handles for your recently bought items.
