A great DQ experience. They have a full menu if that’s up your alley. We just went for frozen treats. They even had some new ice cream menu items that I have not seen at other DQ’s so that was great. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Plenty of cakes for purchase too.

I used to work here and let me just say the service has only gone up since I’ve left. Specifically one young lady made me a delicious blizzard. I was having a horrible day and somehow it got better, and I credit that all to that young lady. Keep up the great work!

Did not get what we paid for. I believe they really don't care. Pathetically poor customer service and very poor product. I ordered a Blizzard with cookie dough. There was almost zero cookie dough in it. I very nicely called to speak with the manager, and some young girl answered the phone who seemed to make it clear that she didn't care - snottily telling me there was no manager there. DQ's responses on here about complaints to DQ seem to be all the same boiler-plate cut-and-paste answer. Watch... My bet is that DQ will only answer with the same canned response - no offer to make it right - something like: "We're sorry about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our 'fans'" [No they don't and no they're not listening]. "We hope you try us again" [seriously!?] Extremely poor. Show me DQ that you have a shred of interest in doing the right thing and making it right. My bet is you won't.

I went in here on Sunday night and got 2 soft serves and a blizzard.They did not serve the blizzard upside down and therefore it should have been free as that is how Dairy Queen advertises it but it wasn’t! I’m disappointed

Cute little place. Went there with a big group and took over the place. Staff was quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Tucked in the corner of a very nice shopping center. We all got Blizzards. The new Jurassic one was good, however could have used more candies. Seemed to be a little light with toppings. Overall nice experience. Although we were only in town one night, I would reccomend this for sure.

I was blown away by the cleanliness as soon as I walked in, including the latrine. In addition the young woman was professional and knowledgeable. The hot dog was not under-cooked nor over-cooked, it was just right and presentation received an A+. And then the owner walked in, very friendly, professional and knows her stuff!!! I'll be back for sure. Ice cream fresh and tasty.

Workers gave the dirtiest look. Subpar customer service. Looked like they hated working there. Look for another job. Blizzards were melted completely. Worst experience for me. What else can I say. Management needs to look into this, unless they agree with this kind of work ethic and find nothing wrong with this. Sad.

I go to a lot of Dairy Queen’s and I order the same exact thing a triple chocolate brownie. This Dairy queen in particular gave me the least ice cream out of all of them and then when I asked if it’s there’s a way where I can pay extra to have an extra serving of soft serve ice cream, they said yes, charged me and proceeded to give me a hard scoop even though I explained to them probably 5 times over I want soft serve. Also have bad manners.

I called ahead at about 6L30pm to see what time they closed (its Wednesday) and they said 10pm. I hung up and drove there to buy some food before I head into work because I work overnight. I got there at 8:15pm, there was an unexpected long line literally out the door so I waited 15 minutes by the time I got to the counter. I get to the counter and I said I wanted to order food and the cashier said their grill is closed. Its not even 8:30pm and they shut the grills off already??? They said they only had snacks available for food like the pretzels. I asked for cheese curds and they said no because the grill was closed. I guess the grill means the fryers as well. They said they shut the grills at 7pm. WHY are you shutting down the food 3 hours before you close????? So disappointed because I LOVE DQ. I left steaming!!

I’ve ordered here through Ubereats. They messed up my order 3 times. And I’ve had to be refunded but they don’t give u new food. U have to reorder it and be charged the delivery fee and everything all over. So u end up spending more money then you were refunded.

A good place to get a a good frozen treat. Lines are usually short and the people are very nice and friendly. Parking Is also plentiful and you never have to walk to far for a parking spot.

the girl serving me had no manners, was really rude and too quick, she didn’t even let me decide what i wanted to have without rushing me!! Also interrupted my friend and she threw the tray at me which really didn’t like.
