I wish I could give 0 star. NO customer service. I tried to fill a prescription for levemir on 3-12-24. Went to pick up and they couldn't process my discount coupon.i went home and contacted coupon and they said no problem, tell CVS to process without insurance. Went back to CVS they would not reprocess, refused to call the coupon, refused to speak to coupon people when I called and tried to give them my phone. Treated me like I was the problem.i went home and immediately transferred my prescription to a pharmacy that respects the customer

I wish I could give 0 stars. Pharmacy staff was unhelpful, rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. They were trying to have me pay $180 for my medicine and I was trying to explain that I have a savings card and the one staff member just kept telling me i had to do “ rebilling” which has not the case in the past year I’ve been on this medication but she wouldn’t listen to me. I was then directed to staff member who to which I provided my savings card info and she was putting the info in wrong and got an alert that it wasn’t working. Instead of telling me the issue she printed out what was on her screen and just told me to read it for myself. After 15 mins of her telling me my card doesn’t work and my insurance is different she realized she was typing the info in wrong. She didn’t apologize. She gave my phone back and told me to stand in line behind 7 other people when I had already been there with her for 20 mins. They are so rude and I hated my experience

I'd give a zero star if possible. They take days to fill a simple prescription. They never answer the phone. They block the drive through window with a towel and ignore the vehicles in line. Rude pharmaceutical personnel. Literally worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with

Literally the slowest and most annoying cvs .... says my script has beeb processing for over a day. Its due today i need it and i cant get it early... they run out of meds and wont tell you, until you go and "ughhhh we have to order it... " mind you this is considered life saving medication! Just the absolute worst if it wasnt so close id go somewhere else but i have no options right now ... if you can save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.and idk why they alllll go on break at the same time and yet are alwaysssss behind Edit* i now go out of the way an extra 15 min instead of going to cvs on my way to rite aid...so much better. Go to rite walgreens anywhere BUT cvs. They suck.

The absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. I wish walgreen or something opened near by to give them some competition. Maybe they will care then. I have felt this way for year but never expressed how disgusted I am with them. Today I went to look at the Google ratings and couldn’t believe how many others felt the same way. It’s obvious the CVS powers that be don’t read them or care about it. If you live in the Malaga Franklinville area and your life depends on your prescriptions, please take my advice and research another pharmacy outside of the area. It will be worth your sanity.

I have to give the pharmacy a little props. Seems to be a couple changes. Haven't seen the usual rude lazy pharmacy tech. This week I was there twice already. Yesterday they were fast and efficient. Today the tech was only half rude but not lazy stayed with the drive-thru line moved along well. So, let's keep this going in the proper direction.

as you can see from other reviews this is the WORST pharmacy. they're all ignorant and slow and could care less about sick kids needing their medicine. the towel hanging on the drive thru window so they can blatantly ignore you pisses me off more than anything. one of these days i'm going to rip it down and toss it at that one nasty girls head. guess i will be switching to glassboro.

I would have given a one but this is the first time having this issue with the pharmacy. I went to the drive thru on Monday 10/16/2023 and dropped off a prescription for my dog. I was told it was not in stock and they should have it by Wednesday 10/18/2023. I called back Friday 10/20/2023 and it took 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone. I understand the pharmacy can be really busy and under staffed. The person who answered the phone couldn’t find my dog’s information in the system and had to find the prescription. She put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I hung up called back to the store. I asked for a manager and was told they didn’t have a manager for the pharmacy and front store. They told me to try back tomorrow after I explained my situation.I called back Saturday 10/21/2023 and again they couldn’t find the prescription. Finally they did after another 25 minutes being on hold. Apparently the person I dropped it off to on Monday never entered any of the information in the system. I was told it would be ready on Monday 10/23/2023 ( a week later) Today is Monday and it took another 25 minutes for someone to pick up. The prescription is not ready and should be tomorrow.I have never had this problem before. I’m assuming different management. Good thing this wasn’t a life saving prescription, but it is preventing my dog from having comfort.Malaga Nj

The worst pharmacy ever. Text you prescription is filled, yet when you go down its not ready. why? to push their Rx ready stats. say come back in an hour, and still not filled. Most disrespectful Rx associates anywhere to be found. Tell customers if you don't like it, write a review. Wish could give 0 stars. This is the store in Malaga NJ

I would like to thank this CVS for showing me what bad customer service is like. I simply asked the pharmacist a question and they walked away from me and stated they're too busy to assist me because they are backed up. Thank you CVS for showing me your care, empathy, and what one has to do to succeed to reach expert level on what quality customer service really is. Keep up the horrible work and with some luck, you may just average a one star rating in the near future! Best wishes on your store not being the next to shut down!

Twice in the past 2 weeks my husband was given issues when trying to pick up our kids prescriptions. They are sick and need their medicine, but sure had no issue filling the oxy I was prescribed after my surgery. 👎

Examples of poor customer service:1. Being rude and push to the side because they’re too busy and prescriptions not filled all at once. They give you a time frame but when you arrive they have some of the order ready and ask you to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the remaining prescriptions.2. Lack of empathy after being released from hospital , in pain and in need of medications.3 Did not receive Narcan and it wasn’t explained about possible overdose, since medication prescribed were narcotics.They do not care ! Thank you to the little white women there for checking me out since the Latina women had a hurry up attitude and a slick mouth. Taking my business to CornerStone Pharmacy . 5 stars

The absolute worst customer service and wish I could give zero stars. Pharmacy tech is so rude and makes the customer feel like they shouldn’t even be asking to pick up their prescriptions. She talked on her Apple Watch instead of doing her job and texted while I was trying to check out. The pharmacist watched the whole thing and apparently this is acceptable behavior at CVS in Malaga. Wouldn’t get another prescription filled there if it was the last pharmacy around.

Ive had many negative experiences with this store. It makes me think it must be an extremely toxic work environment to have so many miserable people working there. I switched pharmacies a year ago bc of the terrible way the pharmacy staff treats their customers. I had another awful experience today. I was under the incorrect impression they were still doing walk-in vaccine appointments due to the message on their automated answering system. The tech and the pharmacist were aloof and dismissive. The pharmacist even walked away in the middle of me speaking to her. I wasn’t able to schedule online. When I asked what I was supposed to do, the tech said “I don’t know I’m not corporate. Because neither of them would listen to me explain my problem, I believe they incorrectly assumed I asking to be vaccinated without an appointment. I became upset, walked away and left.

This CVS in Malaga, NJ was the worst I’ve ever been in. Not only products weren’t in stock. I wasn’t able to use 2 of my CVS coupons. Store was dirty and cramped. Store Associate said not all items are carried in every CVS. That hasn’t been my experience. All the other CVS stores I’ve been in carry the same products. I go in CVs stores in different counties and and towns/cities and I’ve never experienced that issue before. I suggest to drive to another location like in Vineland or Glassboro, NJ for a better experience.

When we call they tell us the medication ready for pickup .. when we arrive to get the medication they tell us it’s not ready .. this is every time we go to the Malaga cvs .. people at the pharmacy are very rude it’s like we are bothering them when we go there . They talk to each other and ignore the people at counter .. use to be good but in last 6-8 months horrible all customers complain when I am there . I can’t believe they still have a job REALLY HORRIBLE CVS ..

I know I said this to myself a few years ago but I’ll say it again since I went against my better judgement and tried to get my toddler’s script filled today unsuccessfully. Went and stood at the EMPTY window for script drop offs. Watched every staff member keep their back turned to me despite my toddler fussing as we waited. Couldn’t miss us. Waited nearly 5 mins. Then watched a staff member walk up to wait on someone in the pick up line. Still wouldn’t look over at my window. Completed her service then promptly waited on the next person that walked up AFTERWARD while still ignoring me. After that I just walked out. Never going back as this has happened in some capacity every single time I go there. When I stand in the pick up line I’m lucky if they say “we’ll be with you” after 3-5 mins of me standing there while they make no eye contact. As much $$ as CVS makes maybe they should hire 1-2 more staff so pharmacy is not so overwhelmed they cannot acknowledge anyone in line. Went to Walgreens 10 mins away and was served promptly.

This review is specifically for Janet. My son was prescribed naproxen and ibuprofen800mg for a dislocated fractured wrist. They rejected the 800mg ibuprofen, upon calling to find out why, I had the pleasure of speaking with Janet. While my son is in an emergency surgery and I’m in the hospital speaking with Janet on the phone I was given an attitude, she actually yelled at me. I was so upset I ended up crying in the bathroom. The world is in a crazy time right now and for someone who gives people medicine during a worldwide pandemic, and now monkeypox, there is absolutely no need for the attitude, all I needed was to understand why the medication could not b filled. When I came to the pharmacy after my sons surgery I spoke w Amanda the pharmacy manager and Janet was still giving me attitude and yelling at me all while saying she wasn’t. So much so Amanda kept turning around and telling her to stop. I know as someone who deals with the public for a living too if I ever spoke to someone the way she spoke to me I would b asked to go home for the day. It’s not that hard to b kind patient compassionate and understanding especially when ur dealing with people dealing with an extremely painful injury. Shame on you Janet.

Pharmacy lunch break is a joke. Why does it close completely? Ever hear of staggering schedules so your customers aren't left out in the the cold? I work in the food service industry. When someone is on break the rest of the team has thing covered. Customers are hungry, we're there to feed them. Not eat our own lunch. I would think health industry professionals would share a similar work ethic.

The pharmacy team is unprofessional and talk about customers out loud, rude talking about drive through customers as well. now I must say it’s not the entire staff ,, the pharmacist was busy the day I was in and I noticed the unprofessional service. The pharmacist was concentrating on preparing meds you can’t pay attention to all issues Bc preparing meds is very important to customers ,, CVS management should step up I pray you see this review!!

Less than 1 this pharmacy is a travesty.Today 5/9/2019. Went with a 30 day only script. Wanted to wait. They couldn’t fill it til 6:30. Pharmacy was a disaster area.Called at 6:20. Not nearly done. It is now 8:48 pm and still not done. I don’t care about their problems running their pharmacy and employees obviously walked out on them.This place is ALWAYS A DISASTER. Because they treat their staff like animals. Well I’m without my medicine. Hope they are happy.Because I’m not. VERY BAD CVS!!!

Pharmacy has no respect or personality. Always seem to inconvenience them by having them do something. Refuse to help deal with insurance companies. Have had multiple run ins with the management and seems to rolls from top down. Avoid this location.

I’ve used this pharmacy since I moved in 4 yrs ago now. Not once have I had a good experience. I get a monthly script and every month it’s something. I have been trying to work with them but 4 yrs now dealing with excuse after excuse is getting old. I’ve never had a good call experience either. They are very rude and don’t explain things, they just assume I know what is going on when I haven’t gotten a call or text with a delay. My fiancé has used this same pharmacy for the past 14 yrs and he has had to take his scripts elsewhere to be filled due to needing them sooner rather than later. I understand they deal with thousands of scripts daily but something needs to be done. I’ve never had this much of a issue at any other cvs pharmacy.

I tried 2x to get a vaccine here. They have appointments available online that are after the nurse leaves, so my appointments keep getting canceled. The first time they called to let me know they couldn’t do the appointment I had, but if I could come an hour earlier that would work. I drove all the way down there to find out the nurse was long gone. Why call and tell me you can do it earlier if you’re not going to be there?

It’s time to consider a operational breakdown I have no clue how this place is still in business I just transferred to cvs in glassboro much nicer and informative if you don’t mind a few minutes out of your way it’s worth it as far as Malaga is concerned I’m shocked the company hasn’t taken drastic measures to ensure better customer service the inmates are running the asylum

Pharmacy staff is LAZY!!!!! Took three hours for them to fill a nose spray that does not involve ANY COUNTING. They literally sit there and do nothing and let prescriptions pile up before they decide to do any work.DO NOT RECOMMENDED. I would NEVER choose CVS if I didn't have to use them! Go to Walmart instead!

Your pharmacy is very rude and treat people with no respect at all. I was going to the CVS in malage n.j ever since it opened but I had to charge to someone else cuz I was tried of being disrespected and getting into a argument with the pharmacist. So many of my friends even charged to another pharmacy cuz they was having the same problem. It is ridiculous that your pharmacist and the other people treat people like this. I just wanted to let you know cuz I just called there cuz I was going to go back but got treated the same way and they even hung up on me. I am disabled and have a lot of medications that I am on. To top it off when I would go there so many people was complaining about the same problem. To tell you the truth someone should have a person from corporate go to this CVS to see how they treat people. And not let them know that someone is going there. Have a nice day be careful and safe.
