CVS/No Pharmacy is more like it. They never have any medications in stock. I have cancer and require meds to manage my pain, this pharmacy orders my medications as my scripts come in meaning, if I finish a month, and get a new prescription, it takes a week to get the medication sometimes two, leaving me in agony, and it happens every month. I take multiple medications, some of which are common when I was living not 15 minutes away near their CVS in New City and that one was always stocked up. Useless

Most mean and pathetic pharmacy customer service most of the time they don’t have my medicine or else they give false statements to justify their answer regards to availability or the medicine. So frustrated when the pharmacy is around the corner but always have to go to other pharmacies to get the medicine.

Terrible, terrible, terrible… phone service and drivethru are the worst ever. Not feeling well and being left on the phone for over an hour more than once, is ridiculous. No human compassion left. Lack of care. Maybe over worked, not really sure. Cvs wake-up, people go there because they’re not feeling well to begin with. If don’t like the job leave and get another one someplace else.

Very efficient pharmacy. Nonjudgmental staff regarding psychiatric meds. As an older mental health patient, I have been belittled and mistreated by other local pharmacies. This is the first positive experience I have had in several years.

The local neighborhood CVS has gone downhill. Unfortunately, this includes the front-end of the store as well as the pharmacy. The sad part is management and CVS corporate could care less!! It is next to impossible to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone. The hold time and amount of disconnected pharmacy calls is ridiculous! ☹️Update: There is no help to be found. Besides charging very high prices, customers are expected to check themselves out with self-service cash registers.

This is one of the best pharmacy 's in our area!! The pharmacists are very nice and if you need your script filled they do their best to get it done fast. John is one of the pharmacists and is always nice, he has a great sense of humor but takes his job seriously.. thank you for all you do.

I love our Mahwah CVS. It’s like an old fashioned local pharmacy. Our pharmacist, John, is the best. He takes the time to get to know the people who come to him. He created an atmosphere of kindness and caring in the pharmacy. This is rare in todays world so I wanted to make sure to share. Come to Mahwah CVS and check it out!

The worst pharmacy both speed, and accuracy. Awful hours as well.I have waited multiple times on the phone for over an hour.I would go somewhere else if it wasn’t for its location but sadly…. It’s time especially with prescription delivery.BE BETTER MANAGEMENT AND CVS

I got my covid booster here. The girl who did it was rude and rushed me when it wasn’t busy at all. There was no one around and I made the last appointment possible for the day after work. She jabbed my arm so bad it hurt more than any other shot I’ve gotten before. It made a weird popping sound too that I’ve never heard before which made me nervous. I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks so I wanted to sit and wait afterwards. She just told me I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes and to just leave, basically rushing me out, which I thought was really strange. I don’t want to go back to that location for my booster because I’m afraid of getting that same girl. Every one else that worked there was fine, but that place is DEFINITELY understaffed like every other CVS I’ve ever been to even before the pandemic.

I’ve been going to this store for 8 years and watched it deteriorate. Unfortunately the store is understaffed especially in the pharmacy. I’ve tried to call many times and the wait time is way too long Recently. In the past, I only had to wait a few minutes. Now I’m still on hold for 10 minutes and this is the 3rd time I’ve called for the same prescription. I went into the pharmacy last night twice because I couldn’t get through by phone. The wait was extremely long. I was told twice that the doctor never called in the prescription but she did. The pharmacy tech mentioned that the doctor needs to send the prescription 3-4 times before it actually goes through. This is ludicrous. How can a pharmacy conduct business like this. My daughter needed her medication before she goes out of town for the holiday and now she will be without it. Shame on you CVS! I will be switching to Walgreens after being loyal to the local cvs pharmacies in Mahwah and wyckoff for 20 years now. Very disgusted!!

Giving it the zero stars this location deserves. Called in my much needed thyroid medication on Saturday. Went to pick up before closing on Sunday to find it wasn't ready yet and asked to wait or come back later. Really? Where is a Walgreens when you need it?

🚨🚨🚨🚧⚠️⚠️⚠️🚨🚨🚨This CVS is Absolutely HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. I ordered pictures to be printed online twice. Both times when I arrived to get my pictures they were misplaced they couldn't find them and I actually had to look over the counter to find my pictures just sitting on a random box not in a photo envelope and to make matters worst. They didn't have a photo envelope they put it in a plastic bag THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST CVS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY RUN FAR FROM THIS LOCATION TO AVOID A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I went in today looking for something that wasn't in stock here or in 3 of the other places I'd visited. The girl putting away product asked to help me - they always ask here. She went a step further to include her manager in my search. After quickly confirming nothing in their inventory, they directed me to the closest CVS with stock in this item. Way to go! I'll be back.

I would give a 4 1/2 but never figured out how to do the half stars!I completely disagree with previous reviews and have always found the Mahwah CVS pharmacists to be friendly, obliging, competent and fast paced. It is a busy store and yet they have always managed to fill a prescription within 15 minutes, even at rush hour, pleasantly and competently.

What a mess. Went for an apt at 6pm for flu. They are out of Flu but do have preservative free. When asked what the difference was the “girl” had no idea. I waited for 15 mins and she said she’s very busy and had to wait. Why did I make an appt. walked out

Slow. Lazy. Pick up and hang up phone calls regularly. Don’t let people know when their prescriptions are back ordered. Just all around awful and unpleasant to deal with.

Thieves! I bought crutches and they cost $52 in the store. I checked their website and it said they had limited quantity (which was accurate) and the cost was $31.95! Went back to the store and the fat manager said they don’t price match and it would cost $20 shipping, saying that’s the reason for the difference in cost! So I checked and shipping was only $5.95 (that liar), but I got free shipping for adding an additional $3 to my order. RETURNING IT TO STORE!! DISHONESTY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS!!!

The pharmacy violates major HIPPA regulations. The person ringing up the medications will shout across to the pharmacist the medication you are picking up while numerous other customers surround the area. Only reason I’m giving a 2 star and not a one star is because they did deliver the medication

I use the CVS at 45 Franklin Turnpike, the staff is wonderful but the pharmacy is very understaffed. It's a shame, sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes to get my prescription It's a shame because I love the store but thinking about changing to Walgreen's.

For CVS, this one is average. Staff is friendly but not the most knowledgeable. Store is clean. Stock is good but it is not my first choice for chain pharma's in the area.

The best customer service. Very helpful group of employee’s. Mostly young kids but they are all very nice. They always come up and ask if you need help. And always make the effort to help you at the register. The store is very clean and organized. A little disappointed that sometimes the store does have some promotions that are not available but other then that its a great place to shop.

Very disorganized. Clerks are angry. Can not do almost anything on time. Phone system is low quality. Pharmacy department sometimes does not pick up the phone at all.

Transferred script from another pharmacy. After 4 days stopped in to ask why the delay. Was told "sorry, it didn't get done". 3 days later told to come back because they couldn't enter my coupon that day because it was close to closing time.

Understaffed pharmacy and uninformed personnel. I would not recommend having prescriptions filled at this location because they rude and unprofessional.Use at your own risk.
