Save yourself the trouble - go to another pharmacy. I've been going there for years because of how close it is to my house, but it's not worth it. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, and if you inquire about when they might be, you usually get a rude or snarky response.There is one staff member in particular who is so rude to everyone, I can't stand it. Her favorite thing to say to people is "I don't know what to tell you." She has a bad attitude, is unprofessional, and frankly shouldn't be working in a public-facing position at all. The pharmacists don't seem interested in intervening, so the odds of that changing are slim.I know this pharmacy is understaffed, as are most of them. I'm sure staff are tired of running around, dealing with difficult people, and answering questions. But life is hard enough without having to deal with rude techs who don't care that you need your medicine or can't afford it or whatever.

Way better since they got rid or the lazy rude people working in the pharmacy. It's a nice experience to pick up at the drive thru.

This pharmacy is EXCELLENT... anytime I need a prescription fast, they always come thru. Everyone in pharmacy is friendly and helpful, dispute they are all so busy. Please thank this great pharmacy staff for me. It's nice to know there is a pharmacy that cares.

This is probably the slowest pharmacy on the planet. It could be 2 cars only in front of you and you wait for 15-30 minutes all the time.
